the pen holder comprises an outer pen holder (1), an inner pen holder (2) sleeved in the outer pen holder (1), wherein the inner pen holder (2) is a hollow pipe with a flange (21) at one end, a groove (22) corresponding to a through hole in the outer pen holder (1) is formed in one end, provided with the flange (21), of the inner pen holder (2), a stop part (23) is arranged on the inner side of the other end, and external threads are arranged on the outer side of the other end;
an air bag part (3) installed between the outer barrel (1) and the inner barrel (2), the air bag part (3) comprising: the outer air bag (31) is matched with the groove (22) and the through hole, and the inner air bag (32) is abutted to the stop part (23) of the inner penholder (2), wherein the outer air bag (31) is connected with the inner air bag (32) through an air pipe (33);
and a timing device (4) screwed on the inner penholder (2), the timing device (4) comprising: the pen holder comprises an end cover (41) screwed on an inner pen holder (2), a power supply (42) arranged in the end cover (41), an elastic switch (43) matched with the power supply (42), a timer (44) electrically connected with the power supply (42), and a light-emitting element (45) communicated with the timer (44), wherein a signal receiving end communicated with the elastic switch (43) and a starting switch (441) arranged outside the end cover (41) are arranged on the timer (44);
the inner penholder (2) is provided with a flange (21) which is abutted against one end of the outer penholder (1) with a through hole, the end cover (41) is abutted against the outer penholder (1), and the inner air bag (32) is accommodated in the timing device (4) and matched with the elastic switch (43);
three through holes are formed in the outer penholder (1), the minimum distance from the through holes in the outer penholder (1) to the pen point is more than fifteen millimeters and less than twenty millimeters, and the maximum distance from the through holes in the outer penholder (1) to the pen point is more than thirty-five millimeters;
the inner penholder (2) is provided with three grooves (22), the overall dimension of the grooves (22) on the inner penholder (2) is larger than that of the through holes on the outer penholder (1), and the overall dimension of the outer air bag (31) is matched with that of the grooves (22) on the inner penholder (2);
a cavity is arranged in the outer air bag (31), the minimum distance from the cavity to the pen point is more than twenty-eight millimeters and less than thirty millimeters, and the maximum distance from the cavity to the pen point is more than thirty millimeters and less than thirty-two millimeters;
the power supply (42) is a button battery, one end of the elastic switch (43) is abutted against the negative electrode of the button battery, and the other end of the elastic switch is matched with the positive electrode of the button battery;
