The manufacturing method of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
step 101: the inner surface of the curved substrate 12 is provided with a double-sided adhesive tape 200, wherein a release paper 201 is adhered to one surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 200 far away from the inner surface.
In this step, the double-sided tape 200 is divided into two sections, and is respectively adhered to the inner surfaces of the first body portion 121 and the second body portion 122.
Similarly, the release paper 201 is divided into two sections, and is adhered to the surfaces of the double-sided tapes 200 of the first body portion 121 and the second body portion 122.
The release paper 21 has a length greater than twice that of the double-sided adhesive tape 200, and is disposed on a surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 200 away from the inner surface of the curved substrate 12 in a folded manner. The number of folds is one.
It should be understood that in other embodiments, the length of the release paper 201 may also be equal to twice the length of the double-sided adhesive tape 20, which is disposed on one side of the double-sided adhesive tape 200 away from the inner surface of the curved substrate 12 in a folded manner.
The number of folding of the release paper 201 may be plural.
Further, an optically transparent adhesive 14 or other adhesive may be further disposed at the position of the connection portion 123. The surface of the optically transparent adhesive 14 away from the connecting portion 123 may be flush with the release paper 201.
Step 102: the flexible screen 11 is wound and placed on the inner side of the curved substrate 12, and is in contact with the release paper 201.
Specifically, the first body portion 121 and the second body portion 122 are in contact with the release paper 201. In contact with the optically transparent adhesive 14 at the location of the connection 123.
Step 103: and sequentially tearing off the release paper to enable one surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 200, which is far away from the inner surface, to be adhered to the flexible screen 11.
In this step, the free end 202 of the release paper 201 away from the layer of the double-sided adhesive tape 200 is first obtained, and the free end 202 moves towards the direction away from the folding end 203, so that the release paper 201 gradually separates from the double-sided adhesive tape 20, wherein the free end 202 is a separable end in a folded state.
That is, by reversely peeling the release paper 201, the flexible screen 11 is gradually stuck to the surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 200 in the peeling process. Since the path of the tear-off is continuous, the flexible panel 11 is prevented from bubbling when the flexible panel 11 is stuck at intervals.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes, which are made by the contents of the specification and the drawings of the present application or are directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are also included in the scope of the present application.
