技术领域
本发明涉及蓄光夜光膜发光的技术领域,具体为一种蓄光发光膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
蓄光发光膜主要用于各种公路和铁路的导向牌、指示牌、轮廓标、突起路标,交通、地名牌、车牌、物业小区车库安全标志、施工标志、广告牌、舞台布景,衣物,帽子,鞋子,车辆等。在夜间或光线不足的情况下,其明亮的反光效果可以有效地增强人的识别能力,看清目标,引起警觉,从而避免事故发生,减少人员伤亡,降低经济损失,成为道路交通不可缺少的安全卫士,有着明显的社会效益。
但现有的蓄光发光膜的蓄光能力较弱,由于蓄光能力较弱使得夜晚长时间未接受光线照射,发光强度和时间都较短,使得提醒的效果较差,且现有的蓄光发光膜图案单一,容易出现审美疲劳,美观***差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蓄光发光膜及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中现有的蓄光发光膜的蓄光能力较弱,由于蓄光能力较弱使得夜晚长时间未接受光线照射,发光强度和时间都较短,使得提醒的效果较差,且现有的蓄光发光膜图案单一,容易出现审美疲劳,美观***差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种蓄光发光膜及其制造方法,包括基材,所述基材表面设有发光颗粒,以及发光颗粒通过胶粘剂粘合均匀排列在基材表面形成蓄光夜光层,所述蓄光夜光层位于发光颗粒的另一面通过复合层黏贴有贴合层,所述发光颗粒夹在基材和贴合层中,所述基材、发光颗粒和贴合层组成层状结构的蓄光发光膜层,所述蓄光发光膜层位于贴合层的表面涂布或者印刷各种颜色和图形,形成发光彩色预制膜,所述基材由胶粘剂、发光粉和Dopp载体组成,所述胶粘剂和发光粉置于Dopp载体表面,所述Dopp载体上涂布有离型层,以及离型层采用Dopp膜,所述基材的底面设有蜂窝状的反光膜。
优选的,所述Dopp膜由羧甲基纤维素、聚丙烯耐、聚乙烯酸粉末、羟丙基甲基纤维素,羟乙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基乙二胺和可分散性水性胶粉蒸馏水组合而成。
优选的,所述发光颗粒由树脂和硫化锌发光粉,稀土发光粉制作形成,且发光颗粒经过处理可发出本色光或彩色光,以及有光照的情况下变成不同颜色的彩光,或者温度不同的时候发出不同的彩色。
优选的,所述复合层由聚氨酯胶粘剂类两液型和丙烯酸胶粘剂类两液型的合成粘合剂所形成。
优选的,所述Dopp膜上涂一层可转的胶层,使得发光颗粒均匀排列。
一种蓄光发光膜的制造方法,包括如下步骤
S1、材料准备:准备Dopp载体,并在Dopp载体上面涂布离型层;
S2、制作蓄光夜光层:通过上一层粘合剂使其颗粒状蓄光发光物体即发光颗粒2通过抛洒的方法做到Dopp载体的离型膜上形成蓄光夜光层;
S3、制作蓄光发光膜层:在蓄光夜光层的发光颗粒的表面利用复合层黏贴有贴合层从而形成蓄光发光膜层;
S4、制作发光彩色预制膜:然后在蓄光发光膜层位于贴合层的表面涂布或者印刷各种颜色和图形,形成即发光又美观的发光彩色预制膜,且表面Dopp 可印刷可剥离。
本发明提供了一种蓄光发光膜及其制造方法,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过将发光颗粒通过环保型胶粘剂粘在基材和贴合层上合成的蓄光发光膜层,且该蓄光的发光颗粒经过特殊处理可发出多个彩色彩光。蓄光发光层的表面涂布或者印刷各种颜色和图形,形成美观的蓄光发光层和表面图案,本发明的蓄光发光膜在光照射下可吸收光源后发光,不同的光源发出不同颜色的彩色光,不同的温度下也变不同颜色,警示性效果非常显著,提高了出行的安全性,同样也达到了美观的效果。
(2)本发明的发光颗粒在光照时可吸光,变成不同颜色,且吸光后可发光时间长,温度不同时也可变颜色,其蓄光发光效果好,可提高夜晚和黑暗中的安全警示性,增加了产品对人类的安全警示和视觉效果。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种蓄光发光膜及其制造方法,包括基材1,所述基材1表面设有发光颗粒2,以及发光颗粒2通过胶粘剂粘合均匀排列在基材1表面形成蓄光夜光层,所述蓄光夜光层位于发光颗粒2 的另一面通过复合层黏贴有贴合层3,所述发光颗粒2夹在基材1和贴合层3 中,所述基材1、发光颗粒2和贴合层3组成层状结构的蓄光发光膜层,所述蓄光发光膜层位于贴合层3的表面涂布或者印刷各种颜色和图形,形成发光彩色预制膜4,所述基材1由胶粘剂、发光粉和Dopp载体组成,所述胶粘剂和发光粉置于Dopp载体表面,所述Dopp载体上涂布有离型层,以及离型层采用Dopp膜,所述基材1的底面设有蜂窝状的反光膜5。

1.一种蓄光发光膜,包括基材(1),其特征在于,所述基材(1)表面设有发光颗粒(2),以及发光颗粒(2)通过胶粘剂粘合均匀排列在基材(1)表面并形成蓄光夜光层,所述蓄光夜光层位于发光颗粒(2)的另一面通过复合层黏贴有贴合层(3),所述发光颗粒(2)夹在基材(1)和贴合层(3)中,所述基材(1)、发光颗粒(2)和贴合层(3)组成层状结构的蓄光发光膜层,所述蓄光发光膜层位于贴合层(3)的表面涂布或者印刷各种颜色和图形,形成发光彩色预制膜(4),所述基材(1)由胶粘剂、发光粉和Dopp载体组成,所述胶粘剂和发光粉置于Dopp载体表面,所述Dopp载体上涂布有离型层,以及离型层采用Dopp膜,所述基材(1)的底面设有蜂窝状的反光膜(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄光发光膜,其特征在于:所述Dopp膜由羧甲基纤维素、聚丙烯耐、聚乙烯酸粉末、羟丙基甲基纤维素,羟乙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基乙二胺和可分散性水性胶粉蒸馏水组合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄光发光膜,其特征在于:所述发光颗粒(2)由树脂和硫化锌发光粉,稀土发光粉制作形成,且发光颗粒(2)经过处理可发出本色光或彩色光,以及有光照的情况下变成不同颜色的彩光,或者温度不同的时候发出不同的彩色。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄光发光膜,其特征在于:所述复合层由聚氨酯胶粘剂类两液型和丙烯酸胶粘剂类两液型的合成粘合剂所形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄光发光膜,其特征在于:所述Dopp膜上涂一层可转的胶层,使得发光颗粒(2)均匀排列。
6.一种权利要求1所述的一种蓄光发光膜的制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤
S1、材料准备:准备Dopp载体,并在Dopp载体上面涂布离型层;
S2、制作蓄光夜光层:通过上一层粘合剂使其颗粒状蓄光发光物体即发光颗粒(2)通过抛洒的方法做到Dopp载体的离型膜上形成蓄光夜光层;
S3、制作蓄光发光膜层:在蓄光夜光层的发光颗粒(2)的表面利用复合层黏贴有贴合层(3)从而形成蓄光发光膜层;
S4、制作发光彩色预制膜:然后在蓄光发光膜层位于贴合层(3)的表面涂布或者印刷各种颜色和图形,形成即发光又美观的发光彩色预制膜(4),且表面Dopp可印刷可剥离。
