The invention discloses a breaker flower-shaped contact finger assembly device which comprises a contact valve preset bowl, a contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder, an expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder, a contact guide rod and a contact finger spring guide rod, wherein the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder is arranged on the contact valve preset bowl; the top surface of the contact flap preset bowl is opposite to the bottom surface of the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder, and the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder can be movably sleeved on the upper parts of the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder, the contact finger guide rod and the contact finger spring guide rod. According to the invention, the first annular spring can be assembled by matching the contact flap preset bowl, the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder and the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder; the assembly of the lobed contact finger and the tooth lock ring cup of the insulating sleeve arc extinguishing chamber can be completed through the cooperation of the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder and the contact guide rod; the second annular spring can be assembled by expanding the contact finger spring pushing cylinder and the contact finger spring guide rod, and the device has the advantages of simplicity in operation, safety and rapidness.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of assembly tools of power equipment, in particular to a device for assembling a breaker split contact finger.
Background
The double-petal contact finger is a conductive contact finger which is arranged in an SF6 tank type circuit breaker and is fixed on the outer diameter of a tooth lock ring cup of an insulating sleeve arc extinguishing chamber by a ring-shaped tension spring in a contracted mode. The conductive movable contact is inserted, the conductive split contact finger is opened, and the conductive split contact finger is closed when the conductive movable contact is disconnected (such as a conductive opening and closing simulation diagram of the LW3-SF6 circuit breaker). At present, the spring and the contact flap are assembled by workers through screwdrivers, hands and the like, so that the contact flap is easy to deform or scratch, and the fittings are easy to be scratched or broken due to uneven force or overlarge force when the spring is assembled; the original installation mode is long in time and low in installation efficiency.

the top surface of the contact flap preset bowl is opposite to the bottom surface of the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder, and an assembly space for sleeving the contact flap is formed between the contact flap preset bowl and the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder; the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder can be movably sleeved on the upper part of the contact finger spring guiding cylinder to sleeve the first annular spring on the inner side of the petal contact finger, the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder can be movably sleeved on the upper part of the contact guide rod to sleeve the petal contact finger in the central hole of the tooth lock ring cup of the insulating sleeve arc extinguishing chamber, and the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder can be movably sleeved on the upper part of the contact finger spring guide rod to sleeve the second annular spring on the outer side of the petal contact finger.
The top surface of the contact flap preset bowl is provided with an annular groove for inserting the lower ends of a plurality of contact flaps; the bottom surface of the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder is provided with a circular sinking groove for sleeving the tops of the contact petals, and the upper part of the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder is provided with a conical column for sleeving the first annular spring.
The expandable contact finger spring propelling cylinder consists of a plurality of cylinder petals and more than two clamping rings; the side walls of the cylinder petals are sequentially abutted to form a cylindrical body with a horn mouth at the lower part, and more than two clamping rings are fixedly sleeved on the upper parts of the cylinder petals and fix the cylinder petals, so that the cylinder petals can be opened.
The contact guide rod and the contact spring guide rod are tapered columns.
The invention relates to an assembly method of a breaker petal contact finger, which comprises the following steps:
(1) The contact flap preset bowl is used for presetting contact flaps, putting the whole set of contact flaps in the contact flap preset bowl and fixing the contact flaps by using a contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder;
(2) Sleeving a first annular spring on the upper part of a contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder, and pushing the first annular spring to a groove on the inner side of a contact flap along the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder by using an expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder to fix the first annular spring, so as to manufacture a petal contact finger with the first annular spring;
(3) Placing a contact guide rod in a central hole of a tooth lock ring cup of an arc extinguishing chamber of the insulating sleeve, and placing a petal contact finger sleeved with a first annular spring on the contact guide rod; pushing the split contact fingers into clamping grooves of a tooth lock ring cup of an arc extinguishing chamber of the insulating sleeve by using an expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder, taking out a contact guide rod, placing the contact finger spring guide rod and simultaneously folding the split contact fingers;
(4) And (3) placing the second annular spring, pushing the second annular spring into a groove at the outer side of the petal contact finger by using an expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder, and withdrawing the contact finger spring guide rod to complete the assembly of the whole petal contact finger.
After the scheme is adopted, the first annular spring can be assembled by matching the contact flap preset bowl, the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder, the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder, the contact guide rod and the contact finger spring guide rod; the assembly of the lobed contact finger and the tooth lock ring cup of the insulating sleeve arc extinguishing chamber can be completed through the cooperation of the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder and the contact guide rod; the second annular spring can be assembled by expanding the contact finger spring pushing cylinder and the contact finger spring guide rod, and the assembly method has the advantages of being simple in operation, safe and quick, and can be completed by only one person, so that the assembly efficiency is improved, and the contact valve and the spring cannot be damaged in the assembly process.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 3, 10 and 14, the invention relates to a breaker petal contact finger assembly device, which comprises a contact petal preset bowl 1, a contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder 2, an expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder 3, a contact finger guide rod 4 and a contact finger spring guide rod 5.
The top surface of the contact flap preset bowl 1 is opposite to the bottom surface of the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder 2, and an assembly space for sleeving the contact flap 10 is formed between the contact flap preset bowl 1 and the contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder 2; the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder 3 can be movably sleeved on the upper part of the contact finger spring guiding cylinder 2 to sleeve the first annular spring 20 on the inner side of the petal contact finger 30, the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder 3 can be movably sleeved on the upper part of the contact guide rod 4 to sleeve the petal contact finger 30 in the central hole of the insulating sleeve arc extinguishing chamber tooth locking ring cup 40, and the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder 3 can be movably sleeved on the upper part of the contact finger spring guiding rod 5 to sleeve the second annular spring 50 on the outer side of the petal contact finger 30.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the top surface of the contact flap preset bowl 1 is provided with an annular groove 11 for inserting the lower ends of a plurality of contact flaps 10; the bottom surface of the finger spring guide pushing cylinder 2 is provided with a circular sinking groove 21 for sleeving the tops of the contact petals 10, and the upper part of the finger spring guide pushing cylinder 2 is provided with a conical column for sleeving the first annular spring 20.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the expandable finger spring pushing cylinder 3 consists of a plurality of cylinder petals 31 and three clamping rings 32; the side walls of the plurality of barrel valves 31 are sequentially abutted to form a cylindrical body with a horn mouth at the lower part, and the three clamping rings 32 are fixedly sleeved on the upper parts of the plurality of barrel valves 31 and fix the plurality of barrel valves 31, so that the plurality of barrel valves 31 can be opened.
The contact finger guide rod 4 and the contact finger spring guide rod 5 are conical columns.
The invention relates to an assembly method of a breaker petal contact finger, which comprises the following steps:
(1) As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a contact flap preset bowl 1 is used for presetting contact flaps, a whole set of contact flaps 10 are placed in the contact flap preset bowl 1, and are fixed by a contact finger spring guide pushing cylinder 2;
(2) As shown in fig. 5-8, the first annular spring 20 is sleeved on the upper part of the finger spring guiding and pushing cylinder 2, the expandable finger spring pushing cylinder 3 is used for pushing the first annular spring 20 to the groove on the inner side of the contact flap 10 along the finger spring guiding and pushing cylinder 2 to fix the first annular spring 20, and a petal-shaped contact finger 30 with the first annular spring 20 is manufactured;
(3) As shown in fig. 9-12, the contact finger guide rod 4 is placed in the central hole of the tooth lock ring cup 40 of the arc extinguishing chamber of the insulating sleeve, and the lobed contact finger 30 sleeved with the first annular spring 20 is placed on the contact finger guide rod 4; the expandable contact finger spring pushing cylinder 4 is used for pushing the petal contact finger 30 into the clamping groove of the tooth lock ring cup 40 of the insulating sleeve arc extinguishing chamber and taking out the contact finger guide rod 4, and the contact finger spring guide rod 5 is placed while the petal contact finger 30 is folded;
(4) As shown in fig. 13-15, the second annular spring 50 is placed, the expandable finger spring pushing cylinder 3 is used to push the second annular spring 50 into the groove on the outer side of the petal-shaped finger 30, and the finger spring guide rod 5 is withdrawn, so that the whole petal-shaped finger 30 is assembled.
