一种光纤连接头(100)、光纤适配器(200)和光纤连接装置，光纤连接头(100)包括：插芯(180)，套设于光缆延伸出的光纤上；框套元件(150)，套设于插芯(180)的外侧，且插芯(180)的第一端凸出于框套元件(150)的第一端；插芯保护元件(140)，内部设有空腔，套设于框套元件(150)的第一端，其中，插芯保护元件(140)沿空腔的轴向设有第一端和第二端，插芯保护元件(140)的第二端与框套元件(150)的第一端连接，且插芯保护元件(140)的第一端凸出于框套元件(150)的第一端，以保护插芯(180)。如此，光纤连接头(100)的尺寸较小，有利于减小光纤连接装置以及相匹配的光纤适配器(200)的外径。
