The bathroom floor is similar to the elastic composite floor in structure, the difference is that a mortar combination layer 42 and a waterproof layer 71 are arranged between a ground foundation structure and a leveling layer 43, the mortar combination layer 42 is a 1:3 dry hard cement mortar layer with the thickness not less than 30mm, the bathroom floor is formed by downward connection and integral spraying of waterproof paint on a bathroom wall, the arrangement structure of the corner connection part of the bathroom wall and the bathroom floor is similar to the corner connection position of the elastic composite floor and a soft package wall, and the difference is only the arrangement of the waterproof layer 71 and the mortar combination layer 42.

The soft package furniture 9 is formed by a finished product base plate and a flame-retardant sponge soft package surface layer, as shown in fig. 9, the soft package furniture 9 is fixedly connected with a ground structure through a right-angle connecting piece 91 and an expansion bolt, so that the furniture with smaller dead weight and volume is prevented from being lifted by related personnel to hurt people, and the safety is improved.
The invention discloses a construction method of an isolation interrogation room for integrated soft package construction, which comprises the following steps:
step one, cleaning and flattening a base layer;
cleaning the floating slurry, floor ash and the like stuck on the base layer by using a chisel or a steel wire brush, and cleaning the floating soil by using a broom; rinsing with clear water does not allow residual lime.
Step two, positioning and paying off;
paying-off positioning is carried out on the surface of the foundation wall 11, and the setting positions of the light steel keels 12, the vertical keels 15 and the electronic interrogation equipment 5 concealed on the wall surface are determined;
paying off positioning is carried out on the upper surface of the ground foundation structure 41, and the setting positions of soft package furniture 9, equipment and the like in a room are determined so as to determine the positioning and the trend of pipelines;
paying-off positioning is carried out on the lower surface of the suspended ceiling, and the setting positions of the lamp and the embedded spray head 8 are determined so as to determine the arrangement and trend of the electric wires and the water pipes.
Thirdly, constructing keels and reserved pipelines;
paving a light steel keel 12 on the surface of a foundation wall 11, fixing the light steel keel 12 on the foundation wall 11 through expansion bolts, and then clamping and fixing a vertical keel 15 on the light steel keel 12;
meanwhile, the construction of the reserved pipelines is carried out according to the construction design requirement, the protection of finished components is paid attention to in the process of cross construction, and the electricity safety is paid attention to in the process of pipeline construction.
Fourthly, suspended ceiling construction;
installing a ceiling keel, grooving construction is carried out according to the setting positions of the lamp and the embedded spray head 8, a mounting cavity 81 is reserved, and then the lamp and the embedded spray head 8 are arranged and sealed.
Step five, paving a wall flame retardant plate 13;
flame-retardant plates 13 are paved along the wall surface, and the flame-retardant plates 13 are fixed on the vertical keels 15 through bolts or bonding.
Step six, wall soft package construction;
the S-shaped fixing piece 2 is arranged on the flame retardant plate 13, the Z-shaped plug-in unit 3 is fixedly arranged on the back surface of the sound insulation soft cladding 14, and then the Z-shaped plug-in unit 3 is correspondingly inserted into the S-shaped fixing piece 2, so that the sound insulation soft cladding 14 is fixed.
Step seven, constructing an elastic composite floor;
paving a mortar bonding layer 42 above the ground foundation structure 41, paving a waterproof layer 71 on the ground of the bathroom after curing to the standard strength, paving a mortar leveling layer 43 on the waterproof layer 71 and curing after the waterproof construction is completed; after reaching the construction strength, carrying out the construction of the self-leveling interface agent of the base layer, and forming a layer of protective film between the self-leveling material and the ground so that the self-leveling moisture cannot be absorbed by the ground too quickly to cause the self-leveling surface to crack; after the completion, the buffer layer 45 pearl cotton is paved, and finally, the ground decoration layer 46 is paved along the longer direction of the room.
The specific construction method of the self-leveling layer 44 comprises the following steps: pouring the stirred self-leveling slurry on a terrace, enabling the self-leveling slurry to flow away like water for automatic leveling, scraping the slurry with a tooth scraper, and controlling the required thickness according to the paying-off positioning of a level gauge; the ground is rolled in a single direction by using self-flowing flat air to remove air brought in during stirring, so that bubbles, pitted surfaces and interface height differences are avoided; the separation slits are arranged every 60 square meters.
The floor decoration layer 46 is laid from inside to outside along the longer direction of the room, and when the floor decoration layer 46 is glued and laid, one side of the floor decoration layer is aligned with the sprung dimension line and is pressed and compacted, so that the line connection is required to be smooth and the line is not curled.
During construction, it should be noted that mortar arcs with the radius of 20mm need to be made on the ground around the room, so that the ground decoration layer 46 is ensured to be turned up tightly, and hollowness is avoided.
Step eight, the electronic interrogation equipment 5 and the soft package furniture 9 are installed;
according to the positions of the wall, the roof and the ground where the pipeline, the opening and the embedded modeling are reserved, the electronic interrogation equipment 5 and the soft package furniture 9 are positioned and installed, and the soft package furniture 9 is fixed with the ground.

the S-shaped fixing pieces (2) are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction and comprise a first limb plate (21), a second limb plate (22) and a third limb plate (23) which are parallel to each other, and a first connecting plate (24) for connecting the first limb plate (21) with the second limb plate (22) and a second connecting plate (25) for connecting the second limb plate (22) with the third limb plate (23); the plate surface of the first limb plate (21) is attached to the plate surface of the flame-retardant plate (13) and is fixedly connected with the flame-retardant plate through screws, a notch formed by encircling the first limb plate (21), the second limb plate (22) and the first connecting plate (24) is vertically downwards, a buffer spring (26) is arranged in the notch, two ends of the buffer spring (26) are respectively welded and fixed with the plate surfaces of the first limb plate (21) and the second limb plate (22), an inserting port formed by encircling the second limb plate (22), the third limb plate (23) and the second connecting plate (25) is vertically upwards, and the end part of the third limb plate (23) is narrowed and then bent towards the inside of the inserting port to form an elastic clamping part (27);

the upper part of the soft package wall body is inwards sunken to form a mounting groove (61) for accommodating the electronic interrogation equipment (5), the peripheral edge of the mounting groove (61) is provided with a reinforcing frame (62), and the reinforcing frame (62) and the light steel joist (12) are positioned in the same vertical plane and fixedly connected with the light steel joist (12); the flame retardant plate (13) is attached to the surface of the reinforcing frame (62) and is in sealing connection with the flame retardant plate (13) on the soft-package wall body around, and a heat dissipation opening (63) is formed in the flame retardant plate (13) positioned in the middle of the reinforcing frame (62); the electronic interrogation equipment (5) is fixed on the foundation wall body (11) through a mounting hanging frame (64), one end of the mounting hanging frame (64) is fixedly connected with the electronic interrogation equipment (5), and the other end of the mounting hanging frame passes through a heat dissipation opening (63) to be fixedly connected with the foundation wall body (11); the outer vertical surface of the electronic interrogation equipment (5) is not more than the outer vertical surface of the soft package wall body;
the soft-package bathroom comprises a bathroom wall, a bathroom floor, an embedded spray head (8), a soft-package closestool and a soft-package toilet table, wherein the bathroom wall comprises a base wall (11), and a waterproof layer (71), a cement board (72), a PVC board (73) and a waterproof facing (74) which are paved on the surface of the base wall (11) in sequence; the soft package furniture (9) comprises a finished product base plate and a flame-retardant sponge soft package surface layer, and the soft package furniture (9) is fixedly connected with a ground structure through a right-angle connecting piece (91) and an expansion bolt.
