Specifically, a sliding bearing is arranged in the follow-up seat 11 and can horizontally slide on the sliding rod 10; the electromagnet 15 can be adsorbed on the production line steel plate 4 after being electrified, so that the laser emitting head 12 and the production line steel plate 4 can horizontally follow up. The spring acts as a shock absorber 13 to reduce the shock vibration of the laser emitting head 12.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the production line steel plate 4 enters the system, the position sensor 7 is triggered, after the control and operation system receives an instruction and delays for a set time, the vertical moving device 2 moves downwards, the precise distance measuring sensor 17 senses the distance of the steel plate, and after the set distance is reached, the vertical moving device 2 stops descending; meanwhile, the electromagnet 15 is electrified and adsorbed on the production line steel plate 4 to follow. Meanwhile, the horizontal moving device 1 moves synchronously according to the signal of the speed sensor 5, it should be noted that, because the horizontal movement of the horizontal moving device 1 is accelerated from zero to the speed of the steel plate, and the steel plate is at a constant speed, a displacement difference is generated, and the relative movement of the sliding rod 10 and the follower base 11 can offset the displacement difference. After the follow-up, the light outlet 16 emits laser to mark. After marking, the electromagnet 15 is powered off, the vertical moving device 2 is lifted, and the horizontal moving device 2 returns to the initial position. And finishing marking at one time.
