Abstract
The invention discloses a handheld hair dryer and a main body part thereof, wherein the handheld hair dryer comprises a main body part and a handheld part which are communicated with each other, the main body part comprises a rear end cover and a decorative plate clamped between the rear end cover and a front end part of the main body part of the hair dryer, and the decorative plate penetrates through the rear end cover backwards and is exposed to the outside. The rear end cover and the decorative plate of the handheld blower are installed to form a compact integrated structure, so that the length of the main body part is shortened, miniaturization of products is facilitated, and shock resistance and stability of the handheld blower are improved. In addition, the rear end cover is made of high-thermal-conductivity materials, so that the main body part can radiate heat in time.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a household appliance, in particular to a handheld blower and a main body part thereof.
Background
In the daily life of people, scalp is metabolized, and dandruff is continuously generated on the head, so that hair washing becomes a part of the daily life of people. After the hair is washed, when people need to wash and sleep or go out, the natural drying of the hair needs to take a great deal of time, and the hair dryer facilitates the life of people, shortens the time for drying the hair of people and facilitates the life of people. The cover plate and the rear end cover at the tail end of the existing blower are generally of a separated mounting structure, which is not beneficial to miniaturization of products.

The invention aims to provide a handheld blower with a compact structure and a main body part thereof.

Detailed Description
The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the hand-held hair dryer of the present invention comprises a main body 1 and a hand-held part 2 which are connected with each other, wherein external air enters the hand-held part 2 from the bottom end of the hand-held part 2 and is sent into the main body 1, and is heated and finally blown out from an air outlet 3 of the hand-held hair dryer.
The main body part 1 comprises an air duct 4, an air guide pipe, a main control circuit board assembly 6, a heating assembly 7, a rear end cover 8, an air nozzle assembly 9, a wind shield and a fixing seat 12. The rear end cover 8 and the tuyere assembly 9 are respectively positioned at two opposite ends of the air duct 4, the air duct 4 accommodates the air duct and the heating assembly 7, the rear end cover 8 is provided with a decorative plate 11 exposed to the outside, and the main control circuit board assembly 6, the heating assembly 7 and the wind shield are respectively sleeved on the outside of the air duct.
The decorative plate 11 is clamped between the rear end cover 8 and the front end part of the main body 1, specifically between the fixing seat 12 and the rear end cover 8, penetrates the rear end cover 8 backward and is exposed to the outside. Further, the decorative plate 11 includes circular body portion and the protruding portion of holding that stretches outward from body portion, and decorative plate 11 is supported in the rear end of fixing base 12 along the air-out direction of main part 1, and rear end cover 8 is supported in decorative plate 11 along main part 1 air-out direction, and the centre bore inner edge of rear end cover 8 supports and holds the portion on holding of decorative plate 11, and the main part outline of decorative plate 11 is the same with the center Kong Nalun profile of rear end cover 8, and the main part card of decorative plate 11 is held in the centre bore of rear end cover 8 and outwards exposes in the outside. The fixing seat 12 is disposed between the rear end cover 8 and the main control circuit board assembly 6, the rear end cover 8 includes a plurality of protrusions 13 and a plurality of operation windows, the plurality of operation windows are disposed near the lower end of the decorative board 11, the protrusions 13 are disposed on one side of the rear end cover 8 facing the main control circuit board assembly 6, the fixing seat 12 includes a plurality of fixing holes (not labeled) corresponding to the protrusions 13 respectively, and the protrusions 13 and the fixing holes are matched and fixed to the rear end cover 8 and the fixing seat 12.
The fixing base 12 further comprises a protruding column 14, the main control circuit board assembly 6 comprises a containing hole (not labeled) corresponding to the protruding column 14, the protruding column 14 is matched with the containing hole to fix the fixing base 12 and the main control circuit board assembly 6, so that the main body part 1 forms a compact integrated structure, the miniaturization of products is facilitated, and the stability of the handheld blower is improved. Preferably, the fixing base 12 and the main control circuit board assembly 6 are both circular structures.
Further, the rear end cover 8 has a ring-shaped structure with a through middle portion, and the decorative plate 11 is covered on the fixing seat 12 and is exposed to the outside from the through hole in the middle portion of the rear end cover 8. The rear end cover 8 is made of a high thermal conductivity material, such as any one of metal, alloy, graphene and carbon fiber, and other high thermal conductivity materials with appropriate strength can be selected according to actual requirements, so that heat dissipation of the main body 1 can be quickened.
The wind shield is located between the main control circuit board 6 and the heating component 7, and the main function of the heating component 7 is to heat the passing air flow into hot air, and blow the hot air to the direction of the air outlet 3, so as to play a role in drying. The heating component 7 is electrically connected with the main control circuit board 6, wherein the main control circuit board 6 comprises a constant temperature automatic electric control element (not labeled), and the heating component 7 is connected with the constant temperature automatic electric control element in series. When the temperature of the heating component 7 exceeds the preset temperature, the constant-temperature automatic electric control element cuts off the circuit, thereby playing a role in protection and preventing accidents. In this embodiment, the heating element 7 is preferably a heating wire, the melting point of which is high, and the heating element can be rapidly heated in a short time, and further, the heating element 7 is formed by winding a plurality of turns of heating wires.
The air nozzle assembly 9 outputs the hot air heated by the heating assembly 7 from the air outlet 3, and the air nozzle assembly 9 can also change the shape and the speed of the air outlet of the hand-held blower. In this embodiment, the tuyere assembly 9 is detachably mounted on the air duct 4, so that the structure is convenient to maintain, and the tuyere assembly can be replaced by similar assemblies with different functions according to the use requirements, thereby meeting different air outlet requirements. Of course, the tuyere assembly 9 may also be integrally formed with the wind tunnel 4.
Compared with the prior art, the rear end cover and the decorative plate of the handheld blower are installed to form a compact integrated structure, so that the length of the main body is shortened, miniaturization of products is facilitated, and shock resistance and stability of the handheld blower are improved. In addition, the rear end cover is made of high-thermal-conductivity materials, so that the main body part can radiate heat in time.

Claims (9)
1. A main body part of a hand-held hair dryer, which is characterized by comprising a rear end cover and a decorative plate clamped between the rear end cover and a front end part of the main body part of the hair dryer, wherein the decorative plate penetrates through the rear end cover backwards and is exposed to the outside;
the decorative plate comprises a body part and a clamping part extending from the body part to the periphery, a central hole with the same outline as the body part is arranged in the middle of the rear end cover, and the body part is exposed to the outside from the central hole.
2. The main body of claim 1, wherein the main body of the blower is provided with a fixing seat, and the decorative plate is clamped between the fixing seat and the rear end cover.
3. The body portion of claim 1, wherein an outer end surface of the body portion of the trim panel is recessed inwardly from an outer end surface of the rear end cap.
4. The body portion of claim 2, wherein the rear end cap includes a plurality of protrusions, the fixing base includes a plurality of first fixing holes corresponding to the plurality of protrusions, respectively, and the plurality of protrusions and the plurality of fixing holes cooperate to fix the rear end cap and the fixing base.
5. The body portion of claim 4, further comprising a main control circuit board assembly disposed on a side of the fixing base away from the decorative plate, wherein the rear end cover is of an annular structure, and the protrusion is disposed on a side of the rear end cover facing the main control circuit board assembly.
6. The body portion of claim 1, wherein the rear end cap is one of a metal, an alloy, graphene, and carbon fiber.
7. The body portion of claim 5, wherein the mounting base includes a boss, the main control circuit board assembly includes a receiving hole corresponding to the boss, and the boss cooperates with the receiving hole to secure the mounting base and the main control circuit board assembly.
8. The body portion of claim 1, wherein the rear end cap further comprises a plurality of operating windows.
9. A hand held hair dryer comprising a main body portion as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
