The inventor finds that the acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer has better ion resistance, has good thickening capability after being neutralized, and has moist skin feel; furthermore, the polymer with better ion resistance is more durable in wire drawing effect and water bursting effect compared with the polymer with slightly poorer ion resistance.

The pH regulator used in the invention comprises one or more than two of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, tromethamine, aminomethyl propanol and arginine; preferably one of triethanolamine, tromethamine and arginine.
The addition amount of the pH regulator is 0.01-0.4 wt% based on the total weight of the toning lotion. Preferably 0.05-0.3 wt%, when the amount of the pH regulator added is less than 0.01 wt%, the pH of the resulting lotion is too low, and when the amount of the pH regulator added is more than 0.4 wt%, the pH of the lotion is too high, and the skin irritation is easily caused by too high or too low pH.
The solubilizer used in the invention comprises one or more than two of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, octyl dodecanol polyether-16, polysorbate-20, PPG-26-butanol polyether-26, polyglycerol-10 laurate and PPG-13-decyl tetradecanol polyether-24; preferably one or two of octyldodecanol polyether-16, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, and polysorbate-20.
The addition amount of the solubilizer is 0.05-1 wt% based on the total weight of the toning lotion. Preferably 0.1 to 0.5 wt%; when the addition amount of the solubilizer is less than 0.05% by weight, the solubilization ability of the resulting lotion is poor, and the transparency is poor, and when the addition amount of the solubilizer is more than 1% by weight, the resulting lotion is more irritating.
The chelating agent used in the invention comprises one or two of disodium EDTA, tetrasodium EDTA, pentasodium pentetate, sodium phytate and phytic acid; one or two of disodium EDTA, sodium phytate and pentasodium pentetate are preferred.
The addition amount of the chelating agent is 0.001-0.5 wt% based on the total weight of the lotion. Preferably 0.01 to 0.3 wt%; when the added amount of the chelating agent is less than 0.001 wt%, the ability to chelate metal ions is weak, and when the added amount of the chelating agent is more than 0.5 wt%, the pH of the resulting lotion is too high or too low, easily causing skin irritation.

The water used in the present invention may be one commonly used in the cosmetic field, such as, but not limited to, deionized water. The adding amount of the deionized water in the toning lotion provided by the invention is 55-95 wt%, preferably 60-90 wt% based on the total weight of the toning lotion.

secondly, cooling to 48-55 ℃, adding a pH regulator, and uniformly stirring and dispersing;
and thirdly, cooling to 42-48 ℃, adding polyethylene glycol, a skin conditioner, a solubilizer, essence and a preservative, and uniformly stirring to obtain the toning lotion.
In one embodiment of the invention, the above steps are carried out in a reaction vessel.
In one embodiment of the invention, the temperature is reduced to 32-39 ℃ after the uniform stirring, and the toning lotion provided by the invention is obtained by filtering. The filtration may be carried out according to methods conventional in the art, such as, but not limited to, suction filtration.
The features mentioned above with reference to the invention, or the features mentioned with reference to the embodiments, can be combined arbitrarily. All the features disclosed in this specification may be combined in any combination, and each feature disclosed in this specification may be replaced by alternative features serving the same, equivalent or similar purpose. Thus, unless expressly stated otherwise, the features disclosed are merely generic examples of equivalent or similar features.
The main advantages of the invention are:
the toning lotion provided by the invention has a lasting wire drawing effect along with slight flapping of hands when being used, and meanwhile, generates visible particle water globules for a long time, and after being used, the skin has soft and silky touch feeling, is fresh and not sticky.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
In an embodiment of the present invention,
the carbomer # 1 manufacturer is lubrizol, product designation: carbopol 980;
the carbomer 2# manufacturer is lubrizol, product designation: carbopol 981;
the manufacturer of acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer # 1 is lubrizol, product designation: carbopol Ultrez 20;
the manufacturer of acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer No. 2 is lubrizol, product designation: carbopol Ultrez 21;
preparation examples
Lotions were prepared according to the contents (parts) of the components of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 in the following table 1, according to the following procedures.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: putting deionized water into a reaction vessel, adding a water-soluble humectant, a water-soluble thickener and a chelating agent, stirring and heating to 78 ℃ for complete dissolution;
and 2, step: cooling to 50 ℃, adding a pH regulator into the reaction vessel, and stirring and dispersing uniformly;
and step 3: cooling to 45 deg.C, adding polyethylene glycol, skin conditioner, solubilizer, essence, and antiseptic into a reaction container, and stirring;
and 4, step 4: cooling to 35 deg.C, and filtering to obtain astringent with water burst effect.

Effects of the embodiment
The moisturizing lotions i to v prepared in examples 1 to 5 and the moisturizing lotions vi to vii prepared in comparative examples 1 to 2 were used for tests of consumer experience, and evaluated with 30 consumers of average age of 26 years. The evaluation method is to select the acceptance (whether the description is met) of each item in 1-5 points. The effect corresponding to each score is described as follows:

Test results show that the use experience of the toning lotion provided by the embodiment of the application on the water bursting effect is obviously superior to that of the toning lotion provided by a comparative example. By comparing the toning lotion prepared by the polymers with different rheologies and ion resistances, the comprehensive performance of the toning lotion prepared by the ion-resistant polymer is good, and the use experience of the water bursting effect is relatively medium rheologies. By comparing the combination use of the polyethylene glycol polymers with different molecular weights, the comprehensive performance of the toning lotion prepared by using the combination of the polyethylene glycol polymers with relatively high molecular weights is good in the use experience of the water bursting effect.

Claims (6)

1. The moisturizing astringent is characterized in that raw materials for preparing the astringent comprise the following components in percentage by weight:
1.0-40 wt% of water-soluble humectant
0.01-0.5 wt% of water-soluble thickener
0.1-20 wt% of polyethylene glycol
55-95 wt% water;
the water-soluble thickener is acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, and the acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer is carbopol Ultrez 20;
the polyethylene glycol is 0.01-0.05 wt% of polyethylene glycol-90M and 1-3 wt% of polyethylene glycol-75 or polyethylene glycol-150.
2. The astringent of claim 1, wherein the water-soluble humectant is selected from one or more of the following: glycerol, propylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, methylpropanediol, sorbitol, sodium hyaluronate, sodium acetylhyaluronate, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, betaine, panthenol, glyceryl polyether-26, and PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer.
3. The lotion of claim 1, wherein the raw materials further comprise:
0.1-10 wt% of a skin conditioner
0.01-0.4 wt% of pH regulator
0.05-1.0 wt% of solubilizer
0.001-0.5 wt% of a chelating agent
0.01-3.0 wt% preservative
0.001-1.0 wt% of essence.
4. A method for preparing a lotion according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: mixing a formula amount of a water-soluble humectant, a water-soluble thickener, water and polyethylene glycol to obtain the lotion according to claim 1 or 2.
5. A method for preparing the lotion according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
(1) mixing the water-soluble humectant, the water-soluble thickener, the chelating agent and water according to the formula dosage to obtain a solution 1
(2) Mixing the solution 1 with a pH regulator in a formula dosage to obtain a mixture 1;
(3) mixing mixture 1 with formula amounts of polyethylene glycol, skin conditioning agents, solubilizers, fragrances and preservatives to obtain the lotion according to claim 3.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the toning lotion according to claim 3 is obtained by filtering at 32 to 39 ℃ after mixing in step (3).
