背景技术
纯棉是一种以棉花为原料,通过织机,由经纬纱纵横沉浮相互交织而成的纺织品。纯棉衣服具有吸湿性好、卫生、保温等优点,但容易缩水、易变形,随着社会的发展人们对衣物的选择要求越来越高,纯棉中加入少量低熔点纤维混合纺织,手感好、弹力足、易打理、服用好、有较大的伸缩性、能适应身体各部位弯曲的需要,然而现有的布料织造过程中,一般调节纱线捻度较高,纱线捻度高会影响布料的柔软度,捻度太低时,又会使纱线的结构紧凑性较差,容易导致布料使用强度和寿命受到限制,现有的织造工艺得到的布料柔软度、蓬松度以及吸湿性能还达不到要求,为此,我们提出一种棉布料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种棉布料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种棉布料,包括纱线棉层,所述纱线棉层的底部复合有吸湿棉纱层,所述吸湿棉纱层的底部复合有弹力棉夹层,所述纱线棉层的顶部复合有柔顺层,锁书弹力棉夹层的底部复合有光滑层。
优选的,所述纱线棉层为由含有50~100%长绒棉和0~50%精梳棉制成的A纱线与含有0~50%长绒棉和50~100%精梳棉的制成的B纱线通过紧赛纺制得到捻度为10~30捻每英寸的超低捻纯棉纱线。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明结构设计合理,采用特定长度的长绒棉与精梳棉经特设工艺制备得到超低捻纯棉纱线,并针对该超低捻纱线的细度选择适当的其他纱线进行织造得到超低捻纯棉原布布料,然后经过制软和定型工艺后制得超低捻棉布料,该棉布料具有优良的蓬松触感,虽然选用了超低捻度的纱线,织造成布料后纱线仍能保持良好的纱体蓬松感,触感柔软,满足人们的高档布料需求;
2.将后期布料制软过程分为化学制软和物理制软两道工艺,使布料具有较优的柔软干爽手感,特别是在化学制软工艺中,避免硅类制软助剂,减少常规柔软助剂,纺织品可充分表现棉纤维原有的柔软干爽手感,而且采用该制软工艺得到的织物柔软,吸水后易速干,有利于湿气和水分的扩散;
3.吸湿棉纱层具有较好的吸湿性,并且回潮率较低,柔顺层可以达到布料外侧柔软的效果,且具有较好的保温性,光滑层具有良好的硬挺度与弹性。

S2:纱线棉层1的纺纱制作:将由含有80%长绒棉和20%精梳棉制成的A纱线与含有20%长绒棉和80%精梳棉的制成的B纱线通过紧赛纺制得到捻度为20捻每英寸的超低捻纯棉纱线;
S3:纺纱织造:将超低捻纯棉纱线、弹力棉条、冰丝网纱线、麻纤维条和麂皮绒条经过织造得到超低捻纯棉原布布料;
S4:制软处理:将超低捻纯棉原布布料采用6g/L的软油QH15以及0.2g/L的HAC进行制软,冷行25min后出布,完成第一道化学制软,然后出缸干布后通过将织物置于高速气流下,并往复拍打、撞击栅栏实现物理制软;
S5:布料定型:定型浆方为:100g/L脂肪酰胺衍生物柔软剂、5g/L的渗透剂TF107A以及0.3g/L柠檬酸,定型机速度为20m/min,温度为150℃,处理后得到超低捻棉布料。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种棉布料,其特征在于:包括纱线棉层(1),所述纱线棉层(1)的底部复合有吸湿棉纱层(2),所述吸湿棉纱层(2)的底部复合有弹力棉夹层(3),所述纱线棉层(1)的顶部复合有柔顺层(5),锁书弹力棉夹层(3)的底部复合有光滑层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉布料,其特征在于:所述纱线棉层(1)为由含有50~100%长绒棉和0~50%精梳棉制成的A纱线与含有0~50%长绒棉和50~100%精梳棉的制成的B纱线通过紧赛纺制得到捻度为10~30捻每英寸的超低捻纯棉纱线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉布料,其特征在于:长绒棉的平均长度为35~37mm,精梳棉的平均长度为29~30mm;且纯棉超低捻纱线的粗度为10~80S/1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉布料,其特征在于:所述柔顺层(5)为编织于纱线棉层(1)外侧的皮毛层,且皮毛层为达到布料外侧柔软的效果的麂皮绒层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉布料,其特征在于:所述吸湿棉纱层(2)为粘接于弹力棉夹层(3)和纱线棉层(1)之间的冰丝网砂层,且冰丝网纱层是通过将属于粘胶纤维的冰丝进行纺织而成的网纱层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉布料,其特征在于:所述光滑层(4)为以麻纤维为原料加工制成的麻纤维层。
7.根据权利要求1-3任意所述的一种棉布料,其特征在于:此棉布料的制作工艺具体步骤为:
S1:弹力棉夹层(3)的纺纱制作:将棉花经过清理、梳棉、条卷、精梳、并条做成圈条成型良好的熟条,有规则地盘放在棉条桶内,再将熟条通过粗纱、细沙、络桶、捻线做成一定大小和形状管线,然后将低熔点聚酯切片经过低温真空转鼓、切片熔融加工后得到低熔点纤维,最后将管线和低熔点纤维混合进行纺纱得到弹力棉条;
S2:纱线棉层(1)的纺纱制作:将由含有50~100%长绒棉和0~50%精梳棉制成的A纱线与含有0~50%长绒棉和50~100%精梳棉的制成的B纱线通过紧赛纺制得到捻度为10~30捻每英寸的超低捻纯棉纱线;
S3:纺纱织造:将超低捻纯棉纱线、弹力棉条、冰丝网纱线、麻纤维条和麂皮绒条经过织造得到超低捻纯棉原布布料;
S4:制软处理:将超低捻纯棉原布布料采用5~7g/L的软油QH15以及0.15~0.25g/L的HAC进行制软,冷行15~30min后出布,完成第一道化学制软,然后出缸干布后通过将织物置于高速气流下,并往复拍打、撞击栅栏实现物理制软;
S5:布料定型:定型浆方为:90~110g/L脂肪酰胺衍生物柔软剂、4~6g/L的渗透剂TF107A以及0.25~0.4g/L柠檬酸,定型机速度为10~20m/min,温度为145~160℃,处理后得到超低捻棉布料。
