Abstract
本发明涉及一种长效除臭上衣及其制备方法,将止汗抗菌织物层和吸附除臭层缝合在一起形成除臭抗菌功能织物层,将该双层布样裁剪并缝合在上衣的腋窝处,制得长效除臭上衣。本发明制备工艺简单,产品效果持久且对人体无害,洗涤200次后除臭抗菌功能织物层的抗菌率仍保持99%以上,制备的上衣产品仍具有除臭效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于功能性织物及其制备领域,特别涉及一种长效除臭上衣及其制备方法。
背景技术
狐臭问题一直困扰着很多人,产生的原因是大汗腺的分泌物随着汗液排出体外,在细菌的作用下分解产生不饱和脂肪酸,从而导致特殊气味的产生,给患者带来了巨大的心理压力,可能会导致不同程度的心理疾病,严重的可能会造成不同程度的抑郁症。
现在市场上有很多关于除狐臭的上衣,但都不能完全消除气味,大多数都是抗菌衣或加入香料来掩盖气味,不能从源头上解决问题。要从源头上解决狐臭问题,需要在人体运动的过程中适量地阻止汗液的排出,从而能防止因大汗腺的分泌物过多被细菌分解,释放出的气体来不及被吸附消除,从而达到完全消除气味的效果。在发达国家人们把止汗剂当做日用品,长期使用无副作用,并且美国国家癌症研究所表示,尚无明确证据表明止汗剂的使用与癌症有直接联系,因此将其应用于纺织品表面具有一定的安全性与可行性。使用银纤维来制备除狐臭纺织品,能促进人体的血液循环,并能提供强力抗菌元素,长期使用此纺织品,能有效的减少狐臭斑的形成。
CN 108936853A公开了一种透气排汗运动服,在人体腋下部位选用弹性透气排汗除臭的化学纤维组成,选用吸湿排汗纤维但面料并不具有杀菌功能,而臭味产生的原因是因为细菌的繁殖,因此可以预见该专利中的透气排汗运动服不具有长效除臭功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种长效除臭上衣及其制备方法,克服现有技术克服了现有的除臭上衣不能完全的消除气味且作用效果不持久等问题的缺陷,本发明以壳聚糖、交联剂、金属盐、有机酸等为主要原料制备止汗整理液,处理纤维获得止汗纤维与银纤维混纺制备止汗抗菌层;将长链有机酸钠盐、活性炭、P25、适量聚丙烯酸酯和水混合分散,利用浸轧-焙烘处理织物获得除臭层,将制备的止汗抗菌织物层和吸附除臭层缝合在一起形成除臭抗菌功能织物层,将该双层布样裁剪成一定形状,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,制得长效除狐臭上衣。
本发明的一种除臭面料,所述为双层面料,包括止汗抗菌层和除臭织物层,其中止汗抗菌层为止汗纤维和银纤维混纺获得。
所述止汗纤维为纤维浸渍止汗整理液获得;除臭织物层为织物表面浸渍除臭整理液获得;
其中所述止汗整理液包括独立的溶液A和溶液B,其中溶液A包括:羧甲基壳聚糖溶液和交联剂;溶液B包括金属盐、有机酸和水;
所述除臭整理液包括长链有机酸钠盐、活性炭、二氧化钛、聚丙烯酸酯和水。
所述交联剂为乙二醛、戊二醛、柠檬醛中的一种;金属盐为氯化羟基铝、4-羟基苯磺酸锌、八氯水合铝锆、四氯水合铝锆、三氯水合铝锆、氯化羟基锆、硫酸铝钾中的一种或几种;有机酸为苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸及其盐中的一种或几种;长链碳有机酸钠盐为高碳羧酸钠盐优选为:辛酸钠、癸酸钠、月桂酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钠、钠棕榈酸钠中的一种或几种。
所述溶液A中羧甲基壳聚糖与交联剂的质量之比为1:1~3:1;溶液B中金属盐的质量百分比在5~10%;有机酸的质量百分比在5~30%;
所述除臭整理液中长链有机酸钠盐质量分数为1%~2%;活性炭浓度为30~35g/L,P25浓度为20~30g/L,聚丙烯酸酯的浓度为15~25g/L。
所述止汗纤维和银纤维的基材独立为氨纶、棉、竹纤维、涤纶、锦纶、芳纶中的一种或两种。
本发明的一种除臭面料的制备方法,包括:
(1)在羧甲基壳聚糖的质量分数为2%的醋酸溶液中,加入交联剂,在10℃下超声分散,得到溶液A,然后纤维浸渍溶液A,焙烘,得到改性纤维;然后将改性纤维浸渍含有金属盐、有机酸和水的溶液B,烘干,得到止汗纤维;
(2)将止汗纤维、银纤维混纺成纱线,织造,得到止汗抗菌层;
(3)将长链有机酸钠盐、活性炭、二氧化钛P25、聚丙烯酸酯和水混合分散,利用浸轧方式处理织物,100℃焙烘5-10min,得到除臭织物层,然后将止汗抗菌层和除臭织物层缝合,洗涤,预烘,烘焙得到除臭面料。
上述制备方法的优选方式如下:
所述步骤(1)中交联剂为乙二醛、戊二醛、柠檬醛中的一种;金属盐为氯化羟基铝、4-羟基苯磺酸锌、八氯水合铝锆、四氯水合铝锆、三氯水合铝锆、氯化羟基锆、硫酸铝钾中的一种或几种;有机酸为苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸及其盐中的一种或几种。
所述步骤(1)中羧甲基壳聚糖的醋酸溶液的浓度为9~12g/L。
所述步骤(1)中超声分散时间为15~25min;纤维浸渍溶液A的时间为15~25min,焙烘为60℃焙烘30~50min;改性纤维浸渍溶液B的时间为15-25min;烘干温度为140℃。
所述步骤(2)中织造具体为:经过给纱、成圈、圈卷取形成织物,生产方式为纬编或经编,克重为70~100克/平方米。
所述步骤(3)中长链碳有机酸钠盐为高碳羧酸钠盐优选为:辛酸钠、癸酸钠、月桂酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钠和棕榈酸钠中的一种或几种。
12.所述步骤(3)中浸轧方式为二浸二轧,轧液率为80~100%;预烘,焙烘具体为:预烘温度为80~100℃,预烘时间为20~30min,烘焙温度为130~150℃,焙烘时间为3~5min。
本发明提供一种所述方法制备的除臭面料,如除狐臭等。
本发明提供一种除臭上衣,包含所述面料,其中止汗抗菌层在布样内层,与皮肤接触,而除臭层在布样的外层,位于止汗抗菌织物层和服装布料之间。
所述止汗抗菌织物层和吸附除臭层缝合在一起,将双层布样裁剪成一定形状,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,制得长效除臭上衣。
所述面料裁剪形状为椭圆形、圆形或方形,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,缝合面积和袖口面积等大。
有益效果
(1)本发明的整理工序简单,制备的除臭上衣具有优异的服用效果。
(2)本发明制备的止汗抗菌层,需要和银纤维混纺,制备的止汗纤维上可提供铝盐或非铝盐的止汗活性物质,减小皮肤表面的汗腺大小,减少汗液的排出;所选取的银纤维(由济南雨墨科贸有限公司提供)则可提供除臭抗菌活性成分,可防止细菌生长,甚至减少产生异味的细菌数量,经研究表明对人体健康并无影响。
(3)本发明相对于其它除臭衣,具有多重功能,第一重功能止汗纤维能解决阻止汗液的排出,从源头上解决狐臭问题;第二重功能镀银纤维具有广谱的抗菌性,能消灭细菌;第三重除臭层能吸附产生的异味,阻止异味散发到衣服以外。
(4)本发明都是采用的物理方法来除臭,效果持久且对人体无害。
(5)本发明中止汗抗菌层是以止汗纤维和银纤维混纺织造,能最大限度发挥止汗棉纤维的止汗功能和镀银纤维的抗菌功能;除臭层中活性炭与光催化剂的引入对异味的吸附与消除提供了第二层保护,使除狐臭上衣具有长效明显的异味消除效果。
(6)本发明制备工艺简单,产品效果持久且对人体无害,洗涤200次后除臭抗菌功能织物层的抗菌率仍保持99%以上,制备的上衣产品仍具有除臭效果。
(7)本发明止汗抗菌层中的镀银纤维和金属盐都具有良好的抗菌效果,能有效的抑制细菌的生长,从根本上去除臭。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
本发明实施例中采用的测试标准:
(1)抗菌性测试:根据GB/T 20944.1-2007《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第1部分:琼脂平皿扩散法》对织物进行抗菌性能测试。
羧甲基壳聚糖脱乙酰度≥85%、分子质量20~50kDa,北京索莱宝科技有限公司
聚丙烯酸酯,BLJ-718,固含量为45%(质量分数),上海保立佳化工有限公司
P25,BET比表面积50±15m2/g,德国Degussa公司
活性炭:粒径2~4mm,媒质颗粒,碘值≥800mg/g
镀银纤维:济南雨墨科贸有限公司
实施例1
(1)将1g的羧甲基壳聚糖溶解于100ml的去离子水中,加入2ml醋酸,保证酸性条件,超声分散10min,然后加入0.5g交联剂GA交联剂,在10℃继续超声分散15min,制得整理液,将棉纤维浸渍在整理液中20min,用60℃烘箱烘干得改性棉纤维。
(2)将5g的氯化羟铝和10g的柠檬酸溶解于体积为100ml的去离子水中,用超声机超声30min,制得均匀的整理液,将经过步骤(1)的改性棉纤维浸入整理液中20min,取出140℃烘干,得止汗纤维。
(3)将涤纶为基底制得镀银纤维,与止汗纤维混纺成纱线C,以纱线C为原材料经过给纱、成圈、圈卷取形成织物,生产方式为纬编或经编,克重为70克/平方米,制得止汗抗菌层21;
(4)将10g月桂酸钠、30g活性炭、20gP25、15g聚丙烯酸酯加入到1L去离子水中混合,超声30min,制得整理液,将棉纤维置于整理液中,二浸二轧,轧液率为80%,再在100℃焙烘10min而获得除臭织物层制得除臭层22。
(5)将步骤(3)制得的止汗抗菌层和步骤(4)制得的除臭层缝合在一起,采用去离子水重复洗涤2~3次,用烘箱预烘和焙烘,预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为20min,烘焙温度为130℃,焙烘时间为3min,然后将布样裁剪成椭圆状,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,制得长效除臭上衣1。
实施例2
(1)将1.5g的羧甲基壳聚糖溶解于100ml的去离子水中,加入2ml醋酸,保证酸性条件,超声分散10min,然后加入0.5g交联剂GA交联剂,在10℃继续超声分散15min,制得整理液,将棉纤维浸渍在整理液中20min,用60℃烘箱烘干得改性棉纤维。
(2)将5g的氯化羟铝和10g的柠檬酸溶解于体积为100ml的去离子水中,用超声机超声30min,制得均匀的整理液,将经过步骤(1)的改性棉纤维浸入整理液中20min,取出140℃烘干,得止汗纤维。
(3)将氨纶为基底制得镀银纤维,与止汗纤维混纺成纱线C,以纱线C为原材料经过给纱、成圈、圈卷取形成织物,生产方式为纬编或经编,克重为70克/平方米,制得止汗抗菌层21;
(4)将10g月桂酸钠、30g活性炭、20gP25、15g聚丙烯酸酯加入到1L去离子水中混合,超声30min,制得整理液,将棉纤维置于整理液中,二浸二轧,轧液率为80%,再在100℃焙烘10min而获得除臭织物层制得除臭层22。
(5)将步骤(3)制得的止汗抗菌层和步骤(4)制得的除臭层缝合在一起,采用去离子水重复洗涤2~3次,用烘箱预烘和焙烘,预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为20min,烘焙温度为130℃,焙烘时间为3min,然后将布样裁剪成椭圆状,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,制得长效除臭上衣1。
实施例3
(1)将1g的羧甲基壳聚糖溶解于100ml的去离子水中,加入2ml醋酸,保证酸性条件,超声分散10min,然后加入1g交联剂GA交联剂,在10℃继续超声分散15min,制得整理液,将棉纤维浸渍在整理液中20min,用60℃烘箱烘干得改性棉纤维。

(4)将10g月桂酸钠、30g活性炭、20gP25、15g聚丙烯酸酯加入到1L去离子水中混合,超声30min,制得整理液,将棉纤维置于整理液中,二浸二轧,轧液率为80%,再在100℃焙烘10min而获得除臭织物层制得除臭层22。
(5)将步骤(3)制得的止汗抗菌层和步骤(4)制得的除臭层缝合在一起,采用去离子水重复洗涤2~3次,用烘箱预烘和焙烘,预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为20min,烘焙温度为130℃,焙烘时间为3min,然后将布样裁剪成椭圆状,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,制得长效除臭上衣1。
实施例4
(1)将1.5g的羧甲基壳聚糖溶解于100ml的去离子水中,加入2ml醋酸,保证酸性条件,超声分散10min,然后加入1g交联剂GA交联剂,在10℃继续超声分散15min,制得整理液,将棉纤维浸渍在整理液中20min,用60℃烘箱烘干得改性棉纤维。
(2)将5g的氯化羟铝和15g的柠檬酸溶解于体积为100ml的去离子水中,用超声机超声30min,制得均匀的整理液,将经过步骤(1)的改性棉纤维浸入整理液中20min,取出140℃烘干,得止汗纤维。
(3)将锦纶为基底,与止汗纤维混纺成纱线C,以纱线C为原材料经过给纱、成圈、圈卷取形成织物,生产方式为纬编或经编,克重为70克/平方米,制得止汗抗菌层21;
(4)将10g月桂酸钠、30g活性炭、20gP25、15g聚丙烯酸酯加入到1L去离子水中混合,超声30min,制得整理液,将棉纤维置于整理液中,二浸二轧,轧液率为80%,再在100℃焙烘10min而获得除臭织物层制得除臭层22。
(5)将步骤(3)制得的止汗抗菌层和步骤(4)制得的除臭层缝合在一起,采用去离子水重复洗涤2~3次,用烘箱预烘和焙烘,预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为20min,烘焙温度为130℃,焙烘时间为3min,然后将布样裁剪成椭圆状,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,制得长效除臭上衣1。
实施例5

(3)将氨纶为基底制得镀银纤维,与止汗纤维混纺成纱线C,以纱线C为原材料经过给纱、成圈、圈卷取形成织物,生产方式为纬编或经编,克重为90克/平方米,制得止汗抗菌层21;
(4)将10g月桂酸钠、30g活性炭、20gP25、15g聚丙烯酸酯加入到1L去离子水中混合,超声30min,制得整理液,将棉纤维置于整理液中,二浸二轧,轧液率为80%,再在100℃焙烘10min而获得除臭织物层制得除臭层22。
(5)将步骤(3)制得的止汗抗菌层和步骤(4)制得的除臭层缝合在一起,采用去离子水重复洗涤2~3次,用烘箱预烘和焙烘,预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为20min,烘焙温度为130℃,焙烘时间为3min,然后将布样裁剪成椭圆状,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,制得长效除臭上衣1。

(4)将10g月桂酸钠、30g活性炭、20gP25、25g聚丙烯酸酯加入到1L去离子水中混合,超声30min,制得整理液,将棉纤维置于整理液中,二浸二轧,轧液率为80%,再在100℃焙烘10min而获得除臭织物层制得除臭层22。
(5)将步骤(3)制得的止汗抗菌层和步骤(4)制得的除臭层缝合在一起,采用去离子水重复洗涤2~3次,用烘箱预烘和焙烘,预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为20min,烘焙温度为130℃,焙烘时间为3min,然后将布样裁剪成椭圆状,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,制得长效除臭上衣1。
对比例1
本对比例选自中国专利(201810888082.6),其提供了一种弹性透气排汗基体,该发明在腋下用弹性透气排汗除臭材料织成。同时本发明与其进行对比,其作用是弹性止汗除臭材料,从源头上解决了狐臭问题,除狐臭的效果更加的明显,持久,对人体和环境无害,生产成本更低。
对本发明实施例1-6制得的除狐臭上衣和对比例1制得的上衣进行抗菌性的性能测试和除臭效果的检测,结果见表1,可知实施例1-6的抗菌性达到了标准(GB/T 20944.1-2007)没洗涤前抗菌率都达到99%以上,洗涤200次以后抗菌率保持在99%以上,而且除臭效果较好。而对比例中,经过200次洗涤后,抗菌效果不理想,且失去了除臭效果。综上所述,本发明除臭上衣抗菌性和优异的去狐臭。

Claims (9)
1.一种除臭面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)羧甲基壳聚糖的醋酸溶液中,加入交联剂,在10℃下超声分散,得到溶液A,然后纤维浸渍溶液A,焙烘,得到改性纤维;然后将改性纤维浸渍含有金属盐、有机酸和水的溶液B,烘干,得到止汗纤维;其中金属盐为氯化羟基铝、4-羟基苯磺酸锌、八氯水合铝锆、四氯水合铝锆、三氯水合铝锆、氯化羟基锆、硫酸铝钾中的一种或几种;
步骤(2)将止汗纤维、银纤维混纺成纱线,织造,得到止汗抗菌层;
步骤(3)将长链碳有机酸钠盐、活性炭、二氧化钛、聚丙烯酸酯和水混合分散,得到除臭整理液,利用浸轧方式处理织物,100℃焙烘5-10min,得到除臭织物层,然后将止汗抗菌层和除臭织物层缝合,洗涤,预烘,烘焙得到除臭面料;其中止汗抗菌层在内层,除臭织物层在外层,止汗抗菌层与皮肤接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中交联剂为乙二醛、戊二醛、柠檬醛中的一种;有机酸为苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸中的一种或几种;步骤(3)中长链碳有机酸钠盐为辛酸钠、癸酸钠、月桂酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钠、棕榈酸钠中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中溶液A中羧甲基壳聚糖与交联剂的质量比为1∶1~3∶1;溶液B中金属盐的质量百分比在5~10 %;有机酸的质量百分比在5~30 %;步骤(3)除臭整理液中长链碳有机酸钠盐质量分数为1%~2%;活性炭浓度为30~35g/L,二氧化钛浓度为20~30g/L,聚丙烯酸酯的浓度为15~25 g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中超声分散时间为15~25min;纤维浸渍溶液A的时间为15~25min,焙烘温度为60℃,焙烘时间为30~50min;改性纤维浸渍溶液B的时间为15~25min;烘干温度为140~160℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中止汗纤维和银纤维的基材独立为氨纶、棉、竹纤维、涤纶、锦纶、芳纶中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中浸轧方式为二浸二轧,轧液率为80~100%;预烘和烘焙具体为:预烘温度为80~100℃,预烘时间为20~30min,烘焙温度为130~150℃,烘焙时间为3~5min。
7.一种权利要求1所述方法制备的除臭面料。
8.一种除臭上衣,其特征在于,包含权利要求1所述方法制备的除臭面料,除臭织物层位于止汗抗菌层和服装布料之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述上衣,其特征在于,所述面料裁剪形状为椭圆形、圆形或方形,缝合在上衣的腋窝处,缝合面积和袖口面积等大。
