Abstract

The invention provides a measuring head lifting device of a portable height gauge, which comprises a height gauge mounting ring, a set screw, a central gear, two screws, two wire wheel gears, a screw bracket, a measuring head and a wire rope. The driving central gear drives the wire wheel gears with two symmetrical ends to rotate and wind, and the operation of lifting the measuring head is finished. In the process of lifting the measuring head, the friction damping in the transmission device overcomes the elastic force of the measuring head compression spring of the height gauge, so that the measuring head stays at any position, no impact is generated when the measuring head contacts a measured workpiece, and the measuring accuracy is ensured. Background
The height gauge is a length measuring instrument with a wide measuring range (12.5-100 mm), and is widely applied to the fields of height, parallelism, position measurement and the like of precise workpieces. In the measuring process, the measuring head of the portable height gauge needs to be lifted, then the measuring head falls back under the action of the spring in the height gauge, and the workpiece is tightly pressed by the acting force of about 1N to implement measurement. The existing measuring head lifting mechanism of the portable height gauge has several modes such as a vacuum pump type, a pressing lever type, a portable type and the like. The vacuum pump altimeter measuring head lifting mechanism has the advantages of high measuring head lifting precision, no lateral force on the measuring head, small influence of human body temperature on the measuring result and the like, but the mechanism has a complex structure and high cost, and is not suitable for altimeters with a large range of more than 50 mm. The pressing lever type measuring head lifting mechanism is only suitable for lifting a small-range height measuring head below 25mm due to the limited pressing stroke. Although the portable measuring head lifting mechanism is simple in structure, lateral force is easily generated in the measuring head lifting process, the measuring accuracy of the height gauge is affected, and the measuring rod can be bent in serious cases to cause damage to the height gauge; the hand is too close to the measuring position in the lifting process of the portable measuring head, and the temperature of the human body can reduce the accuracy of the measuring result. In addition, the portable measuring mechanism is not suitable for measuring the heights of parts with large groove depths and large hole depth structures due to the relationship of operating space.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the existing portable altimeter, the invention provides a measuring head lifting device for the portable altimeter, which is characterized by comprising the following components: the height gauge comprises a height gauge mounting ring, a set screw, a central gear, two screws, two wire wheel gears, a screw bracket, a measuring head and a wire rope;

(5) sleeving the central gear 4 on the height gauge mounting ring 1, meshing the central gear with the two gear wheels, observing the tightness of the wire rope 7 when the measuring head 9 is completely extended out, and if the tightness is too loose, adjusting the meshing sequence of a certain gear wheel relative to the central gear 4;
(5) finally, the whole device is mounted on the height gauge 3 and the set screw 2 is tightened.
The using method of the lifting device with the measuring head comprises the following steps:
(1) manually and clockwise rotating the midline gear 4, and lifting the measuring head 9 to a proper position higher than the workpiece;
