the analog-to-digital conversion module is used for determining the induction value of each capacitor based on the signal variation of each capacitor;
a processor for generating a binary image using the sensed value of each capacitance and the position of each capacitance in the sensing mat, and detecting the number of passengers within the elevator car based on the binary image;
the voice broadcasting module is used for generating voice information based on the binary image and broadcasting the voice information;
and a speaker 403 for broadcasting voice information.
Optionally, the elevator passenger detection controller 402 further comprises:
the car door detection module is used for detecting the opening or closing state of the car door;
the storage module is used for storing the maximum number of passengers borne by the elevator and the sole data of the passengers;
and the interface module is used for being connected with the elevator control system and the elevator monitoring system.
It should be noted that, for the system embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is relatively simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to part of the description of the method embodiment.

Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements an elevator passenger detection method according to any of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (13)

1. The elevator passenger detection method is characterized in that a sensing pad comprising a plurality of arrays of capacitors is arranged at the bottom of a car of an elevator, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring signal variation of a capacitor in the induction pad, wherein the signal variation is the variation of an output signal when the capacitor induces the change of an electric field;
determining an induction value of each capacitor based on the signal variation of each capacitor;
generating a binary image by using the induction value of each capacitor and the position of each capacitor in the induction pad;
detecting a number of passengers within the elevator car based on the binary image;
the black area includes a sole image area, wherein the black area is an image area corresponding to when a passenger is sensed by a capacitor, and the detecting the number of passengers in the elevator car based on the binary image includes:
performing image recognition on a black area in the binary image to extract a plurality of sole images;
determining a sole image pair in the plurality of sole images, wherein the sole image pair is an image pair formed by sole images belonging to the same passenger sole;
counting the number of the pair of sole images as a first number;
counting the number of the sole images other than the sole image of the pair of sole images as a second number;
calculating a sum of the first number and the second number as a number of passengers in the elevator car;
further comprising:
performing image recognition on a black area in the binary image to determine whether a hip image exists;
if yes, counting the number of the hip images to obtain a third number;
updating the number of passengers in the elevator car with the third number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the sensed value of each capacitor based on the amount of change in the signal for each capacitor comprises:
for each capacitor, when the signal variation of the capacitor is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the induction value of the capacitor is a first preset value;
when the signal variation of the capacitor is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the induction value of the capacitor is a second preset value;
the preset threshold is the signal variation of a signal output by the capacitor when the capacitor senses the electric field of a passenger.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein said generating a binary image using the sensed value of each capacitance and the position of each capacitance in the sensing pad comprises:
determining an initial image based on the location of each of the capacitances in the sensor pad, each pixel in the initial image corresponding to one of the capacitances;
converting the initial image into a binary image as an induction image by adopting the induction value of each capacitor;
in the induction image, the color of the pixel point corresponding to the capacitor with the induction value of the first preset value is black, and the color of the pixel point corresponding to the capacitor with the induction value of the second preset value is white.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the black regions further comprise image regions having an area greater than a preset area, the determining the number of passengers within the elevator car based on the black regions in the binary image further comprising:
carrying out image recognition on a black area in the binary image to determine whether an image with an area larger than a preset area exists;
if so, counting the number of the images with the area larger than the preset area to obtain a fourth number;
updating the number of passengers in the elevator car with the fourth number.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the image with the area larger than the preset area exists in the black area, counting the duration of the image with the area larger than the preset area;
and when the duration is longer than the preset duration, generating alarm information for expressing that the passenger falls down.
6. The method of any one of claims 1, 2, 4, or 5, further comprising:
generating first voice information based on the number of passengers in the elevator car and a preset maximum number;
the first voice message is overload reminding voice message when the number of passengers is larger than the preset maximum number, or reminding voice message of the number of passengers which can be taken when the number of passengers is smaller than the preset maximum number.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating voice information based on the binary image;
and broadcasting the voice information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein generating speech information based on the binary image comprises:
calculating the area of a white area in the binary image, wherein the white area is an area corresponding to the condition that the capacitor does not detect the passenger;
and generating second voice information when the area is smaller than the preset area, wherein the second voice information is the voice information for reminding passengers of taking the next elevator when the elevator is crowded.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein generating speech information based on the binary image comprises:
determining a black area and a white area with the area larger than a preset value based on the binary image;
and generating third voice information when the black area is close to the first side and the white area is far away from the first side, wherein the third voice information is voice information for reminding passengers to lean towards the inside of the elevator, and the first side is the side, close to the elevator car door, in the binary image.

a sole number counting unit for counting the number of sole images other than the sole image of the sole image pair as a second number;
a passenger number determination unit for calculating a sum of the first number and the second number as a number of passengers in the elevator car;
further comprising:
a hip image recognition unit for performing image recognition on a black region in the binary image to determine whether a hip image exists;
the hip image counting unit is used for counting the number of the hip images to obtain a third number if the hip images are in the first number;
a first passenger number updating unit for updating the number of passengers in the elevator car with the third number.
