技术领域
本发明涉及饲料领域,特别是涉及一种功能性淡水小龙虾饲料。
背景技术
淡水小龙虾也叫克氏原螯虾,是典型的杂食性动物。既吃水草,又吃谷物饲料和动物饲料。人工配合小龙虾饲料是将动物性和植物性饲料按照小龙虾生长过程中的营养需要和生理特点,优化设计出配方,按照龙虾饲料的生产加工工艺混合配制加工而成。在饲料配制过程中还需要根据需要适当添加一些维生素和微量矿物元素等,并根据龙虾生长阶段制成适合当前生长时期的饲料。
近年来,全国小龙虾消费市场需求火爆,产业已经基本形成,龙虾养殖也受到广大老百姓的热烈欢迎,然而,由于龙虾养殖门槛低,技术水平参差不齐,劣质龙虾饲料产品便有机可乘。由于采用低价劣质饲料不仅引起小龙虾生长速度慢,抗病力差,而且导致上市规格小,肉质松软,死亡率高等系列问题,给养殖户造成巨大的经济损失,不利于龙虾养殖业的健康稳定发展。同时,广大老百姓在使用龙虾饲料的同时,会自行往饲料中添加一些预防或治疗龙虾疾病的药物,不仅给老百姓实际生产带来了一定的不便,也同时为龙虾健康养殖埋下了安全隐患。鉴于此,在确保龙虾养殖过程中满足龙虾生长基本的生理需要的同时,针对性的开发一种功能性淡水小龙虾饲料来解决龙虾健康养殖过程中可能会出现的病理性或人为性风险显得尤为必要。

鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种功能性淡水小龙虾饲料及其制备方法和使用方法,用于解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案获得的。
本发明提供一种功能性淡水小龙虾饲料,包括如下百分含量的原料组分:
豆粕10~20重量份、葵仁粕10~15重量份、花生粕5~15重量份、加籽菜粕13~20重量份、高筋面粉15~20重量份、鱼粉10~20重量份、虾壳粉3~5重量份、乌贼膏2~3重量份、松针粉3~5重量份、螺旋藻粉3~5重量份、酵母提取物1~2重量份、磷脂油1~2重量份、鱼油2~3重量份、磷酸二氢钙1~2重量份、中草药添加剂0.5~1重量份、胆碱0.1~0.2重量份、脱壳素0.05~0.15重量份、复合维生素0.5~1.0重量份和复合矿物质0.5~1.0重量份。
根据本申请技术方案,所述中草药添加剂包括如下重量份的原料组分:大黄15~22重量份、黄芩8~12重量份、龙胆0.5~1重量份、黄连0.3~0.7重量份、鱼腥草8~12重量份、大蒜素18~22重量份、杜仲8~12重量份、茵陈0.3~0.6重量份、甘草0.3~0.6重量份、马齿笕0.1~0.3重量份和五倍子0.3~0.6重量份。
根据本申请技术方案,所述中草药添加剂为将各原料组分粉碎后混合均匀制得。
根据本申请技术方案,中草药添加剂中各原料组分的粉碎至95wt%可漏过100目网筛。
根据本申请技术方案,以复合维生素的总质量为基准计,所述复合维生素中包括如下含量的组分:维生素A≥100000IU/kg、维生素D3≥80000IU/kg、维生素E≥1900mg/kg、维生素K3≥250mg/kg、维生素B1≥300mg/kg、维生素B2≥350mg/kg、维生素B6≥300mg/kg、维生素B12≥2mg/kg、维生素C≥3500mg/kg、烟酰胺≥2300mg/kg、D-泛酸钙≥1200mg/kg、叶酸≥150mg/kg、D-生物素≥5mg/kg、肌醇≥2800mg/kg。根据本申请技术方案,所述复合维生素满足上述要求即可,其余量为复合维生素常用载体。本申请中的复合维生素载体可以采用现有技术中常用物质,本申请中不受载体限制。
根据本申请技术方案,以复合矿物质的总质量为基准计,所述复合矿物质包括如下含量的组分:镁>500mg/kg、锌>2200mg/kg、锰>1000mg/kg、铜>1000mg/kg、铁>10000mg/kg、钴>110mg/kg、碘>80mg/kg和硒>20mg/kg。根据本申请技术方案,所述复合矿物质满足上述要求即可,其余量为复合矿物质常用载体。本申请中的复合维生素载体可以采用现有技术中常用物质,本申请中不受载体限制。
根据本申请技术方案,高筋面粉是指蛋白质含量大于等于12wt%,湿面筋率大于等于35%的面粉。本申请中的湿面筋率采用水洗法测试。
根据本申请技术方案,所述脱壳素提取自鸭跖草科露水草。具体地,本申请中采用西安天本生物工程有限公司生产的脱壳素。
本发明还公开了上述功能性淡水小龙虾饲料的制备方法,将各原料组分混合均匀后获得。
本发明还公开了上述功能性淡水小龙虾饲料的使用方法,在淡水小龙虾生长期,一天投喂两次,每次投喂量为(1~8)kg/亩。
根据本申请技术方案,本申请中,所述功能性淡水小龙虾饲料的使用方法,包括如下特征:
在淡水小龙虾快速生长期每年3月份到5月份,一天投喂两次,平均每天投喂6kg/亩,其中,每天上午投喂2公斤/亩,傍晚投喂4kg/亩;
在高温季节每年6月份到9月份,一天投喂两次,平均每天投喂4kg/亩,其中,每天上午投喂1kg/亩,下午投喂3kg/亩。
本发明中技术方案主要有以下优点:
1、本发明的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料通过全部采用优质饲料原料,充分考虑了天然植物饲料原料和中草药饲料添加剂的特点,按照合理的动物蛋白和植物蛋白配比,优化调整获得。不仅营养更全面、均衡,而且饲料诱食效果佳,消化吸收效果好,肠道更健康,生长速度快。
2、本发明的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料采用的中草药饲料添加剂成分使得小龙虾大大提高了小龙虾的机体免疫力和顺利脱壳,提高了小龙虾的抗病能力,可以有效预防病害的发生,从而降低养殖风险,提高养殖效益。
3、本发明的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料添加了天然植物如松针粉和螺旋藻粉,天然植物所富含的生物活性物质不仅在抗病、抗菌上有着重要作用,而且在改善小龙虾肉质和口感上也有着不可替代的功能,这为实现小龙虾养殖走差异化和品牌化发展提供了新的思路和方向。

根据上述技术方案,所述多功能淡水小龙虾饲料中含多种维生素,所述复合维生素包括如下含量的组分:维生素A 120000IU/kg、维生素D3 85000IU/kg、维生素E 2000mg/kg、维生素K3 300mg/kg、维生素B1 320mg/kg、维生素B2 400mg/kg、维生素B6 350mg/kg、维生素B12 3mg/kg、维生素C 4000mg/kg、烟酰胺2500mg/kg、D-泛酸钙1250mg/kg、叶酸200mg/kg、D-生物素6mg/kg、肌醇3000mg/kg,余量为复合维生素载体。
根据上述技术方案,所述复合矿物质包含:镁600mg/kg、锌2250mg/kg、锰1100mg/kg、铜1050mg/kg、铁11000mg/kg、钴120mg/kg、碘90mg/kg、硒25mg/kg,余量为复合矿物质载体。
对比例1
本对比例中的小龙虾饲料与实施例1不同的是不含有中草药添加剂,其他均相同。
对比例2
本对比例中的小龙虾饲料与实施例1不同的是不含有天然植物如松针粉和螺旋藻粉,其他均相同。
本申请上述实施例中,高筋面粉是指蛋白质含量大于等于12%,湿面筋率大于等于35%的面粉;
所述中草药添加剂为将各原料组分粉碎后混合均匀制得;
中草药添加剂中各原料组分的粉碎至95wt%可漏过100目网筛。
将上述实施例和对比例中的饲料原料组分进行混合制得小龙虾饲料。
分别采用实施例1~4和对比例1及对比例2中的小龙虾饲料以饲喂五组小龙虾,每组小龙虾数量为6000尾/亩。养殖时间从4月开始,养殖周期为30天,一天投喂两次,平均每天投喂6kg/亩,其中每天上午投喂2公斤/亩,傍晚投喂4kg/亩。
养殖实验对比效果如下:

由上述可以看出:
按本发明的实施列1~4制作的小龙虾饲料饲喂小龙虾的养殖效果要显著优于对比例1和对比例2。实施例1~4的龙虾成活率均达到90%以上,平均体重增加达到40g左右,养殖过程中龙虾发病率低于10%,而对比例1和对比例2的成活率分别为70.6%和72.6%,平均体重分别增加31.4g和34.8g,发病率分别为21.5%和16.6%。本发明制作的小龙虾饲料以其营养全面、均衡、抗病力强、促生长效果好等优点在小龙虾养殖过程中体现了显著的养殖效果。本发明全部采用国家法规允许的饲料原料,不含任何违禁成分,通过各种原料的合理搭配、优化设计,充分考虑了饲料诱食效果佳,消化吸收率,以及动物肠道健康、肉质风味等因素,为小龙虾实现集约化健康养殖提供了一种安全高效的专用饲料。

Claims (10)
1.一种功能性淡水小龙虾饲料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料组分:豆粕10~20重量份、葵仁粕10~15重量份、花生粕5~15重量份、加籽菜粕13~20重量份、高筋面粉15~20重量份、鱼粉10~20重量份、虾壳粉3~5重量份、乌贼膏2~3重量份、松针粉3~5重量份、螺旋藻粉3~5重量份、酵母提取物1~2重量份、磷脂油1~2重量份、鱼油2~3重量份、磷酸二氢钙1~2重量份、中草药添加剂0.5~1重量份、胆碱0.1~0.2重量份、脱壳素0.05~0.15重量份、复合维生素0.5~1.0重量份和复合矿物质0.5~1.0重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂包括如下重量份的原料组分:大黄15~22重量份、黄芩8~12重量份、龙胆0.5~1重量份、黄连0.3~0.7重量份、鱼腥草8~12重量份、大蒜素18~22重量份、杜仲8~12重量份、茵陈0.3~0.6重量份、甘草0.3~0.6重量份、马齿笕0.1~0.3重量份和五倍子0.3~0.6重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂为将各原料组分粉碎后混合均匀制得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的功能性小龙虾饲料,其特征在于,中草药添加剂中各原料组分的粉碎至95wt%可漏过100目网筛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素中包括如下含量的组分:维生素A≥100000IU/kg、维生素D3≥80000IU/kg、维生素E≥1900mg/kg、维生素K3≥250mg/kg、维生素B1≥300mg/kg、维生素B2≥350mg/kg、维生素B6≥300mg/kg、维生素B12≥2mg/kg、维生素C≥3500mg/kg、烟酰胺≥2300mg/kg、D-泛酸钙≥1200mg/kg、叶酸≥150mg/kg、D-生物素≥5mg/kg、肌醇≥2800mg/kg。
6.根据权利要求1所述的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料,其特征在于,所述复合矿物质包括如下含量的组分:镁>500mg/kg、锌>2200mg/kg、锰>1000mg/kg、铜>1000mg/kg、铁>10000mg/kg、钴>110mg/kg、碘>80mg/kg和硒>20mg/kg。
7.根据权利要求1所述的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料,其特征在于,高筋面粉是指蛋白质含量大于等于12wt%,湿面筋率大于等于35%的面粉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料,其特征在于,所述脱壳素为鸭跖草科露水草提取物。
9.一种制备如权利要求1~8任一项所述的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料的方法,其特征在于,将各原料组分混合均匀后获得。
10.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的功能性淡水小龙虾饲料的使用方法,包括在淡水小龙虾生长期,一天投喂两次,每次投喂量为(1~8)kg/亩。
