Abstract

本发明公开了一种防火静音门,包括一门套,以及安装于门套中的门体,该门体的一侧通过合页铰接在门套上,所述门体的中间具有一个镂空腔,镂空腔的上下面以及远离合页的一侧面上均开设有一个贯穿的开口腔,所述镂空腔内填充设置一弹性材料制成的填充囊,所述填充囊内填充流体物质;填充囊正对着开口腔一侧面上形成一鼓出部,自然状态时,鼓出部凹陷于开口腔内,所述门体以及门套远离合页一侧的上下面均设置有一磁力执行组件,当门体相对门套关闭时,通过磁力执行组件挤压整个填充囊,并使得鼓出部鼓出于开口腔外部。本发明的门体结构,能够在关闭后获得更好的密封性,增加静音效果,同时在开门后可以完全不影响,并具有非常好的防火性能。

本发明涉及一种门体,具体涉及一种防火静音门。
背景技术
目前家用的木板门在定制时,由于门套与门体是一起定制的,由于门套的尺寸大小与实际做出来会有偏差,所以一般门体安装于门套内后,门体外壁面与门套之间的间隙比较的大,故后期使用时门的静音效果非常的差,而且缝隙大量之后,在发生火灾时,烟气容易穿过门体进入到其它空间,导致火势的快速蔓延,而且门体一般都是木质材料,耐火性较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是一种防火静音门,能够在关闭后自动增加静音效果,在开启门体时可以不受限制,并同时具有非常好的防火以及密封性能,能够有效的解决现有技术中的不足。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种防火静音门,包括一门套,以及安装于门套中的门体,该门体的一侧通过合页铰接在门套上,所述门体的中间具有一个镂空腔,镂空腔的上下面以及远离合页的一侧面上均开设有一个贯穿的开口腔,所述镂空腔内填充设置一弹性材料制成的填充囊,所述填充囊内填充流体物质;
填充囊正对着开口腔一侧面上形成一鼓出部,自然状态时,鼓出部凹陷于开口腔内,所述门体以及门套远离合页一侧的上下面均设置有一磁力执行组件,当门体相对门套关闭时,通过磁力执行组件挤压整个填充囊,并使得鼓出部鼓出于开口腔外部。
作为优选的技术方案,所述磁力执行组件包括一根以上的磁力条以及磁推件,所述磁推件嵌入设置于门套内,所述磁力条活动设置于门体上的磁力孔内,所述磁力孔的一端与镂空腔相通,另一端与外部空间相通,磁力条装入于磁力孔内其尾端与填充囊接触。
作为优选的技术方案,所述磁力条靠近磁推件一侧为N极,磁推件靠近磁力条一侧为N极,或者磁力条靠近磁推件一侧为S极,磁推件靠近磁力条一侧为S极。
作为优选的技术方案,所述磁推件为永磁体或者电磁铁组件。
作为优选的技术方案,所述填充囊为弹性橡胶材料制成,其内部的流体物质为水。
作为优选的技术方案,所述填充囊的外壁面与镂空腔内壁之间均打胶水固定。
作为优选的技术方案,所述磁力孔的外侧开口端均设置有一个限位包边,防止柱形的磁力条移动至磁力孔的外部。
作为优选的技术方案,所述鼓出部的外侧面上均粘接有一层橡胶加厚层,整个填充囊外壁面上涂抹有一层防火涂料层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的门体,利用磁力顶出结构,使得门体在关闭后自动关闭缝隙,进而达到静音的效果,并同时隔离了两个空间,使得在发生火灾时,烟气不会快速蔓延,具有很好的防火性能,同时门体内部的水可以有效阻止火势的蔓延,增加逃生几率,增加使用安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图4所示,本防火静音门,包括一门套1,以及安装于门套1中的门体3,该门体3的一侧通过合页铰接在门套1上,门体3的中间具有一个镂空腔,镂空腔的上下面以及远离合页的一侧面上均开设有一个贯穿的开口腔,镂空腔内填充设置一弹性材料制成的填充囊2,填充囊2的填充腔4内填充流体物质;
填充囊2正对着开口腔一侧面上形成一鼓出部6,自然状态时,鼓出部6凹陷于开口腔内,门体3以及门套1远离合页一侧的上下面均设置有一磁力执行组件5,当门体相对门套1关闭时,通过磁力执行组件挤压整个填充囊2,并使得鼓出部鼓出于开口腔外部。
本实施例中,如图3所示,磁力执行组件5包括一根以上的磁力条53以及磁推件52,磁推件52嵌入设置于门套1内,磁力条53活动设置于门体3上的磁力孔51内,磁力孔51的一端与镂空腔相通,另一端与外部空间相通,磁力条装入于磁力孔51内其尾端与填充囊2接触。
本实施例中,磁力条53靠近磁推件一侧为N极,磁推件52靠近磁力条53一侧为N极,或者磁力条53靠近磁推件52一侧为S极,磁推件52靠近磁力条53一侧为S极,当门体关闭后,磁力条53与磁推件52同性相斥,此时磁力条52的尾端挤压填充囊2,使得充气囊2受到挤压后,在开口腔的位置鼓出,此时鼓出后的填充囊2可以很好的密封门体与门套之间的缝隙,而缝隙大小的改变只要选用不同磁力的磁力条或者磁推件即可,如果安装完成后缝隙较大,则选择较大磁力的磁推件即可,非常的方便,也更加的灵活。
当打开门体后,由于磁力条远离磁推件,此时磁力条53对填充囊2的挤压力消失,此时填充囊2恢复形变,即可使得鼓出部回缩,不再与门套内壁面接触,此时正常推动门体,不会有任何的摩擦力,不影响正常使用。
本实施例中,磁推件52为永磁体或者电磁铁组件,可根据实际需要选择电磁铁或者永磁体。
其中,填充囊2为弹性橡胶材料制成,其内部的流体物质为水,水的作用有两个,一个是作永流体挤压件,使得挤压填充囊2时,其位于开口腔一侧能够鼓出,而第二个作用是用于发生火灾时的防火使用,增加门体的隔火性能,增加安全性。
本实施例中,填充囊2的外壁面与镂空腔内壁之间均打胶水固定,整个填充囊2不能相对整个门体3移动位置,只有在开口腔的位置才能鼓出。
其中,磁力孔51的外侧开口端均设置有一个限位包边,防止柱形的磁力条移动至磁力孔的外部。
本实施例中,鼓出部6的外侧面上均粘接有一层橡胶加厚层(未图示),整个填充囊外壁面上涂抹有一层防火涂料层,通过防火涂料层增加填充囊的防火性能,通过橡胶加厚层来增加耐磨性能,防止填充囊的突出端快速磨损。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的门体,利用磁力顶出结构,使得门体在关闭后自动关闭缝隙,进而达到静音的效果,并同时隔离了两个空间,使得在发生火灾时,烟气不会快速蔓延,具有很好的防火性能,同时门体内部的水可以有效阻止火势的蔓延,增加逃生几率,增加使用安全性。

Claims (8)

1.一种防火静音门,其特征在于:包括一门套,以及安装于门套中的门体,该门体的一侧通过合页铰接在门套上,所述门体的中间具有一个镂空腔,镂空腔的上下面以及远离合页的一侧面上均开设有一个贯穿的开口腔,所述镂空腔内填充设置一弹性材料制成的填充囊,所述填充囊内填充流体物质;
填充囊正对着开口腔一侧面上形成一鼓出部,自然状态时,鼓出部凹陷于开口腔内,所述门体以及门套远离合页一侧的上下面均设置有一磁力执行组件,当门体相对门套关闭时,通过磁力执行组件挤压整个填充囊,并使得鼓出部鼓出于开口腔外部。
2.如权利要求1所述的防火静音门,其特征在于:所述磁力执行组件包括一根以上的磁力条以及磁推件,所述磁推件嵌入设置于门套内,所述磁力条活动设置于门体上的磁力孔内,所述磁力孔的一端与镂空腔相通,另一端与外部空间相通,磁力条装入于磁力孔内其尾端与填充囊接触。
3.如权利要求2所述的防火静音门,其特征在于:所述磁力条靠近磁推件一侧为N极,磁推件靠近磁力条一侧为N极,或者磁力条靠近磁推件一侧为S极,磁推件靠近磁力条一侧为S极。
4.如权利要求2所述的防火静音门,其特征在于:所述磁推件为永磁体或者电磁铁组件。
5.如权利要求1所述的防火静音门,其特征在于:所述填充囊为弹性橡胶材料制成,其内部的流体物质为水。
6.如权利要求1所述的防火静音门,其特征在于:所述填充囊的外壁面与镂空腔内壁之间均打胶水固定。
7.如权利要求2所述的防火静音门,其特征在于:所述磁力孔的外侧开口端均设置有一个限位包边,防止柱形的磁力条移动至磁力孔的外部。
8.如权利要求1所述的防火静音门,其特征在于:所述鼓出部的外侧面上均粘接有一层橡胶加厚层,整个填充囊外壁面上涂抹有一层防火涂料层。
