The invention relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to a vertical rotary convenient-to-disassemble homogeneous electric oven which comprises an oven body, wherein a baking cavity is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the oven body, an air distribution cavity is arranged at the outer side of the baking cavity, a driving cavity is arranged at the lower part of the baking cavity, a liquid storage cavity is arranged at the outer side of the driving cavity, a rotating motor is installed in the driving cavity, an installation sleeve is installed at the bottom of the baking cavity and is arranged at the upper end of an output shaft of the rotating motor, a central pipe is detachably connected onto the installation sleeve, a plurality of placing frames are further installed on the central pipe, a plug-in pipe which can be connected with the central pipe in a plug-in fit manner is installed at the top of the oven body, the upper end of the plug-in pipe is connected with an exhaust pipe through a rotary connecting piece, the exhaust pipe is connected with an air supply pipe through a circulating fan, the other end of the air supply pipe is connected with the middle part of the air distribution cavity, and a plurality of electric heating plates are arranged on the side cavity wall of the baking cavity. The food baking device is novel in structural design, convenient to disassemble, assemble and use, energy-saving and environment-friendly, and improves the baking quality and efficiency of food.

The side chamber wall of the baking chamber 4 is provided with a plurality of electric heating plates 9, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of exhaust holes 8 communicated with the gas distribution chamber 7 are formed in two sides of each electric heating plate 9, air is exhausted through the exhaust holes 8, heat of the electric heating plates 9 can be taken away, and the baking effect is improved.
