本发明提供了一种茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂及其诱芯的制备方法,所述茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂包括下述体积份的组分:苯甲醇10‑200份、苯乙醇20‑400份、苯乙醛20‑400份、芳樟醇20‑400份、顺式乙酸叶醇酯10‑200份、己酸叶醇酯10‑200份、柳酸叶醇酯10‑200份,其能够有效地对茶鹿蛾进行诱杀,效果明显、环境友好、使用方便,且制备方法简单、成本低廉,具有广阔的产业化前景。

一种茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂及其诱芯的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于茶园害虫绿色防控的技术领域,通过植物源信息化合物结合缓释技术和诱捕器进行诱杀来防治害虫,具体涉及一种茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂及其诱芯的制备方法。
背景技术
茶鹿蛾(Amata germana Felder)又称蕾鹿蛾,在我国四大茶区均有分布,寄主有茶、桑和柑橘等。以幼虫取食叶片为害,爆发成灾时,可将叶片食尽,对茶叶产量及品质影响很大。近年来,茶鹿蛾为害有逐年加重的现象。目前该虫防治主要依靠化学农药,而大量的施用化学农药导致抗药性上升,并严重影响茶叶质量安全、茶园生态安全。因此,生产上急需一种行之有效,且操作简单的茶园鹿蛾防治技术。
植物挥发物在植食性害虫寻找寄主、配偶等行为中起关键作用。申请人研究发现,特定的植物挥发物对茶鹿蛾具有显著的吸引作用,进一步通过Y型嗅觉仪和风洞实验筛选出7种活性物质,并形成了茶鹿蛾引诱剂配方。通过在绍兴御茶村茶场和中国农业科学院茶叶研究所茶园的测试,该配方对茶鹿蛾成虫具有显著的引诱作用。鉴于此,特提出本发明,以其为茶鹿蛾成虫的监测和防治提供有效方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂及其诱芯的制备方法。
一种茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂,包括下述体积份的组分:
苯甲醇 10-200份;
苯乙醇 20-400份;
苯乙醛 20-400份;
芳樟醇 20-400份;
顺式乙酸叶醇酯 10-200份;
己酸叶醇酯 10-200份;
柳酸叶醇酯 10-200份。
优选地,本发明的茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂包括下述体积份的组分:
苯甲醇 10-100份;
苯乙醇 20-200份;
苯乙醛 20-200份;
芳樟醇 20-200份;
顺式乙酸叶醇酯 10-100份;
己酸叶醇酯 10-100份;
柳酸叶醇酯 10-100份。
优选地,本发明的茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂包括下述体积份的组分:
苯甲醇 100-200份;
苯乙醇 200-400份;
苯乙醛 200-400份;

柳酸叶醇酯 50-150份。
本发明还提供一种茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂诱芯的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)引诱剂的配制:
按体积份取苯甲醇10-200份、苯乙醇20-400份、苯乙醛20-400份、芳樟醇20-400份、顺式乙酸叶醇酯10-200份、己酸叶醇酯10-200份、柳酸叶醇酯10-200份作为引诱剂组分,然后均匀混合,备用;
2)诱芯的制备:
将步骤1)制得的引诱剂滴加至聚乙烯滴剂瓶中,瓶口***玻璃毛细管,加热瓶口,使瓶口和毛细管粘合,冷却结束后即制得茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂诱芯。
优选地,所述步骤1)中按以下配方量取引诱剂各组分:
苯甲醇10-100份、苯乙醇20-200份、苯乙醛20-200份、芳樟醇20-200份、顺式乙酸叶醇酯10-100份、己酸叶醇酯10-100份、柳酸叶醇酯10-100份。
优选地,所述步骤1)中按以下配方量取引诱剂各组分:
苯甲醇100-200份、苯乙醇200-400份、苯乙醛200-400份、芳樟醇200-400份、顺式乙酸叶醇酯100-200份、己酸叶醇酯100-200份、柳酸叶醇酯100-200份。
优选地,所述步骤1)中按以下配方量取引诱剂各组分:

本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:由于植物挥发物种类多且复杂,本发明在茶树害虫诱导挥发物、花香挥发物和茶树挥发物原料中,通过Y型嗅觉仪和风洞实验筛选出苯甲醇、苯乙醇、苯乙醛、芳樟醇、顺式乙酸叶醇酯份、己酸叶醇酯、以及柳酸叶醇酯七种活性物质,形成了茶鹿蛾引诱剂配方。通过各组分配比上的优化结合缓释载体制成诱芯,能够有效地对茶鹿蛾进行诱杀,效果明显、环境友好、使用方便。减少七种组分中的一或两种,将极大的降低引诱效果。由于本发明的茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂制备方法简单,成本低廉,因此,具有广阔的产业化前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂的配制(体积份)及田间效果
1)茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂的配制:取苯甲醇10μL/每个诱芯、苯乙醇20μL/每个诱芯、苯乙醛20μL/每个诱芯、芳樟醇20μL/每个诱芯、顺式乙酸叶醇酯10μL/每个诱芯、己酸叶醇酯10μL/每个诱芯、柳酸叶醇酯10μL/每个诱芯,均匀混合,备用;
2)茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂诱芯的配制:将步骤1)制得的引诱剂滴加至2毫升的聚乙烯滴剂瓶中,瓶口***玻璃毛细管,毛细管直径为1mm,长度为1cm。加热瓶口,使瓶口和毛细管粘合。冷却结束后即制得鹿蛾成虫引诱剂诱芯。
3)田间诱捕结果
2017年9月在绍兴御茶村茶场,将制得茶鹿蛾引诱剂诱芯结合船型诱捕器,按每12米茶行1个的密度放置。对照放置空的聚乙烯滴剂瓶。放置高度为茶棚上方15cm。处理与对照在田间棋盘式排列,每个处理6个重复。每隔4天调查一次成虫数量。

2)茶鹿蛾成虫引诱剂诱芯的配制:将步骤1)制得的引诱剂滴加至2毫升的聚乙烯滴剂瓶中,瓶口***玻璃毛细管,毛细管直径为1mm,长度为1cm。加热瓶口,使瓶口和毛细管粘合。冷却结束后即制得鹿蛾成虫引诱剂诱芯。
