本发明涉及一种汽车电池,确切地说,涉及一种汽车启停电池***。
背景技术
汽车启停电池***作为一种非常简单的节油方法得到快速普及,虽然只是12V电压平台***,但有越来越多的科学家从可靠性方面考虑,未来的大节油48V电压平台***同样可以将成熟可靠的12V启停电池***合并进来,发展空间依然广阔。启停电池***从传统的汽车铅酸起动电瓶***发展而来,因要频繁起动发动机,铅酸电池受循环使用寿命限制很自然被超级电容或锂电池部分替代成为双电池***,该领域的技术发展还在不断提升。
超级电容因其强大的放电能力及超长循环使用寿命能力自然成为启停电池***首选,但受限体积重量不得不继续依赖铅酸***,整体效果难以令人满意,钛酸锂功率型锂电池的出现使得替代超级电容成为现实,现有的钛酸锂版启停电池***仍然需要保留铅酸电池部分,整个***的造价也是原有汽车起动电瓶***的十倍,随着功率型锂电池的发展,可以考虑取消铅酸电池***并大幅度降低启停电池***的造价。
本发明涉及的汽车启停电池***选择先进功率型锂电池成组,自身满足启停条件,不再配置辅助铅酸电池***,通过对启停电池的全过程监控,当电量降到设定的临界点时,可以自动起动发动机补充电量,也可以通过***服务网络提示提醒车主车辆可能存在意外放电现象,如忘关大灯或雨刷器等,这样做可以设计适当容量电池组,可靠性和经济性都有竞争优势。
发明内容

图中,10:电池组;20:输出电压采集转换单元电路;30:电池温度采集单元电路;40:数据处理传输单元电路;50:电子标签单元电路;60:充放电接口。
电池组(10)选择软包磷酸铁锂(正极)硬碳(负极)组合动力锂电芯四只串联成一个电池包,单体容量40安时,可以独立满足汽车***要求,无需再配置铅酸电池,使用时直接替代原铅酸电池经充放电接口(60)电连接既可,在启停电池全生命周期中,电池组始终处于安全监测状态,输出电压采集转换单元电路(20)实时监测电池组电压变化,电池温度采集单元电路(30)实时监测电池组温度变化,数据处理传输单元电路(40)会将这些数据保存记录下来,电子标签单元电路(50)赋予每个电池组合格出厂前唯一标识码,当电池使用过程中出现异常时,会生成清晰数据记录借助******预警相关人,如汽车停车后因忘关大灯或雨刷器等导致电池异常耗电致使电池容量过低下次无法起动汽车发动机问题,本***能够在电池电压降到设计临界值时通过自动起动发动机补电或及时通知车主解决问题,更加安全、经济、便利。
