Wherein, referring to fig. 6, the pressing handle 30 includes a pressing portion 33. The pressing portion 33 has support portions 34 extending at both ends thereof. The ends of the two supporting parts 34 are bent outwards to form two third mounting parts 35, and the third mounting parts 35 are parallel to the pressing parts 33. The third mounting portions 35 are respectively inserted into annular holes at one end of the two annular mounting portions 22 of the clamping member 20, which are close to each other, and can rotate in the two annular mounting portions 22. The pressing handle 30 and the clamping member 20 have simple structure and convenient assembly. The pressing handle 30 can turn over relative to the clamping piece 20, after clamping, the file can rotate the pressing handle 30, so that the pressing handle 30 is attached to the file and is placed flat, the file is stacked conveniently, and space is saved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1-4, the two pressing handles 30 of the hollow dovetail clip are provided with a pressing piece 40 at one end far from the clamping piece 20; specifically, the pressing member 40 is circular, and is not easy to hang on the hand while being attractive. The pressing piece 40 is convenient for the fingers of people to press the pressing piece 40, the pressure of the pressing handle 30 to the fingers of the people is reduced, the comfort of the hollow dovetail clamp in use is enhanced, the fingers of the people can apply force to the pressing piece 40 easily, and the clamping positions of the two clamping pieces 20 are opened. The clamping positions of the two clamping pieces 13 are opened (i.e. the two clamping pieces 13 are far away from each other) by the two pressing handles 30, and the elastic parts 11 are elastically reset to drive the two clamping pieces 13 to be close to each other so as to clamp the document.
Further, the pressing member 40 is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions 41 arranged at an end facing away from the elastic clip body 10, and the arc-shaped protrusions 41 are parallel to the clip 20. The arc-shaped protrusions 41 can increase the friction between the fingers of the user and the surface of the pressing member 40, and prevent the fingers from slipping when the fingers of the user apply force to the pressing member 40.
The pressing member 40 may be fixedly attached to the pressing handle 30 by means of fastening, adhesion, welding, or the like, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the pressing member 40 of the hollow dovetail clip has a triangular shape. The pressing piece 40 is provided with a U-shaped mounting groove 44 at one end close to the pressing handle 20, and the U-shaped mounting groove 44 is matched with the arc-shaped part 36 formed at the joint of the two handle parts 31. The arc-shaped portion 36 is accommodated in the "U" shaped mounting groove 44 in an interference fit manner, so that the pressing member 40 is fixedly mounted on the arc-shaped portion 36 of the pressing handle 30, and the mounting manner is simple and easy to assemble. Further, the pressing piece 40 is concavely provided with a pressing groove 42 for pressing by a human finger at one end deviating from the elastic clamp body 10, the pressing groove 42 is convenient for the human finger to press the pressing groove 42 of the pressing piece 40, the pressure of the pressing handle 30 to the human finger is reduced, and the comfort of the hollow dovetail clamp in use is enhanced.
Further, referring to fig. 5, a plurality of second arc-shaped protrusions 43 are arranged in the pressing groove 42, and the second arc-shaped protrusions 43 are parallel to the clamping member 20, and the second arc-shaped protrusions 43 can increase friction between the fingers of the user and the pressing groove 42, so as to prevent the fingers from slipping when the fingers of the user apply force to the pressing member 40.

Claims (13)

1. The processing method of the hollow dovetail clamp is characterized by comprising the following specific steps of:
s100: providing a carbon steel wire, and bending the carbon steel wire through a bending machine to form an elastic clamp main body;
s200: providing a steel sheet, and punching the steel sheet through a punching machine to form a clamping piece;
s300: providing a carbon steel wire, and bending the carbon steel wire through a bending machine to form a pressing handle;
s400: the method comprises the steps of respectively inserting a first mounting part of two elastic clamp bodies into an annular hole at one end, close to each other, of two annular mounting parts of one clamping piece, inserting another first mounting part of the two elastic clamp bodies into an annular hole at one end, close to each other, of two annular mounting parts of the other clamping piece, inserting two second mounting parts of one pressing handle into an annular hole at one end, far away from each other, of two annular mounting parts of one clamping piece, and inserting two second mounting parts of the other pressing handle into an annular hole at one end, far away from each other, of two annular mounting parts of the other clamping piece; or, respectively inserting a first mounting part of the two elastic clamp bodies into an annular hole at one end of the two annular mounting parts of the clamping piece, which are far away from each other, respectively inserting another first mounting part of the two elastic clamp bodies into an annular hole at one end of the two annular mounting parts of the other clamping piece, which are far away from each other, respectively inserting two third mounting parts of a pressing handle into an annular hole at one end of the two annular mounting parts of the one clamping piece, which are close to each other, respectively inserting two third mounting parts of the other pressing handle into an annular hole at one end of the two annular mounting parts of the other clamping piece, which are close to each other, and completing assembly to form the hollow dovetail clamp;
s500: placing the hollow dovetail clamp into tempering equipment, and treating for 10min at 300 ℃ of the tempering equipment;
s600: sending the tempered hollow dovetail clamp into a salt bath, soaking for 15-20 min, and taking out the hollow dovetail clamp;
s700: putting the hollow dovetail clamp into electroplating equipment, plating zinc, chromium, nickel or copper on the surface of the hollow dovetail clamp in an ion exchange mode, and then drying in an oven at 160-170 ℃ for 40-60 min to form a layer of coating on the surface of the hollow dovetail clamp;
s800: and then taking out the hollow dovetail clamp, and packaging the hollow dovetail clamp after shaping treatment to obtain a finished product.

The method for machining the hollowed-out dovetail clamp according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: step S700 also comprises the step of feeding the coated hollow dovetail clamp into paint spraying equipment for paint spraying, so that different colors are attached to the surface of the hollow dovetail clamp.

one end of each pressing handle is respectively arranged on each clamping piece, and each pressing handle is abutted against the connecting part when being close to the elastic clamp main body.
