An optional embodiment of the present invention provides a control method for a distribution device, in which a small screen is arranged at a doorway of a box to display a two-dimensional code, and a robot (i.e., the distribution device) scanning the two-dimensional code can communicate with a waiter in the box through an earphone (i.e., the audio processing device) to notify the waiter in the box to open a door, pick up dishes, and report the complete status of dishes in the box (how many dishes are left).
The two-dimensional code at the box door is updated according to the waiters in the box, the two-dimensional code can be updated in real time through manual operation of the waiters when the waiters in the box are replaced each time, and the generated two-dimensional code corresponds to the waiters of the box one to one so as to ensure that the robot cannot inform the information wrongly.
The following is a description of the operation:
step 1, operating a doorway screen to generate an exclusive two-dimensional code when a box attendant is on duty.
And step 2, ordering dishes by the guest and ordering by the waiter.
And step 3, receiving the order in a kitchen and preparing the dish.
And 4, delivering the dish to the dish delivery robot after the dish is finished.
And 5, the dish sending robot arrives at the door of the box according to default navigation, and scans the two-dimensional code to notify the waiter.
And step 6, opening a packing compartment door by a waiter, moving the food delivery robot into a room to a dining table and opening a food storage box.
And 7, serving by the server, and prompting the dishes to be served and the remaining dishes in the box in the earphone of the server by the robot.
And 8, after the dishes are loaded, the waiter clicks the robot, and the robot returns to the kitchen or goes to the next box to scan a new two-dimensional code and continue to send the dishes.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, controlling a distribution device to move to a target position corresponding to a target object, wherein the distribution device is used for distributing objects stored by the distribution device to an area corresponding to the stored objects, the stored objects comprise the target object, and the target position is the position of the target area corresponding to the target object;
s2, acquiring a target area identifier corresponding to the target area from the target position through the distribution equipment;
s3, sending first voice prompt information to audio processing equipment corresponding to the target area identification, wherein the first voice prompt information is used for prompting that the target object reaches the target area through voice broadcast;
and S4, controlling the distribution equipment to enter the target area under the condition of receiving first response information sent by responding to the first voice prompt information.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, controlling a distribution device to move to a target position corresponding to a target object, wherein the distribution device is used for distributing objects stored by the distribution device to an area corresponding to the stored objects, the stored objects comprise the target object, and the target position is the position of the target area corresponding to the target object;
s2, acquiring a target area identifier corresponding to the target area from the target position through the distribution equipment;
s3, sending first voice prompt information to audio processing equipment corresponding to the target area identification, wherein the first voice prompt information is used for prompting that the target object reaches the target area through voice broadcast;
and S4, controlling the distribution equipment to enter the target area under the condition of receiving first response information sent by responding to the first voice prompt information.
Optionally, for a specific example in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiment and optional implementation, and this embodiment is not described herein again.

Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (5)

1. A control method of a dispensing apparatus, comprising:
when a service person enters a target area, automatically identifying audio processing equipment carried by the service person, and sending request information to the audio processing equipment, wherein the request information is used for requesting to establish a corresponding relation with the audio processing equipment;
receiving second response information sent by the audio processing equipment in response to the request information;
if the second response information is used for indicating that the audio processing equipment agrees to establish the corresponding relationship, establishing the corresponding relationship between the audio processing equipment and the target area;
generating a target two-dimensional code carrying an equipment identifier of the audio processing equipment and a target area identifier of the target area, wherein the target two-dimensional code corresponds to the audio processing equipment carried by the service personnel one to one;
controlling a distribution device to move to a target position corresponding to a target object, wherein the distribution device is used for distributing the objects stored by the distribution device to an area corresponding to the stored objects, the stored objects comprise the target object, and the target position is a position of the target area corresponding to the target object;
displaying the target two-dimensional code at the target position;
scanning the target two-dimensional code through the distribution equipment;
identifying the target two-dimensional code through the distribution equipment to obtain the target area identification;
sending first voice prompt information to audio processing equipment corresponding to the target area identification, wherein the first voice prompt information is used for prompting that the target object reaches the target area through voice broadcast;
under the condition that first response information sent by responding to the first voice prompt information is received, controlling the distribution equipment to enter the target area;
the two-dimension code of the target area is updated according to the replacement of the service personnel in charge of the target area, the two-dimension code of the target area is updated each time the service personnel in charge of the target area are replaced, and the updated two-dimension code of the target area corresponds to the audio processing equipment carried by the service personnel in charge of the target area.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after controlling the dispensing device to enter the target area, the method further comprises:
controlling the distribution equipment to display the target object and sending second voice prompt information to the audio processing equipment, wherein the second voice prompt information is used for prompting attribute information corresponding to the target object;
receiving indication information under the condition that the target object is detected to leave the distribution equipment;
and controlling the distribution equipment to leave the target area under the condition that the indication information is used for indicating the distribution equipment to leave the target area.
3. A control apparatus for a dispensing device, comprising:
the establishing module is used for establishing a corresponding relation between the audio processing equipment and the target area;
a generating module, configured to generate a target two-dimensional code carrying an equipment identifier of the audio processing equipment and a target area identifier of the target area, where the target two-dimensional code corresponds to the audio processing equipment carried by a service staff in a one-to-one manner;
the system comprises a first control module, a first storage module and a second control module, wherein the first control module is used for controlling a distribution device to move to a target position corresponding to a target object, the distribution device is used for distributing objects stored by the distribution device to an area corresponding to the stored objects, the stored objects comprise the target object, and the target position is the position of the target area corresponding to the target object;
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain, by the distribution device, a target area identifier corresponding to the target area from the target location;
a first sending module, configured to send first voice prompt information to an audio processing device corresponding to the target area identifier, where the first voice prompt information is used to prompt, through voice broadcast, that the target object has reached the target area;
the second control module is used for controlling the distribution equipment to enter the target area under the condition of receiving first response information sent by responding to the first voice prompt information;
the two-dimensional code of the target area is updated according to the replacement of a service person in charge of the target area, the two-dimensional code of the target area is updated each time the service person in charge of the target area is replaced, and the updated two-dimensional code of the target area corresponds to the audio processing equipment carried by the replaced service person in charge of the target area;
the establishing module comprises:
the system comprises a sending unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the sending unit is used for automatically identifying audio processing equipment carried by a service person when the service person enters a target area, and sending request information to the audio processing equipment, and the request information is used for requesting to establish a corresponding relation with the audio processing equipment;

and the identification unit is used for identifying the target two-dimensional code through the distribution equipment to obtain the target area identifier.
4. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is arranged to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 2 when executed.
5. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 2.
