Background
Whether new house decoration or second-hand house reconstruction is carried out, waterproof construction is required to be carried out at certain specific positions in the house; the waterproof construction mainly comprises two types of waterproof paint brushing and waterproof cloth laying, and the current application of brushing the waterproof paint in the waterproof construction is wider.
Present water repellent's ground needs clear up subaerial debris before carrying out the water proof coating construction, prevents that debris such as subaerial adnexed grit from causing the influence to the waterproof construction on ground, mainly adopts the manual work to utilize the spiller to shovel subaerial debris and fall when clearing up current to ground, and the problem that exists when clearing up current water repellent is as follows to ground before to:
1. when the manual work is carried out on the ground, sundries attached to the ground are required to be shoveled down, and then the shoveled sundries are cleaned, so that the efficiency of manually cleaning the ground is low;
2. when the manual work is cleared up ground, the corner of wall and the debris on the wall can't be cleared up, and the clearance effect is relatively poor when the ground to different inclinations is cleared up.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a construction method of a waterproof layer for interior and exterior decoration of a building, which comprises the following steps:
s1: and (3) reinforcing construction: the positions of internal corners, pipe orifices and the like of the ground needing waterproof treatment are coated into an arc shape by cement mortar, so that the waterproof effect of weak positions on the ground needing waterproof treatment is improved;
s2: cleaning a base layer: the walking mechanism arranged on the top plate is placed on the ground to be subjected to waterproof treatment, and the walking mechanism is manually pushed to enable the leveling mechanism to remove redundant sundries such as sand grains and the like on the ground and the wall;
s3: infiltrating a base layer: pre-wetting the ground base layer, keeping the base surface wet, and ensuring no open water on the ground base layer;
s4: stirring the coating: after the base layer on the ground is cleaned and soaked, preparing waterproof powder and a waterproof additive in proportion, pouring the additive into a stirring container, slowly pouring the powder, and stirring by using an electric stirring drill to fully stir the coating to a paste without precipitates;
s5: coating: uniformly coating the stirred paint on a base layer of the waterproof processing ground by using a roller, wherein the coating operation needs to be carried out for multiple times according to the coating thickness of the paint, and the interval time between two times of coating is 2-4 h;
s6: water spraying and maintaining: after the ground base layer is coated and the coating is dried and solidified, performing water spraying maintenance on the ground in a spraying water spraying mode to improve the waterproof treatment effect of the ground;
in the construction method of the waterproof layer for interior and exterior decoration of the building, the working procedure in the step S-S needs the top plate, the travelling mechanism and the leveling mechanism to be matched to complete corresponding treatment operation;
the bottom of the outer end of the top plate is symmetrically provided with the travelling mechanisms, the lower end face of the middle part of the top plate is provided with the leveling mechanism, and the top plate is manually held or arranged on the moving vehicle, so that the ground base layer can be controlled to be cleaned from right to left, and the problems of poor waterproof treatment effect and the like caused by sundries such as sand grains and the like remained on the ground base layer or the wall are prevented;
the shoveling mechanism comprises a shoveling plate, a shoveling connecting shaft, a supporting plate, a positioning spring, a rolling wheel, a rolling rotating shaft, a transmission branched chain and a cleaning roller, wherein the shoveling plate is positioned below the top plate and is obliquely arranged, the shoveling plate is arranged on the middle part of the shoveling connecting shaft, the front end and the rear end of the shoveling connecting shaft are respectively provided with the supporting plate, and the top of the supporting plate is arranged on the lower end surface of the top plate;
the positioning spring is positioned on the left side of the shovel connecting shaft, the bottom of the positioning spring is connected with the upper end face of the middle part of the shovel plate, the top of the positioning spring is installed on the bottom of the top plate, the front end and the rear end of the shovel plate are respectively provided with a rotating groove, a rolling wheel is installed in each rotating groove on the shovel plate through a rolling rotating shaft, the lower end of the transmission branched chain is installed on the rolling rotating shaft, and the cleaning roller is installed on the left end of the transmission branched chain; the middle part of the shovel plate is provided with a containing groove, the lower end of the left side wall of the containing groove on the shovel plate is arranged in a leftward inclined mode, during specific work, the shovel plate mechanism can clean sundries such as sand grains on the ground, when the shovel plate is placed on a base layer of the ground, the left end of the shovel plate can be tightly attached to the base layer of the ground under the action of a positioning spring, then the shovel plate is controlled to move from right to left, the rolling wheel can rotate along with the movement of the shovel plate, the sweeping roller can be driven to rotate in the same direction under the action of the transmission branched chain by the movement of the rolling wheel, the shovel plate can scrape the sundries on the ground, the sweeping roller can convey the scraped sundries into the containing groove of the shovel plate, and the lower end of the side wall of the containing groove on the shovel plate is arranged in a leftward inclined mode to prevent the sundries from falling from the containing groove.
Running gear include walking pillar and walking wheel, the walking pillar is located the dull and stereotyped outside of shovel, the top of walking pillar is installed on the bottom of roof, is provided with the square groove on the lower extreme of walking pillar, the walking wheel is evenly installed in the square groove of walking pillar, running gear can support on the basic unit on ground.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the transmission branched chain comprises transmission gears, transition gears, a cleaning gear, transition rotating shafts, a cleaning rotating shaft and a rotating shaft connecting plate, wherein each rolling rotating shaft is provided with one transmission gear, the transmission gears are positioned on the outer sides of the rolling wheels, the upper part of the left end of each transmission gear is meshed with one transition gear, and the two transition gears are arranged on the transition rotating shafts;
the cleaning gear is positioned below the left side of the transition gear, the cleaning gear is meshed with the transition gear, the cleaning gear is installed on the outer end of the cleaning rotating shaft, the cleaning roller is installed on the middle portion of the cleaning rotating shaft, the outer ends of the transition rotating shaft and the cleaning rotating shaft are installed on the bottom of the top plate through the rotating shaft connecting plate, the size of the transmission gear is larger than that of the cleaning gear, in the specific work process, the transmission branched chain can transmit the rotating force generated by the rolling wheel to the cleaning roller, the cleaning roller can rotate along with the rolling wheel in the same direction, and the size of the transmission gear is larger than that of the cleaning gear, so that the cleaning roller can rotate rapidly, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller on the ground base.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the cleaning roller is uniformly provided with hook-shaped bristles, the hook-shaped bristles at the outer end of the cleaning roller are obliquely arranged outwards, the hook-shaped bristles of the cleaning roller can increase the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller on sundries, and the bristles obliquely arranged outwards at the outer end of the cleaning roller can increase the cleaning range of the cleaning roller.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the wall surface cleaning device has the advantages that sundries are cleaned at the ground and the corners with different slopes and needing waterproof treatment in a purely mechanical mode, so that sand grains and other sundries attached to the ground are shoveled and removed, the sundries can be scraped and cleaned at the corners of the ground, and the wall surface cleaning effect and efficiency are improved;
the hook-shaped bristles of the cleaning roller can increase the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller on sundries, and the bristles arranged at the outer end of the cleaning roller in an outward inclined mode can increase the cleaning range of the cleaning roller;
the side scraping branch chain can clean the corners of the ground and sundries on the wall, so that the influence of the side scraping branch chain on the waterproof treatment of the ground is prevented, the corner position of the ground cannot be cleaned completely due to the fact that the waterproof ground has a certain inclination, the side scraping knife can automatically cling to the corners of the ground under the action of the side scraping spring and the telescopic spring, and the cleaning effect of the side scraping branch chain on the ground is improved.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a construction method of a waterproof layer for interior and exterior finishing of a building includes the steps of:
s1: and (3) reinforcing construction: the positions of internal corners, pipe orifices and the like of the ground needing waterproof treatment are coated into an arc shape by cement mortar, so that the waterproof effect of weak positions on the ground needing waterproof treatment is improved;
s2: cleaning a base layer: the walking mechanism 2 arranged on the top plate 1 is placed on the ground to be subjected to waterproof treatment, and the walking mechanism 2 is manually pushed to enable the leveling mechanism 3 to remove redundant sundries such as sand grains and the like on the ground and the wall;
s3: infiltrating a base layer: pre-wetting the ground base layer, keeping the base surface wet, and ensuring no open water on the ground base layer;
s4: stirring the coating: after the base layer on the ground is cleaned and soaked, preparing waterproof powder and a waterproof additive in proportion, pouring the additive into a stirring container, slowly pouring the powder, and stirring by using an electric stirring drill to fully stir the coating to a paste without precipitates;
s5: coating: uniformly coating the stirred paint on a base layer of the waterproof processing ground by using a roller, wherein the coating operation needs to be carried out for multiple times according to the coating thickness of the paint, and the interval time between two times of coating is 2-4 h;
s6: water spraying and maintaining: after the ground base layer is coated and the coating is dried and solidified, performing water spraying maintenance on the ground in a spraying water spraying mode to improve the waterproof treatment effect of the ground;
in the construction method of the waterproof layer for interior and exterior decoration of the building, the working procedures in the steps S1-S6 need to complete corresponding treatment operations by matching the top plate 1, the travelling mechanism 2 and the leveling mechanism 3;
the bottom of the outer end of the top plate 1 is symmetrically provided with the travelling mechanisms 2, the lower end face of the middle part of the top plate 1 is provided with the leveling mechanism 3, and the top plate 1 is manually held or arranged on a moving vehicle, so that the cleaning action of the invention on a ground base layer from right to left can be controlled, and the problems of poor waterproof treatment effect and the like caused by sundries such as sand grains and the like remained on the ground base layer or a wall can be prevented;
the leveling mechanism 3 comprises a leveling plate 31, a leveling connecting shaft 32, a supporting plate 33, a positioning spring 34, a rolling wheel 35, a rolling rotating shaft 36, a transmission branched chain 37 and a cleaning roller 38, wherein the leveling plate 31 is positioned below the top plate 1, the leveling plate 31 is obliquely arranged, the leveling plate 31 is arranged on the middle part of the leveling connecting shaft 32, the supporting plate 33 is respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the leveling connecting shaft 32, and the top of the supporting plate 33 is arranged on the lower end face of the top plate 1;
the positioning spring 34 is located at the left side of the leveling connecting shaft 32, the bottom of the positioning spring 34 is connected with the upper end surface of the middle part of the leveling plate 31, the top of the positioning spring 34 is installed on the bottom of the top plate 1, the front end and the rear end of the leveling plate 31 are both provided with a rotating groove, a rolling wheel 35 is installed in each rotating groove on the leveling plate 31 through a rolling rotating shaft 36, the lower end of a transmission branched chain 37 is installed on the rolling rotating shaft 36, and a cleaning roller 38 is installed at the left end of the transmission branched chain 37; the middle of the shovel plate 31 is provided with a containing groove, the lower end of the left side wall of the containing groove on the shovel plate 31 is arranged in a leftward inclined mode, during specific work, the shovel mechanism 3 can clean up sundries such as sand particles on the ground, when the shovel plate 31 is placed on a base layer on the ground, the left end of the shovel plate 31 is tightly attached to the base layer on the ground under the action of the positioning spring 34, then the shovel plate 31 is controlled to move from the right to the left, the rolling wheel 35 can rotate along with the moving of the shovel plate, the rolling wheel 35 can drive the cleaning roller 38 to rotate in the same direction under the action of the transmission branched chain 37, the shovel plate 31 can scrape off the sundries on the ground, the cleaning roller 38 can convey the scraped sundries into the containing groove of the shovel plate 31, and the lower end of the side wall of the containing groove on the shovel plate 31 is arranged in a leftward inclined mode, so that the sundries can be prevented from falling from the containing groove.
Running gear 2 include walking pillar 21 and walking wheel 22, walking pillar 21 is located the outside of shovel board 31, the top of walking pillar 21 is installed on the bottom of roof 1, is provided with the square groove on the lower extreme of walking pillar 21, walking wheel 22 is evenly installed in the square groove of walking pillar 21, running gear 2 can support on the basic unit on ground.
The transmission branched chain 37 comprises a transmission gear 371, a transition gear 372, a cleaning gear 373, a transition rotating shaft 374, a cleaning rotating shaft 375 and a rotating shaft connecting plate 376, wherein each rolling rotating shaft 36 is provided with one transmission gear 371, the transmission gear 371 is positioned at the outer side of the rolling wheel 35, the upper part of the left end of each transmission gear 371 is engaged with one transition gear 372, and the two transition gears 372 are both arranged on the transition rotating shaft 374;
the cleaning gear 373 is located below the left side of the transition gear 372, the cleaning gear 373 is meshed with the transition gear 372, the cleaning gear 373 is installed on the outer end of the cleaning rotating shaft 375, the cleaning roller 38 is installed on the middle portion of the cleaning rotating shaft 375, the outer ends of the transition rotating shaft 374 and the cleaning rotating shaft 375 are both installed on the bottom of the top plate 1 through the rotating shaft connecting plate 376, the size of the transmission gear 371 is larger than that of the cleaning gear 373, in particular, in operation, the transmission branched chain 37 can transmit the rotating force generated by the rolling wheel 35 to the cleaning roller 38, so that the cleaning roller 38 can rotate in the same direction with the rolling wheel 35, and the size of the transmission gear 371 is larger than that of the cleaning gear 373, so that the cleaning roller 38 can rotate rapidly, and the cleaning effect of the invention on the ground.
A side scraping chain 39 is arranged at the rear end of the shoveling plate 31; the side scraping branched chain 39 comprises a side scraping support 391, a side scraping block 392, a side scraping spring 393, a telescopic rod 394, a telescopic spring 395 and a side scraping knife 396, wherein the side scraping support 391 is installed at the rear end of the scraping plate 31, a sliding groove is formed in the rear side surface of the side scraping support 391, and the side scraping block 392 is connected in the sliding groove of the side scraping support 391 in a sliding fit manner;
a side scraping spring 393 is arranged between the top of the side scraping block 392 and the upper side wall of a groove above the side scraping support 391, the side scraper 396 is arranged on the rear side face of the side scraping block 392 through a telescopic rod 394, an extension spring 395 is sleeved on the outer side face of the telescopic rod 394, and the rear end and the bottom of the side scraper 396 are both in a pointed structure.

The cleaning roller 38 is uniformly provided with hook-shaped bristles, the hook-shaped bristles at the outer end of the cleaning roller 38 are arranged in an outward inclined mode, the hook-shaped bristles of the cleaning roller 38 can improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller 38 on sundries, and the bristles at the outer end of the cleaning roller 38 in the outward inclined mode can improve the cleaning range of the cleaning roller 38.
When the device works, the top plate 1 is manually grasped or is arranged on a moving vehicle through a threaded hole in the top plate 1, the device is placed on the ground needing waterproof treatment, and the travelling mechanism 2 can be supported on a base layer of the ground;
the leveling mechanism 3 can clean up sundries such as sand particles on the ground, when the cleaning device is placed on a base layer of the ground, the leveling plate 31 can enable a pointed structure at the left end to be tightly attached to the base layer of the ground under the action of the positioning spring 34, then the cleaning device is controlled to move from right to left, the arc-shaped blocks 352 at the outer end of the rolling wheel 35 can be attached to the ground with different slopes, the rolling wheel 35 can drive the cleaning roller 38 to rotate in the same direction under the action of the transmission branch chain 37 during movement, hook-shaped bristles of the cleaning roller 38 can increase the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller 38 on the sundries, bristles arranged outwards and obliquely at the outer end of the cleaning roller 38 can increase the cleaning range of the cleaning roller 38, the leveling plate 31 can scrape off the sundries on the ground, and the cleaning roller 38 can convey the scraped sundries into a containing groove of the leveling plate 31;
the transmission branched chain 37 can transmit the rotating force generated by the rolling wheel 35 to the cleaning roller 38, so that the cleaning roller 38 can rotate along with the rolling wheel 35 in the same direction, the size of the transmission gear 371 is larger than that of the cleaning gear 373, so that the cleaning roller 38 can rotate rapidly, the cleaning effect of the cleaning machine on the ground base layer is improved, and then the corners of the wall surface are moved and cleaned for multiple times, so that sundries on the wall surface can be thoroughly cleaned.
