Abstract

一种中重卡48V***应用结构,该48V***包括BSG电机、逆变器、48V锂电池和DCDC转换器,所述的BSG电机与逆变器连接,所述的逆变器与48V锂电池连接,所述的48V锂电池与DCDC转换器连接,本应用结构还包括发动机和两套48V***,所述两套48V***中的BSG电机均通过皮带(1)与曲轴小轮连接,两套48V***中的DCDC转换器分别与12V电池连接,该两个12V电池串联用于整车电气供电。实现48V***在中重卡发动机上的应用,能够降低使用环境的电流,能够降低使用时的发热。

一种中重卡48V***应用结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种48V***应用结构,更具体的说涉及一种中重卡48V***应用结构,属于汽车发动机技术领域。
背景技术
当前,国家对于环境保护越来越重视,对于排放的要求越来越严格,2018年1月全国范围内实施了国V排放标准;另外,从国家的能源安全角度来看,汽车用石油消费占到了石油消费总量的六成,因此,不管是乘用车还是商用车,生产更节能的汽车成了必然选择。
48V混动***的成本在7000元左右,与传统车和重度混合的新能源车相比,其性价比较高。目前,48V***已经在部分乘用车上批量应用,平均能够节油8-10%,克服了低压***功率小电流过大的问题,能够实现汽车启停、动力辅助、刹车能量回收、扩展启停等功能,使发动机始终运行在最佳工况之间,消除了发动机在怠速工作时的油耗、排放与噪声,消除了发动机突然加速、刹车工况下产生的油耗。但是,由于中重卡发动机的启动功率和启动扭矩较大,使得48V***在中重卡上应用仍然存在***电流过大的缺点,因此导致48V***不能直接在商用车领域应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有的48V***不能直接在商用车领域应用的缺陷,提供一种中重卡48V***应用结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种中重卡48V***应用结构,该48V***包括BSG电机、逆变器、48V锂电池和DCDC转换器,所述的BSG电机与逆变器连接,所述的逆变器与48V锂电池连接,所述的48V锂电池与DCDC转换器连接,本应用结构还包括发动机和两套48V***,所述两套48V***中的BSG电机均通过皮带与曲轴小轮连接,两套48V***中的DCDC转换器分别与12V电池连接,该两个12V电池串联用于整车电气供电。
所述的两套48V***中一个BSG电机布置在发电机位置,另一个BSG电机布置在空调压缩机位置。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用了两套48V***,通过皮带共同连接在曲轴小轮上,实现48V***在中重卡发动机上的应用。每套***工作时能够分担一半的电流,能够降低使用时线路及元器件的发热,解决了目前中重卡应用48V***时,使用一套***,电流过大,造成了线路发热严重、需要冷却***,成本高昂等问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
参见图1,一种中重卡48V***应用结构,该48V***包括BSG电机、逆变器、48V锂电池和DCDC转换器,所述的BSG电机与逆变器连接,所述的逆变器与48V锂电池连接,所述的48V锂电池与DCDC转换器连接。本应用结构包括发动机和两套48V***,动力连接方式为将所述两套48V***中的BSG电机均通过皮带1与曲轴小轮连接,BSG电机的启动功率在5-20KW,BSG电机的启动扭矩在20-80Nm;皮带1与发动机连接,发动机与离合器2连接,离合器2与变速箱连接,变速箱与主减速器连接,主减速器与车轮连接。因中重卡采用的电气***均为24V***,现有市面上成熟的DCDC转换器为48V转12V的,故我们将两个12Vv的电池串联起来为整车供电,具体为:两套48V***中的DCDC转换器分别与12V电池连接,两个12V电池串联用于整车电气供电;即48V锂电池通过DCDC转换成12V的电压、充进12V的电池中,然后将两套48V***中的两个12V电池进行串联给中重卡24V电气***供电。
参见图1,所述的两套48V***中一个BSG电机布置在发电机位置;另一个BSG电机布置在空调压缩机位置,并用电动压缩机取代机械压缩机。
参见图1,本中重卡48V***应用结构,采用两套48V***为商用车发动机提供启停、动力辅助、能量回收。当48V***做启动发动机使用时,两套48V***的BSG电机通过皮带1将启动扭矩传递给曲轴小轮,带动曲轴、进而启动发动机;当48V***做动力辅助时,两套48V***的BSG电机通过皮带输出功率给曲轴小轮,进而给发动机提供更大的动力;当48V***实现刹车能量回收功能时,发动机通过曲轴小轮反向拖动两套BSG电机,BSG发电将能量充进相应的电池。
具体实施例1:
参见图1,采用两套48V***,电池为48V20AH,配合逆变器、BSG电机和DCDC转换器,其中BSG电机的功率为5KW、启动扭矩为20Nm,然后将两个BSG电机通过皮带1接在曲轴小轮上,实现发动机的启停、动力辅助,能量回收功能。
具体实施例2:
参见图1,采用两套48V***,电池为48V20AH,配合逆变器、BSG电机和DCDC转换器,其中BSG电机的功率为10KW、启动扭矩为40Nm,然后将两个BSG电机通过皮带1接在曲轴小轮上,实现发动机的启停、动力辅助,能量回收功能。
具体实施例3:
参见图1,采用两套48V***,电池为48V20AH,配合逆变器、BSG电机和DCDC转换器,其中BSG电机的功率为20KW、启动扭矩为80Nm,然后将两个BSG电机通过皮带1接在曲轴小轮上,实现大排量发动机的启停、动力辅助,能量回收功能。

1.一种中重卡48V***应用结构,该48V***包括BSG电机、逆变器、48V锂电池和DCDC转换器,所述的BSG电机与逆变器连接,所述的逆变器与48V锂电池连接,所述的48V锂电池与DCDC转换器连接,其特征在于:本应用结构还包括发动机和两套48V***,所述两套48V***中的BSG电机均通过皮带(1)与曲轴小轮连接,两套48V***中的DCDC转换器分别与12V电池连接,该两个12V电池串联用于整车电气供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中重卡48V***应用结构,其特征在于:所述的两套48V***中一个BSG电机布置在发电机位置,另一个BSG电机布置在空调压缩机位置。
