With the increasing demands of the public for indoor comfort, especially the control demands of indoor particulate matter (such as PM 2.5) and indoor harmful gas concentration, various purification technologies are emerging on the market. Purification techniques are largely classified into physical filtration and chemical adsorption or decomposition techniques, wherein physical filtration is classified into media filtration and electrostatic precipitation. In the above purification modes, although the filtration efficiency of the medium filtration can reach high, on one hand, the wind resistance is high, on the other hand, the medium filtration needs to be replaced regularly, the replacement cost is high, and the medium filtration has no purification effect on harmful gases, bacteria, viruses and the like; although the electrostatic dust collection has small wind resistance and can purify bacteria and viruses, the filtering efficiency of particulate matters is low, and the dust collection part needs to be cleaned by professionals at regular intervals; although the chemical adsorption technology can treat part of harmful gas, the purification effect on particulate matters is poor, and the adsorbent needs to be periodically regenerated and desorbed; chemical decomposition techniques can catalytically decompose harmful gases and bacterial viruses into substances harmless to humans (such as water and carbon dioxide, etc.), but have no purifying effect on particulate matter. The ion waterfall purification technology has higher filtration efficiency on particles with various particle sizes, can ionize and purify most of common harmful gases and bacterial viruses in the air, has small wind resistance, no consumable and no maintenance (automatic cleaning), and can meet all requirements of a centralized air conditioning system on fresh air treatment. But the ion waterfall technology is only applied to indoor air purification and industrial dust removal at present.
In view of this, there is a need to develop a centralized fresh air handling machine that integrates ion waterfall purification and automatic cleaning functions.

The indoor return air is sucked into the shell 15 from the return air inlet 7 by the exhaust fan 6, and after heat exchange and purification are carried out between the plate-type heat recovery core 4 and fresh air, the residual condensation heat generated by dehumidification is taken away and discharged outdoors through the exhaust outlet 1 when passing through the heat dissipation condenser 14 (only used in summer).

2. In order to avoid that polluted air enters the room from the bypass air path without being purified when the ion waterfall purification module is cleaned, the control system needs to select the cleaning time. Namely: when the PM2.5 concentration at the air outlet of the purification device is detected to exceed the set value C mp2.5 1 for a period of time, the cleaning parameter A arranged in the system is changed from 0 to 1, when the PM2.5 concentration at the air inlet of the purification device is detected to be lower than the set value C mp2.52 for a period of time, the cleaning parameter A arranged in the system is changed from 1 to 2, and the ion waterfall purification device enters a cleaning state only when the cleaning parameter A is 2. After the cleaning and drying are completed, the cleaning parameters are restored to 0.
3. After the centralized fresh air processor is started, no matter in a cleaning state or a running state, two modes of manual operation and automatic operation are selected. In the automatic mode, the operation state of the purification device is automatically adjusted according to the detection data of a PM2.5 concentration sensor and a temperature and humidity sensor which are installed in the device.
The integrated ion waterfall purifies and self-cleaning function in concentrated fresh air handling machine of an organic whole that this embodiment provided, it can all have higher filtration efficiency to the particulate matter of various particle diameters in the air, and can with the most common harmful gas in the air and bacterial virus ionization purification, windage is little, no consumptive material, need not maintain (self-cleaning), can satisfy concentrated air conditioning system and to all demands of fresh air handling.

Claims (9)
1. The centralized fresh air processor integrating the functions of ion waterfall purification and automatic cleaning comprises a shell provided with an air outlet, a fresh air outlet, an air return opening and an air supply opening, and is characterized in that an ion waterfall air purification device with the automatic cleaning function, a plate type heat recovery core, an exhaust fan, an air blower, a double-cold-source dehumidifying coil/heating coil and a heat dissipation condenser are arranged in the shell; the plate type heat recovery core is positioned in the middle of the shell, the air inlet of the ion waterfall air purification device is communicated with the fresh air inlet, the air outlet of the ion waterfall air purification device faces the plate type heat recovery core, the heat dissipation condenser is arranged close to the air outlet, the air feeder is arranged close to the air supply outlet, the air exhauster is arranged close to the air return inlet, and the double-cold-source dehumidifying coil/heating coil is arranged close to the air feeder;
Wherein, ion waterfall air purification device includes:
the box body is provided with an air inlet at one side and an air outlet at the opposite side; PM2.5 concentration sensors are arranged on the air inlet and the air outlet;
a double-layer metal filter screen which covers the air inlet;
a bypass air passage with an air valve at the inlet is communicated with the box body and is arranged close to the air inlet;
the cleaning device and the ion waterfall purifying module are sequentially arranged at intervals and are communicated with the box body;
The drying air outlet, the drying fan and the cleaning spray head with the position control device are all communicated with the box body.
2. The concentrated fresh air handling machine of claim 1, wherein a reheater is also mounted within the housing and is connected to the dual cold source dehumidification coil/heating coil.
3. The concentrated fresh air handling machine of claim 2, wherein a humidifier is also contained within the housing and is coupled to the reheater.
4. The concentrated fresh air handling machine of claim 3, wherein the housing further houses a compressor in communication with the dual cold source dehumidification/heating coil, the reheater, and the heat rejection condenser, respectively, via a conduit.
5. The concentrated fresh air handling machine of claim 1, wherein a primary filter is also disposed within the housing and is mounted to the plate heat recovery core.
6. The concentrated fresh air handling machine of claim 1, wherein the exhaust fan is a variable frequency exhaust fan and the blower is a variable frequency blower.
7. The concentrated fresh air processor of claim 1, wherein the ion waterfall air purifying device is provided with a temperature and humidity sensor extending into the box.
8. The concentrated fresh air processor of claim 1, wherein the electric heater is arranged on the drying fan in the ion waterfall air purifying device.
9. The concentrated fresh air handling unit of claim 1, wherein the ion waterfall air cleaning apparatus is configured such that the housing is mounted to the base support.
