本申请实施例提供了一种上行传输方法、装置、发送端、接收端及***,涉及通信领域,所述方法包括:终端设备确定至少两个资源集合,所述至少两个资源集合中每个资源集合内的资源单元中存在至少两个资源单元的频域位置不同;终端设备接收接入网设备发送的配置信令;终端设备根据配置信令在至少两个资源集合中确定第一类资源集合和第二类资源集合,第一类资源集合用于传输上行控制信道中的上行控制信息,第二类资源集合用于传输上行控制信道中的上行参考信号;终端设备发送上行控制信道。
