Abstract
The invention provides an interval-adjustable electric cabinet lifting frame and a lifting method thereof, wherein the interval-adjustable electric cabinet lifting frame comprises a horizontal lifting beam and two herringbone upright posts respectively positioned at two ends of the horizontal lifting beam so that the front face forms a door shape, lifting beam connecting plates are fixed at the bottoms of the two ends of the horizontal lifting beam, a plurality of first positioning holes are formed in the edges of the two sides of the lifting beam connecting plates along the length direction, upright post connecting plates are fixed at the tops of the herringbone upright posts, a plurality of second positioning holes are formed in the edges of the two sides of the upright post connecting plates along the length direction, the first positioning holes and the second positioning holes are positioned through positioning pins, rollers are fixed at the bottoms of the herringbone upright posts, lifting lug plates are lifted at the middle positions of the horizontal lifting beam, and lifting slings for lifting a lifted object are hung on the lifting lug plates. According to the size of the hung object, the distance between the herringbone upright posts on two sides is adjusted, so that the hung object can be contained between the herringbone upright posts on two sides, the sling lifts the hung object to hang, and the lifting frame moves integrally with the hung object.

The herringbone upright posts and the horizontal hanging beams are fixed by adopting positioning holes and positioning pins on the connecting plates, so that the herringbone upright posts and the horizontal hanging beams can be quickly disassembled and assembled; and the distance between the herringbone upright posts at two sides can be adjusted according to the size of the lifted electric cabinet.
