Abstract

本发明公开了一种水泥复合管及其制备方法,其包括水泥外层和塑料管体,所述水泥外层的原料包括抗海水水泥、矿渣微粉、细砂、胶粘剂和水;所述塑料管体为纤维复合管,其原料包括聚偏氟乙烯、丙烯酸树脂、丁晴橡胶、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N,N‑二环己基‑2‑苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、聚苯乙烯、玄武岩纤维、阻燃剂、硬化剂和抗氧剂。本发明的水泥复合管中水泥外层与塑料管体不易脱层,水泥外层可有效地防止塑料管体被腐蚀、减少磨损,同时提高塑料管体的强度,而塑料管体具备良好的耐腐蚀性、抗氧化性、耐高低温性,可用于运输石油、水,使用寿命达50‑100年。

技术领域
本发明属于复合管材领域,具体涉及一种水泥复合管及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料管一般是以合成树脂,也就是聚酯为原料、加入稳定剂、润滑剂、增塑剂等,以“塑”的方法在制管机内经挤压加工而成。由于它具有质轻、耐腐蚀、外形美观、无不良气味、加工容易、施工方便等特点,在建筑工程中获得了越来越广泛的应用。主要用作房屋建筑的自来水供水***配管、排水、排气和排污卫生管、地下排水管***、雨水管以及电线安装配套用的穿线管等。塑料管种类很多,分为热塑性塑料管和热固性塑料管两大类。属于热塑性的有聚氯乙烯管,聚乙烯管,聚丙烯管、聚甲醛管等;属于热固性的有酚塑料管等。
塑料管的主要优点是耐蚀性能好、质量轻、成型方便、加工容易,缺点是强度较低,耐热性差。然而,在某些特殊环境中,尤其是石油化工领域内,现有的塑料管大多不能满足需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种水泥复合管及其制备方法,通过将水泥包覆在塑料管体的外层,得到满足石油化工领域要求的水泥复合管,使用寿命达50-100年。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种水泥复合管,包括水泥外层和塑料管体,所述水泥外层的原料按重量份计为:抗海水水泥140-160份、矿渣微粉290-300份、细砂600-680份、胶粘剂80-100份、水150-165份。
进一步地,所述塑料管体为纤维复合管,其原料按重量份计为:聚偏氟乙烯100~120份、丙烯酸树脂30~50份、丁晴橡胶30~50份、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶35~45份、二硫化二苯并噻唑4~8份、N, N-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺5~7份、聚苯乙烯30~50份、玄武岩纤维20~30份、阻燃剂8~12份、硬化剂2~5份和抗氧剂2~5份。其外直径为30-40cm,管厚5-8cm。
上述水泥复合管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纤维复合管的原料按比例进行混炼后挤出成型,得到塑料管体;
(2)待塑料管体冷却至室温后,按照配比将水泥外层原料进行搅拌均匀得到水泥砂浆,然后将其喷涂包覆在塑料管体的外表面,再在温度为20±2℃、相对湿度大于95%条件下进行养护后得到水泥复合管。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的水泥复合管中水泥外层与塑料管体不易脱层,水泥外层可有效地防止塑料管体被腐蚀、减少磨损,同时提高塑料管体的强度,而塑料管体具备良好的耐腐蚀性、抗氧化性、耐高低温性,可用于运输石油、水。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不仅仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种水泥复合管,包括水泥外层和塑料管体,所述水泥外层的原料按重量份计为:抗海水水泥160份、矿渣微粉300份、细砂650份、胶粘剂90份、水155份。
本实施例中,塑料管体为纤维复合管,其原料按重量份计为:聚偏氟乙烯110份、丙烯酸树脂40份、丁晴橡胶40份、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶40份、二硫化二苯并噻唑5份、N, N-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺6份、聚苯乙烯40份、玄武岩纤维25份、阻燃剂10份、硬化剂4份和抗氧剂3份。其外直径为35cm,管厚7cm。
上述水泥复合管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纤维复合管的原料按比例进行混炼后挤出成型,得到塑料管体;
(2)待塑料管体冷却至室温后,按照配比将水泥外层原料进行搅拌均匀得到水泥砂浆,然后将其喷涂包覆在塑料管体的外表面,再在温度为20±2℃、相对湿度大于95%条件下进行养护后得到水泥复合管。
实施例2
一种水泥复合管,包括水泥外层和塑料管体,所述水泥外层的原料按重量份计为:抗海水水泥140份、矿渣微粉290份、细砂600份、胶粘剂80份、水150份。
本实施例中,塑料管体为纤维复合管,其原料按重量份计为:聚偏氟乙烯100份、丙烯酸树脂30份、丁晴橡胶30份、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶45份、二硫化二苯并噻唑4份、N, N-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺5份、聚苯乙烯30份、玄武岩纤维20份、阻燃剂12份、硬化剂2份和抗氧剂2份。其外直径为30cm,管厚5cm。
上述水泥复合管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纤维复合管的原料按比例进行混炼后挤出成型,得到塑料管体;
(2)待塑料管体冷却至室温后,按照配比将水泥外层原料进行搅拌均匀得到水泥砂浆,然后将其喷涂包覆在塑料管体的外表面,再在温度为20±2℃、相对湿度大于95%条件下进行养护后得到水泥复合管。
实施例3
一种水泥复合管,包括水泥外层和塑料管体,所述水泥外层的原料按重量份计为:抗海水水泥160份、矿渣微粉300份、细砂680份、胶粘剂100份、水160份。
本实施例中,塑料管体为纤维复合管,其原料按重量份计为:聚偏氟乙烯120份、丙烯酸树脂50份、丁晴橡胶45份、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶40份、二硫化二苯并噻唑6份、N, N-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺7份、聚苯乙烯45份、玄武岩纤维30份、阻燃剂2份、硬化剂4份和抗氧剂5份。其外直径为40cm,管厚8cm。
上述水泥复合管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纤维复合管的原料按比例进行混炼后挤出成型,得到塑料管体;
(2)待塑料管体冷却至室温后,按照配比将水泥外层原料进行搅拌均匀得到水泥砂浆,然后将其喷涂包覆在塑料管体的外表面,再在温度为20±2℃、相对湿度大于95%条件下进行养护后得到水泥复合管。

1.一种水泥复合管,其特征在于:包括水泥外层和塑料管体,所述水泥外层的原料按重量份计为:抗海水水泥140-160份、矿渣微粉290-300份、细砂600-680份、胶粘剂80-100份、水150-165份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥复合管,其特征在于:所述塑料管体为纤维复合管,其原料按重量份计为:聚偏氟乙烯100~120份、丙烯酸树脂30~50份、丁晴橡胶30~50份、甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶35~45份、二硫化二苯并噻唑4~8份、N, N-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺5~7份、聚苯乙烯30~50份、玄武岩纤维20~30份、阻燃剂8~12份、硬化剂2~5份和抗氧剂2~5份。其外直径为30-40cm,管厚5-8cm。
3.一种如权利要求1-2任一项所述的水泥复合管的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将纤维复合管的原料按比例进行混炼后挤出成型,得到塑料管体;
(2)待塑料管体冷却至室温后,按照配比将水泥外层原料进行搅拌均匀得到水泥砂浆,然后将其喷涂包覆在塑料管体的外表面,再在温度为20±2℃、相对湿度大于95%条件下进行养护后得到水泥复合管。
