Therefore, when the driver 24 pushes the driving rack 21 to reciprocate in a gear transmission manner, the driving rack 21 can drive the slider 7 to reciprocate along the length direction of the slide rail 6, so that the driving rack 21 moves more smoothly, and the smoothness of the automatic overturning motion of the panel assembly 1 is improved. In other embodiments, the drive rack 21 may also be integrally formed with the slider 7.
Further, the device also comprises at least one limit switch 8, wherein the limit switch 8 is electrically connected with the driver 24 through a controller (not shown in the figure), so that the controller can timely and accurately control the driver 24 to stop working according to the on-off signal of the limit switch 8. The limit switch 8 is arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate 5 and close to one of the driving racks 21, one end of the driving rack 21 far away from the panel component 1 is provided with a touch part 212 (see fig. 6) extending towards the direction of the limit switch 8, and the touch part 212 can touch the limit switch 8 when moving back and forth along with the driving rack 21, so as to control the on-off state of the limit switch 8. Therefore, the arrangement of the limit switch 8 and the touch part 212 enables the running stroke of the driver 24 to be more controllable, which is beneficial to improving the accuracy and reliability of the automatic turning on and off motion control of the panel component 1. In this embodiment, the limit switch 8 is a microswitch, and the limit switch 8 is disposed inside the drive rack 21 on the left side of the top surface of the bottom plate 5.
In this embodiment, the number of the limit switches 8 is two, and the two limit switches 8 are arranged at the inner side of the left driving rack 21 at intervals in tandem, wherein the limit switch 8 close to the panel assembly 1 is used for controlling the opening angle of the panel assembly 1, and when the limit switch 8 contacts with the touch part 212, the panel assembly 1 is in the optimal upward opening state; the limit switch 8 far from the panel assembly 1 is used for controlling the reset of the panel assembly 1, and when the limit switch contacts with the touch part 212, the panel assembly 1 is in a closed state. Therefore, through the cooperation of the two limit switches 8 and the touch part 212, the opening and closing stroke of the panel assembly 1 is accurately controlled through the control driver 24, so that the panel assembly 1 can reach the optimal opening state and closing state.
The operation principle of the turning open and close movement of the panel assembly 1 will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 7:
as shown in fig. 1, the panel assembly 1 is in a closed state. When the panel assembly 1 needs to be opened, the driver 24 rotates and drives the gear 22 and the synchronizing shaft 23 to rotate through the driving gear 241 and the gear set 26, the rotation of the gear 22 can drive the driving rack 21 to move forward along the length direction of the slide rail 6, and then the panel assembly 1 is pushed to move forward through the first connecting rod 31, and at the same time, the panel assembly 1 drives the second connecting rod 32 to slide forward along the sliding chute 41.
When the panel assembly 1 is pushed forward to a certain distance, one end of the second link 32 connected with the connecting piece 33 slides to the front end point of the sliding chute 41, at this time, the driving rack 21 continues to move forward under the driving of the driver 24, the first link 31 starts to rotate upward around the connecting point of the first link and the driving rack 21, and further the panel assembly 1 is driven to turn upward, and simultaneously, the second link 3 starts to turn upward around the connecting piece 33. When the touch portion 212 moves forward with the driving rack 21 until it touches the limit switch 8 close to the panel assembly 1, the controller controls the driver 24 to stop working according to the signal sent by the limit switch 8, and at this time, the panel assembly 1 is turned up to a designated angle, and the panel assembly 1 reaches an optimal open state (see fig. 7).
As shown in fig. 7, when the panel assembly 1 needs to be reset to the closed state, only the driver 24 needs to be controlled to rotate reversely, and when the driving rack 21 moves backwards under the driving of the driver 24 and synchronously drives the touch portion 212 to move backwards to touch the limit switch 8 far away from the panel assembly 1, the driver 24 is controlled to stop working, and at this time, the panel assembly 1 is in the closed state (see fig. 1).
As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment further provides a household appliance, which includes a cavity, and further includes an automatically reversible panel mechanism as described above, and the panel mechanism is disposed on the top of the cavity. In addition, the household appliance is any one of a steam box, an oven, a steaming and baking integrated machine, a micro-steaming integrated machine and a micro-steaming and baking integrated machine.
What has been described above are merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
