Description

Straw cleansing composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of applied biology, and particularly relates to a straw face cleaning composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The straw is also called as grass straw, after rice, wheat, corn and other gramineous crops are ripened and threshed, the residual stem and leaf parts are the straw. Among them, the rice straw is often called rice straw, rice ligusticum, and the wheat straw is called wheat straw. More than half of the products of the crops after photosynthesis can be stored in the straws. The straw is a multipurpose and renewable biological resource, and is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, organic matters and the like.
Farmers are good at utilizing straws before the industrialized society. For example, in the south, people dry and store the rice straws, and the rice straws can be used as firewood, and furniture such as a woven cushion, a mattress, a broom and the like; bedding livestock rings, feeding livestock, composting and returning to the field, even manufacturing roofs and the like.
In recent years, as coal, electricity, natural gas and the like are popularized, the varieties of industrial products are enriched, and the demand of the public on straws is reduced. But at the same time also derive serious social problems: how to treat a large amount of straw. The field treatment is direct combustion, but the treatment brings a great amount of non-point source pollution to rural areas. During summer harvest and autumn and winter every year, a large amount of straws of wheat, corn, wormwood and the like are burnt in the field, and a large amount of dense smoke is generated, so that the rural environment is influenced, and the urban environment is affected. In conclusion, the recycling of the straw is imperfect, and a plurality of serious negative problems are further raised.
At present, no report on the utilization of straws for producing the cleansing composition is found.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a straw face cleaning composition.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a method for preparing the above composition.
The invention makes use of high temperature fermentation technology to fully soften lignocellulose in the straw, and makes use of spray drying to prepare the straw face cleaning composition, such as flour and cleaning powder. On one hand, the environmental problem of straw recycling is effectively solved; on the other hand, the cleaning principle of the straw face cleaning composition is to physically wipe dirt, oil stains and sweat stains on the surface of the skin by utilizing the biological fibers, so that the problem of extra damage caused by the surfactant of the traditional face cleaning product when the skin is cleaned can be solved.
In the high-temperature disinfection of the invention, microorganisms (bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus cereus, bacillus coagulans or streptococcus thermophilus) in high-temperature fermentation reaction are inactivated, so that the cleansing composition reaches aseptic conditions to meet the requirements of cosmetic production.
Spray drying is to spray dry the product after high temperature fermentation and sterilization into powder. The dry and anhydrous powder is not easy to breed harmful microorganisms, can be stored for a long time without adding a preservative, and does not cause great influence on the actual use.
The spray-dried finished product can be used as a corresponding face cleaning raw material and added into a face cleaning formula to reduce (or not add) a surfactant or improve the face cleaning effect.

Table 1 shows: the straw cleansing composition prepared in example 1 had the best cleaning ability, which was close to that of comparative example 5 (an amino acid facial cleanser). The reason that the experience feeling of the comparative example 1 is poor is that the straw lignocellulose which is not fermented at high temperature has low softening process and coarse particles, and has strong stimulation to the face during face washing. Comparative examples 2 and 3 are general surfactants, which have cleansing ability but are somewhat irritating and may cause discomfort to individual users after use. Comparative examples 6, 7, 8, 9 show that the experience of mixing the high temperature fermented straw powders alone is slightly worse than that of the mixed fermentation of example 1.
Test example two, toxicology test
The method comprises the following steps: the acute oral toxicity test is carried out according to the cosmetic hygiene standard (2015 edition), and tables 2-5 show the corresponding toxicity exposure. Wherein the concentrations of the drug administered to adult rats were 3000mg/kg, 5000mg/kg, and 6000mg/kg, respectively (tables 2 to 4), and Table 5 shows the toxicity of the adult mice administered with 5000mg/kg. The results show that: table 6 shows that the straw facial cleansing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 7 of the present invention and the straw powder compositions of comparative examples 5 to 9 have pH values close to neutral and close to the pH value of healthy skin (5.0 to 7.0), and the compositions are not strong acid and strong alkali compositions, and have high mildness, and are suitable for use as facial cleansing products.
Test example four measurement of sanitary index
The method comprises the following steps: the tests of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 9 were carried out in accordance with the method specified in sanitation guidelines for cosmetics (2015 edition).
As a result: the straw cleansing compositions prepared in the examples 1 to 4 of the invention and the comparative examples 2 to 9 can pass the test, which shows that the straw cleansing compositions prepared in the invention meet the safety standard requirements.
In the examples 1 to 4 and the comparative examples 5 to 9, only specific thermophilic bacteria can survive after high-temperature fermentation for several days, and in the later period of autoclaving and spray drying, the water content of the finished product after thorough sterilization and drying is less than 1%, and microorganisms cannot grow, so that a better safe environment is formed.
Most of the cleansing compositions of comparative examples 2 to 3 are surfactants, and have antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties within a certain concentration range, while comparative example 4 is certain amino acid cleansing milk with a preservative system.
The total number of the colonies, the total number of the mold and the yeast of the comparative example 1 exceed the standard, and the heavy metal test is qualified, probably because the comparative example 1 is the common straw powder and is not disinfected and dried, and is easily polluted by microorganisms.
