a sedimentation overflow circulation flushing process: the washing pipe is provided with a washing valve which is arranged at an opening position, the cleaning valve is arranged at a closing position, the water pump is started, the water pump pressurizes and sends the clean water in the clean water tank into the washing pipe, the pressurized clean water is sprayed out through a washing water nozzle to wash the surface of the glass, the washed sewage is recovered by the water receiving tray to flow into the first-stage sedimentation tank, and under the blocking action of the intermediate partition plate of the sedimentation tank, the sewage flows in from the left side of the sedimentation tank, flows out from the overflow groove at the right side after being separated by sedimentation and enters the next stage. Floating stains such as oil stains and the like in the sewage after the sewage is subjected to precipitation overflow are isolated on the left side of the sedimentation tank by the intermediate partition plate, high-density stains such as glass powder, sand dust and the like are subjected to precipitation overflow and then are deposited at the bottom of the sedimentation tank, and the two-stage and three-stage precipitation overflow processes are the same. the back flushing self-cleaning process: the flushing valve is arranged at a closed position, the 1# blowdown valve is opened firstly when the primary sedimentation tank is cleaned, sewage in the tank is drained, the cleaning valve is opened and the water pump is started after the sewage is drained, the water pump pressurizes clean water in the clean water tank and sends the clean water into the backwashing pipe, the pressurized clean water is sprayed out through the cleaning water nozzles distributed on the cleaning pipe to clean up stains at the bottom of the sedimentation tank and discharge the stains through the blowdown port, and the cleaning valve and the blowdown valve are closed after cleaning is completed.
