According to the application method of the surface dust removing equipment provided by the invention, the dust adhering components 21 are arranged on two sides of the substrate 5, the two side surfaces of the substrate 5 are simultaneously adsorbed through the dust adhering components 21 on two sides, so that a good dust removing effect is achieved, the rubber wheel group 211 can adsorb dust on the substrate 5 and also can play an auxiliary transmission effect, the lifting mechanism 3 drives the rubber wheel group 211 on the upper side or the lower side of the substrate 5 to be contacted with the substrate 5 at intervals in sequence, the purpose of prolonging the single service life of the rubber wheel group 211 is achieved, the service time of the whole surface dust removing equipment is prolonged, and the frequent shutdown time is avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 5, as a specific embodiment of the method for using the surface dust removing apparatus provided by the present invention, the glue wheel set 211 includes a glue wheel 2111 and a dust-binding paper roller 2112, the glue wheel 2111 may be abutted against the substrate 5, the dust-binding paper roller 2112 adheres to dust on the glue wheel 2111, and when the transmission mechanism 1 is stopped, the dust-binding paper on the outermost edge of the dust-binding paper roller 2112 may be torn off. Specifically, the glue wheel 2111 is generally a rubber dust-sticking roller, the outer surface of the glue wheel 2111 has elasticity and lower viscosity, so that the damage to the outer surface of the substrate 5 caused by the glue wheel 2111 when the glue wheel 2111 rotates to stick dust can be effectively avoided, and the glue wheel 2111 is subjected to dust sticking through the dust-sticking paper roller 2112 with higher viscosity, so that the dust is transferred, and the glue wheel 2111 is ensured to have better viscosity all the time. The dust-binding paper roller 2112 generally comprises a plurality of layers of dust-binding paper, and can tear off the dust-binding paper on the outermost layer after the machine is stopped, so that the dust-binding operation can be rapidly continued, the time of the machine is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency of the whole surface dust removing equipment is improved.

The dust removing roller set mechanism (2) comprises two dust adhering components (21) which are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the transmission mechanism (1); each dust adhering component (21) comprises at least two rubber wheel groups (211), each rubber wheel group (211) comprises a rubber wheel (2111) and a dust adhering paper roller (2112), the rubber wheels (2111) are located on one side close to the transmission mechanism (1), the outer surface of each rubber wheel (2111) is tangential to the outer surface of the dust adhering paper roller (2112), the dust removing roller group mechanism (2) further comprises limiting side plates (22) used for fixing two ends of the rubber wheel groups (211) and connecting plates (23) connected with the limiting side plates (22) on two sides, the limiting side plates (22) are fixedly connected with the rubber wheels (2111), sliding grooves (221) for the dust adhering paper rollers (2112) to slide are formed in the limiting side plates (22), limiting stop bolts (222) used for blocking the dust adhering paper rollers (2) are further arranged in the sliding grooves (221) in a penetrating mode, and handles (223) are arranged on one sides of the limiting side plates (22) far from the dust adhering components (21);
The transmission mechanism (1) comprises a transmission shaft (11) arranged at one side of the dedusting roller set mechanism (2), two ends of the transmission shaft (11) are fixedly connected with the limiting side plates (22), and a rolling bearing (12) is sleeved on the transmission shaft (11);
The dust removing roller set mechanism (2) further comprises two driving assemblies (24) which are respectively used for driving the rubber wheel sets (211) positioned on two sides of the transmission mechanism (1) to rotate, the driving assemblies (24) comprise driving pieces (241), driving wheels (242) which are arranged at the shaft ends of output shafts of the driving pieces (241) and driven wheels (243) which are arranged at the end parts of the rubber wheels (2111), the driving wheels (242) and the driven wheels (243) are connected through chains (244), and the driving assemblies (24) further comprise tensioning wheels (245) which are used for tensioning the chains (244); and
The lifting mechanism (3) comprises a plurality of lifting pieces (31) for driving the rubber wheel groups (211) to lift, and the lifting pieces (31) drive the rubber wheel groups (211) positioned on the same side to be in butt joint with the substrate (5) at intervals in sequence.
2. The surface dust removing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the dust removing roller set mechanism is characterized by further comprising a fixed panel (4), and the dust removing roller set mechanism (2) is connected to the bottom of the fixed panel (4) in a sliding mode.

Stopping the transmission mechanism (1), drawing out the whole dust removing roller set mechanism (2), and replacing the rubber wheel set (211) or tearing off dust adhering paper at the outer edge of the dust adhering paper roller (2112);
Pushing back the whole dust removing roller set mechanism (2) and starting the transmission mechanism (1).

A method of using the surface dust removing apparatus as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the adhesive wheel set (211) comprises an adhesive wheel (2111) and a dust-binding paper roller (2112), the adhesive wheel (2111) can be abutted against the substrate (5), the dust-binding paper roller (2112) is adhered to dust on the adhesive wheel (2111), and when the transmission mechanism (1) is stopped, dust-binding paper at the outermost edge of the dust-binding paper roller (2112) can be torn off.
