if the recruitment identification information is determined to meet the group recruitment condition, determining that the recruitment information of the target recruitment post comprises the group recruitment information, and adding a group mark in the user application information to mark a group user; the group recruitment information comprises: group number and group success reward information;
marking the successful group users when the successful group conditions are met according to the recruitment confirmation information of the group users and the group number, so as to provide post compensation for the successful group users according to the successful group compensation information; the group success condition is used for judging whether the group users who employ the successful group meet the set number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the type of recruitment identification information comprises at least one of: bar codes, two-dimensional codes, voiceprint signals, and serial codes composed of a plurality of characters.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining that a grouping success condition is met based on the employment confirmation information for the grouping user and the number of the group individuals comprises:
counting the target number of the group users who pass the interview and have the application confirmation information according to the application confirmation information of the group users;
and if the target number of people is more than or equal to the group number of people, determining that the group success condition is met.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining that the recruitment identification information satisfies a group recruitment condition comprises:
and if the recruitment information of the target recruitment position matched with the recruitment identification information is determined to have the group recruitment mark and the validity period of the recruitment information is not due, determining that the recruitment identification information meets the group recruitment condition.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the group recruitment information includes a compensation payment type, the compensation payment type including a weekly salary type or a non-weekly salary type;
when the salary payment type is a weekly salary type, the group successful compensation information comprises a basic loaning amount and a group loaning amount;
and when the salary payment type is a non-weekly salary type, the team group successful compensation information comprises a basic subsidy amount and a team group subsidy amount.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to obtaining the recruitment identification information and the user application information provided by the employing user that matches the target recruitment position:
receiving group information aiming at the target recruitment information to form group recruitment information, and adding a group recruitment mark in the group recruitment information; the group recruitment mark is used for screening out group recruitment information from the recruitment information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the recruitment identification information is generated by the client based on a single order instruction of the employing user for the group recruitment information and is disseminated by the client based on the internet.
8. A network recruitment device, comprising:
the system comprises an application user information acquisition module, a job application position acquisition module and a job application position acquisition module, wherein the application user information acquisition module is used for acquiring job application identification information matched with a target job application position and provided by an application user; the recruitment identification information is used for determining group users who apply to the target recruitment post, and the recruitment identification information is transmitted through the Internet;
the group tagging module is used for determining that the recruitment information of the target recruitment post comprises group recruitment information and adding a group tag into the user application information to tag out a group user if the recruitment identification information is determined to meet the group recruitment condition; the group recruitment information comprises: group number and group success reward information;
the group success marking module is used for marking the group success users when the group success conditions are met according to the recruitment confirmation information of the group users and the group number, so as to provide post compensation for the group success users according to the group success compensation information; the group success condition is used for judging whether the group users who employ the successful group meet the set number.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program implements the network recruitment method of any one of claims 1-7.
