本发明提供了一种墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法,将墨脱石坯体泥料经球磨细碎,经过箩、滤泥、真空搅泥调制,再经滚压成型得到半成品坯,施釉后经高温烧制而成。本发明的有益效果是:坯体中墨脱石与釉形成牢固结合层,墨脱石与釉原料在高温作用下促进釉表面细腻,给人以稳重素雅的感觉,制成后的表面对油脂吸附性差,清水冲刷即可洗掉餐后瓷釉表面上的油脂,健康环保;墨脱石日用瓷在使用时可向水释放弱碱性,水的活性得以强化,达到活性化水养生的目的。

本发明涉及陶瓷,尤其涉及一种墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法。
背景技术
传统日用瓷容易吸附油脂,不利于清洗,并且,无法活性化水。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法。
本发明提供了一种墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法,将墨脱石坯体泥料经球磨细碎,经过箩、滤泥、真空搅泥调制,再经滚压成型得到半成品坯,施釉后经高温烧制而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,施釉后经1300℃高温烧制而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,施釉后经1300℃高温烧制16小时而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述半成品坯为日用瓷半成品青坯。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述墨脱石坯体泥料中包含30-50%的墨脱石。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述墨脱石的主要成份包括:含量为55% 的SiO2,含量为1% 的Fe2O3,含量为10% 的Al2O3,含量为23%的 MgO,含量为9%的烧失量。
作为本发明的进一步改进,施釉的釉料成份包括:含量为66.34%的SiO2,含量为15.48%的 Al2O3,含量为0.08% 的Fe2O3,含量为7.77% 的CaO,含量为1.30% 的MgO,含量为3.23% 的K2O,含量为0.48%的Na2O,含量为5.07%的灼减。
本发明的有益效果是:通过上述方案,坯体中墨脱石与釉形成牢固结合层,墨脱石与釉原料在高温作用下促进釉表面细腻,给人以稳重素雅的感觉,制成后的表面对油脂吸附性差,清水冲刷即可洗掉餐后瓷釉表面上的油脂,健康环保;墨脱石日用瓷在使用时可向水释放弱碱性,水的活性得以强化,达到活性化水养生的目的。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
一种墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法,将墨脱石坯体泥料经球磨细碎达到要求后,经过箩、滤泥、真空搅泥调制为合格泥料,再经滚压成型得到半成品坯,施釉后经1300℃高温烧制16小时而成。
所述半成品坯为日用瓷半成品青坯。
所述墨脱石坯体泥料中包含30-50%的墨脱石。
所述墨脱石的主要成份包括:55% SiO2,1% Fe2O3,10% Al2O3,23% MgO,9%烧失量,其余微量,合计98%。
施釉的釉料成份包括:66.34%SiO2,15.48% Al2O3,0.08% Fe2O3,7.77% CaO,1.30%MgO,3.23% K2O,0.48% Na2O,5.07%灼减,合计99.83%。
采用本发明提供的一种墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法制成的墨脱石日用瓷,其瓷体成份如下:
成份:SiO2 Al2O3 Fe2O3 TiO2 CaO MgO
含量:61.48% 17.43% 0.71% 0.19% 0.42% 9.12%
成份:K2O Na2O 灼减 合计
含量:1.63% 0.62% 7.82% 99.42%。
本发明提供的一种墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法,根据常食墨脱石锅炖煮的食物对高血压、心脏病、心脑血管等疾病患者具有明显的食疗保健作用,以天然矿物墨脱石为主要原料与传统陶瓷原料合理搭配,将墨脱石原料应用于日用瓷坯料配方,施釉后再经1300℃高温烧制而成。坯体中墨脱石与釉形成牢固结合层,墨脱石与釉原料在高温作用下促进釉表面细腻,给人以稳重素雅的感觉,墨脱石日用瓷釉对油脂吸附性差,清水冲刷即可洗掉餐后瓷釉表面上的油脂,健康环保。墨脱石日用瓷在使用时可向含水食物释放弱碱性,水的活性得以强化,达到活性化水养生的目的。

3.根据权利要求2所述墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:施釉后经1300℃高温烧制16小时而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述半成品坯为日用瓷半成品青坯。
5.根据权利要求1所述墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述墨脱石坯体泥料中包含30-50%的墨脱石。
6.根据权利要求5所述墨脱石日用瓷的制备方法,其特征在于:所述墨脱石的主要成份包括:含量为55% 的SiO2,含量为1% 的Fe2O3,含量为10% 的Al2O3,含量为23%的 MgO,含量为9%的烧失量。
