本发明涉及柱塞泵技术领域,具体涉及一种五缸柱塞泵。
背景技术
随着油气田超高压、超深井、水平井的不断开发,其作业工况也越来越恶劣,要求高压力、大排量作业,因此对柱塞泵的要求也越来越高,单台压裂设备可以输出高压力、大排量,这样就要求柱塞泵可以大功率、高压力输出;特别是在非常规油气作业——页岩气作业,其作业工况恶劣,需要长时间、大排量、高压力作业,而且作业频次越来越频繁,因此对压裂设备要求越来越高,而柱塞泵又是压裂设备中的核心部件,因此对柱塞泵的要求也越来越高;涡轮压裂设备,采用电机驱动采用涡轮发动机提供动力,其输入功率可以达到5600hp,其输入转速可以达到16000rpm,目前市场上的柱塞泵最大功率达到了7000hp,但最高输入转速都在2100rpm左右,一般涡轮压裂设备采用的结构是依靠涡轮发动机输出动力,涡轮发动机的输出端与高速重载减速箱相连,高速重载减速箱的作用主要是将涡轮发动机的高转速降低到2100rpm左右,同时增大输出扭矩,达到降速增扭的作用;高速重载减速箱的输出端与传动轴相连,传动轴另一端与柱塞泵上的减速箱相连;柱塞泵的减速箱主要作用是把输入转速有2100rpm降低到几百转;也是达到降速增扭的作用;这样整个涡轮压裂设备上就需要两个减速箱和一个传动轴;这样势必增加了整车的重量和整车的外形尺寸,影响了整车的布局;因此需要开发一款超高转速、超大功率的柱塞泵来匹配涡轮压裂设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种五缸柱塞泵,其额定输入功率增大到5000-7000hp,可达到10-12in冲程,柱塞泵上的减速箱总成最高输入转速由现有的2100rpm增加到16000rpm,满足了从涡轮发动机到柱塞泵之间的减速要求,即减速箱可以直接与涡轮发动机相连,以解决现有涡轮压裂设备依靠两个减速箱减速,从而降低整车的重量及减少设备外形尺寸。

进一步地,所述行星减速箱有2个,包括第一行星减速箱和第二行星减速箱,第一行星减速箱的一端与动力端总成连接,第一行星减速箱的另一端与平行级减速箱连接,平行级减速箱的另一端与第二行星减速箱连接。
进一步地,所述行星减速箱包括一个太阳轮、四个行星齿轮和一个齿轮圈,四个行星齿轮组成行星齿轮机构,太阳轮位于行星齿轮机构中心,行星齿轮和相邻的太阳轮、齿轮圈处于常啮合状态,所述平行级减速箱包括小齿轮和大齿轮,小齿轮与第一行星减速箱中的太阳轮同轴,大齿轮与第二行星减速箱的太阳轮同轴。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过改变减速箱总成的传动比,从而提升最高输入转速(达到16000rpm),将现有涡轮发动机与泵之间通过2个减速箱和一个传动轴的连接方式,缩短到涡轮发动机可以直接与泵上的减速箱总成连接,还能满足其降速要求,使得整体压裂设备结构简化了,长度缩短了,运输方便了,投资成本降低了,维修方便了。通过优化曲拐与曲轴的旋转中心距离,提升了柱塞泵的最大功率,达到现在的5000-7000hp。连杆轴瓦两侧为翻边结构,翻边结构宽径比大,能够实现较高的承载能力,而且定位效果好。减速箱的输入角度可以根据输入要求进行调整,可以满足多角度调整,适应多种安装需求。

所述动力端总成1采用分段式结构设计,分段式设计使动力端总成1整体结构紧凑、加工制造更为容易,整泵的装配和后期维护也更为方便,同时也降低了加工成本。所述动力端总成1包括曲轴箱体4、十字头箱体5和间隔架6,所述十字头箱体5的一端与曲轴箱体4连接,所述十字头箱体5的另一端与间隔架6连接,液力端总成2设在间隔架6一端,通过螺栓依次穿过间隔架6、十字头箱体5与曲轴箱体4连接,减速箱总成3通过螺栓与曲轴箱体4连接,所述曲轴箱体4内的曲轴7采用合金钢锻造而成,包括六个轴颈8和五个曲拐9,相邻两个轴颈8之间设一个曲拐9,即五缸结构设计,采用五缸结构设计增加了柱塞泵输出排量,同时与三缸泵相比,五缸泵作业平稳无振动,可以减少整泵的振动,延长使用寿命;所述曲拐9与曲轴7的旋转中心距离为120至160mm。通过进一步研究曲拐9与曲轴7的旋转中心距离,提升了柱塞泵的最大功率,达到现在的5000-7000hp,保证柱塞泵可以输出更高的压力,即为长冲程提供技术支持,其冲程可达到10-12in。可实现大排量的作业需求,同时降低泵的冲次,提高各零部件的使用寿命。
液力端总成2包括阀箱11和柱塞12,柱塞12设在阀箱11内,曲轴箱体4采用钢板焊接而成,主要是将六个轴承座13和前端板14、盖板15、支腿16等组合后焊接到一起,焊接完成后对轴承座13及前端板14进行精加工而成。十字头箱体5采用钢板焊接而成,十字头箱体5上固定有圆弧形滑轨17,圆弧形滑轨17采用合金钢锻造而成;间隔架6上具有拱形结构支撑柱,提高支撑强度;十字头箱体5及间隔架6上留有通孔,液力端阀箱11通过螺栓依次穿过间隔架6、十字头箱体5与曲轴箱体4连接。轴颈8上安装圆柱滚子轴10,圆柱滚子轴10外圈安装在轴承座13上。
所述十字头箱体5内设有十字头机构,在曲轴箱体4与十字头箱体5内设有连杆机构,连杆机构一端与曲轴7连接,连杆机构另一端与十字头机构连接,连杆机构包括连杆盖19、连杆轴瓦20和连杆体21,连杆盖19与连杆体21通过螺栓连接,连杆轴瓦20位于连杆盖19与连杆体21连接形成的圆柱形空间内,连杆轴瓦20两侧为翻边结构,宽边结构宽径比大,能够实现较高的承载能力,而且定位效果好。十字头机构包括十字头22、十字头压盖23、十字头连接螺钉24、十字头导板25、导板螺栓26,十字头22和十字头压盖23采用合金钢锻造而成,连杆机构一端与曲拐9连接,另一端通过十字头压盖23、十字头连接螺钉24与十字头22连接;十字头导板25通过导板螺栓26固定于十字头22上,十字头导板25为圆弧形,表面有油槽;十字头22通过拉杆27和卡箍28与液力端总成2的柱塞12连接,进一步的,十字头22与拉杆27之间通过拉杆螺钉18连接。
所述减速箱总成3的输入角度可以根据输入要求进行调整。可以满足多角度调整,适应多种安装需求。
减速箱总成3带动曲轴7转动,曲轴7在轴承座13支撑的轴承内转动,曲轴7带动连杆体21,连杆体21通过带动十字头22,十字头22在十字头箱体5的圆弧形滑轨17内部往复运动,十字头22通过拉杆27带动柱塞12在液力端总成2的阀箱11内部作往复运动,进行液体的吸入与排出工作。

Claims (7)

1.一种五缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:包括动力端总成、液力端总成和减速箱总成,所述动力端总成的一端与液力端总成连接,所述动力端总成的另一端与减速箱总成连接,所述减速箱总成包括行星减速箱和平行级减速箱,所述行星减速箱和平行级减速箱配合使用,其传动比为60:1—106:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的五缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述行星减速箱有2个,包括第一行星减速箱和第二行星减速箱,第一行星减速箱的一端与动力端总成连接,第一行星减速箱的另一端与平行级减速箱连接,平行级减速箱的另一端与第二行星减速箱连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的五缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述行星减速箱包括一个太阳轮、四个行星齿轮和一个齿轮圈,四个行星齿轮组成行星齿轮机构,太阳轮位于行星齿轮机构中心,行星齿轮和相邻的太阳轮、齿轮圈处于常啮合状态,所述平行级减速箱包括小齿轮和大齿轮,小齿轮与第一行星减速箱中的太阳轮同轴,大齿轮与第二行星减速箱的太阳轮同轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的五缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述减速箱总成的输入角度可以根据输入要求进行调整。
5.根据权利要求1所述的五缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述动力端总成的另一端与减速箱总成通过花键或者柔性联轴器连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的五缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述动力端总成包括曲轴箱体、十字头箱体和间隔架,所述十字头箱体的一端与曲轴箱体连接,所述十字头箱体的另一端与间隔架连接,液力端总成设在间隔架一端,通过螺栓依次穿过间隔架、十字头箱体与曲轴箱体连接,减速箱总成通过螺栓与曲轴箱体连接,所述曲轴箱体内的曲轴采用合金钢锻造而成,包括六个轴颈和五个曲拐,相邻两个轴颈之间设一个曲拐,所述曲拐与曲轴的旋转中心距离为120至160mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的五缸柱塞泵,其特征在于:所述十字头箱体内设有十字头机构,在曲轴箱体与十字头箱体内设有连杆机构,连杆机构一端与曲轴连接,连杆机构另一端与十字头机构连接,连杆机构包括连杆盖、连杆轴瓦和连杆体,连杆盖与连杆体通过螺栓连接,连杆轴瓦位于连杆盖与连杆体连接形成的圆柱形空间内,连杆轴瓦两侧为翻边结构,宽边结构宽径比大。
