Compared with the conventional method that check tables corresponding to the clamping nozzles are respectively configured for different circuit breakers, the device can realize the common check table, reduce the configuration of the check table and simplify the layout of a production line.

As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a conventional busbar breaker, when checking the electrical characteristics of a single pole, only the checking table clamping mouth (shown in fig. 3) is needed to be used for clamping and checking, but for a vertical special busbar breaker (shown in fig. 2), due to the structural characteristics of the vertical special busbar breaker, the conventional checking table clamping mouth cannot be directly clamped, and the checking tables corresponding to the clamping mouths are respectively configured for different breakers in the conventional solution, so that equipment investment is wasted, the utilization rate of equipment and production fields is low, and the enterprise cost is greatly increased.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a conversion device for checking a vertical abnormal busbar breaker, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, comprising: the shell 1 is in a rectangular shell shape, a pair of handles 9 are arranged at the upper part of the shell 1, and rollers are arranged at the bottom of the shell 1; the clamping assembly 2 is used for clamping the vertical special-shaped busbar of the circuit breaker to be tested, is movably arranged in the shell 1, and the outer end of the clamping assembly leaks out of the surface of the shell 1; the conventional busbar assembly 3 is used for being matched with the conventional check table clamping nozzle, is opposite to the clamping assembly 2 and is arranged on the other surface of the shell 1; the conventional busbar assembly 3 is connected with the clamping assembly 2 through a braid wire, and by the method, the abnormal busbar of the circuit breaker can be stably and reliably converted into the conventional busbar for testing.
In order to prevent the circuit breaker from being separated from the conversion device in the verification process, the conversion device is further provided with a limiting component used for positioning the circuit breaker to be tested on the surface of the shell 1, the limiting component comprises a fixed end and a movable end which are respectively arranged on two sides of the shell 1, and a middle supporting plate 6 arranged at the bottom, the fixed end comprises a supporting block 5 and a baffle 4, the supporting block 5 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the side edge of the shell 1, and the baffle 4 is vertically arranged at the edge of the shell 1; the movable end is provided with a push-pull cylinder 7, and the testing process can conveniently clamp and position the circuit breaker.
The clamping assembly 2 is composed of a plurality of groups of clamps, each clamp comprises a first clamping part 201 and a second clamping part 202 which are arranged in pairs, each first clamping part 201 and each second clamping part 202 are clamping jaws, a clamping containing cavity for clamping the vertical special-shaped busbar is formed between each first clamping part 201 and each second clamping part 202, and each first clamping part 201 and each second clamping part 202 are respectively connected with a driving mechanism and clamped or released under the action of the driving mechanism.
As shown in fig. 6, the driving mechanism includes a connecting rod 10 and a clamping cylinder 8 in transmission connection with the connecting rod 10, wherein the first clamping portion 201 or the second clamping portion 202 is connected to the connecting rod 10, and the connecting rod 10 is driven by the clamping cylinder 8 to move, so as to drive the first clamping portion 201 or the second clamping portion 202 to swing, thereby completing the clamping or releasing action.

After the circuit breaker is positioned, the clamping assembly is started, the clamping cylinder drives the corresponding clamping jaw jaws to realize that all special-shaped busbar is clamped simultaneously by the corresponding clamping jaw jaws, and all the clamping jaw jaws are connected to the horizontal busbar corresponding to the back of the conversion device through braid wires, so that the special-shaped busbar is converted into a conventional busbar, and verification is performed on a verification table of the clamping jaw.
