the preparation method of the integrated insulation board with the decoration function comprises the following steps:
1) sequentially putting a certain weight part of fly ash, a flame retardant, a cementing material, a composite foaming agent, a water repellent, a flexibilizer and a penetrant into a crucible smelting furnace, stirring the materials in one direction for 30 minutes, stopping stirring to obtain an auxiliary material of the insulation board, and continuously heating and insulating the materials;
2) putting a certain weight part of sepiolite powder, foamed magnesium cement, EPS particles and a proper weight part of the insulation board auxiliary material in the step 1) into another crucible smelting furnace, and stirring for 1 hour towards one direction;
3) carrying out compression molding, cooling and shaping on the material obtained in the step 2) to obtain a compression-resistant heat-insulating layer;
4) putting a certain weight part of sodium silicate, volcanic fiber, polystyrene and a proper weight part of the insulation board auxiliary material in the step 1) into another crucible smelting furnace, and stirring for 40 minutes towards one direction;
5) carrying out compression molding, cooling and shaping on the material obtained in the step 4) to obtain a flexible layer;
6) putting a certain weight part of phenolic resin, rock wool, nano bentonite and a proper weight part of the insulation board auxiliary material in the step 1) into another crucible smelting furnace, and stirring for 30 minutes towards one direction;
7) compressing, cooling and shaping the material obtained in the step 6) to obtain a flame-retardant layer;
8) integrally compression-molding the compression-resistant heat-insulation layer, the flexible layer and the flame-retardant layer to obtain a heat-insulation board;
9) putting a certain weight part of reflective material particles, high polymer wax, color aggregate and pigment into another crucible smelting furnace, and stirring for 1 hour towards one direction;
10) putting a certain weight part of antioxidant, a cementing material, polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane into another crucible smelting furnace, and stirring for 20 minutes towards one direction;
11) carrying out integrated compression molding, cooling and shaping on the materials obtained in the steps 9) and 10) to obtain a decorative plate;
12) and carrying out integrated compression molding, cooling and shaping on the heat insulation plate and the decorative plate.
