传动***是混联式混合动力汽车中的一个重要***,对于混联式混合动力汽车的动力传递和转速变化起着重要作用。现有技术的混联式混合动力汽车传动***通常包括发动机、驱动电机、发电机,以及离合器等。其仅仅以发动机或者驱动电机作为动力源时动力传递线路较为复杂,成本高;而且,在混动模式下,发动机和驱动电机动力连接速比较固定,不能实现无级变速,导致发动机和驱动电机两者都很难常工作于高效区域,传动***的工作效率不高。
发明内容
本发明公开了混联式混合动力汽车传动***,通过发动机、驱动电机与行星排联接,实现了结构简单、成本低、控制难度低且工作效率高的混联式混合动力汽车传动***。
本发明公开的混联式混合动力汽车传动***,包括发动机、发动机驱动轴、驱动电机、电机轴及行星排;
所述行星排包括太阳轮、两个行星轮、齿圈、行星架及输出轴;所述行星轮分别与太阳轮、齿圈内圈啮合;所述太阳轮位于行星架内;所述行星轮可转动地安装于行星架;所述行星架外侧固定联接输出轴;

所述驱动电机联接电机轴,所述电机轴右端固定联接一个主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮通过一个被动齿轮与齿圈外圈啮合。

下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
参见图1,混联式混合动力汽车传动***,包括:发动机1、发动机驱动轴2、驱动电机4、电机轴5及行星排。
行星排包括太阳轮9、两个行星轮、齿圈8、行星架11及输出轴12。行星轮10分别与太阳轮9、齿圈8内圈啮合。太阳轮9位于行星架11内。行星轮10可转动地安装于行星架11。行星架11外侧固定联接输出轴12。
发动机驱动轴2上设置第一离合器13;第一离合器13将发动机驱动轴2右侧断开出连接轴14,连接轴14上设置第一制动器15;发动机驱动轴2与第一离合器13之间设置发电机3,发动机驱动轴2与发电机3的转子相固联。
驱动电机4联接电机轴5,电机轴5右端固定联接一个主动齿轮6,主动齿轮6通过一个被动齿轮7与齿圈8外圈啮合。驱动电机4与主动齿轮6之间,电机轴5上设置第二制动器16。主动齿轮6的齿数少于被动齿轮7的齿数。
第一离合器13为干式离合器,能够进一步降低成本并简化控制***。第一制动器15和第二制动器16均为带式制动器,执行机构和控制***简单、成本低。
工作原理如下:
单发动机模式:发动机1工作,第一离合器13结合,第一制动器15松开;驱动电机4不工作,第二制动器16制动。发动机1通过其发动机驱动轴2将动力依次传递给第一离合器13、连接轴14、行星排的太阳轮9,在第二制动器16制动作用下,电机轴5、主动齿轮6、被动齿轮7、行星排的齿圈8均被固定不动,来自发动机1的动力传递给行星排的太阳轮9后,其动力通过行星排的行星架11将动力传递出去,最终通过输出轴12将动力输出。
纯电模式:发动机1不工作,第一离合器13断开,第一制动器15制动;驱动电机4工作,第二制动器16松开。驱动电机4通过其电机轴5将动力依次传递给主动齿轮6、被动齿轮7、行星排的齿圈8 ,在第一制动器15制动作用下,连接轴14、行星排的太阳轮9均被固定不动,来自驱动电机4的动力传递给行星排的齿圈8后,其动力通过行星排的行星架11将动力传递出去,最终通过输出轴12将动力输出。
混动模式:发动机1工作,第一离合器13结合,驱动电机4工作,第一制动器15松开,第二制动器16松开。发动机1通过其发动机驱动轴2将动力依次传递给第一离合器13、连接轴14、行星排的太阳轮9,驱动电机4通过其电机轴5将动力依次传递给主动齿轮6、被动齿轮7、行星排的齿圈8 ,来自于发动机1的动力和驱动电机4的动力在行星排上进行耦合,其动力通过行星排的行星架11将动力传递出去,最终通过输出轴12将动力输出。
充电模式:发动机1工作,第一离合器13断开,发动机1通过其发动机驱动轴2带动发电机3转动进行发电。车辆行驶状态下,其产生电能可直接驱动电机4工作。车辆停车状态下,其产生电能可对蓄电池进行充电。
