Abstract
The invention provides a device for fully roasting pellets in a belt roasting machine, which aims to solve the problem that the quality of pellets is affected due to inconsistent roasting of raw materials of the belt roasting machine; the transmission system consists of a stirring rod group and a connecting rod mechanism. The problem that the quality of the pellets is affected due to inconsistent roasting of the raw material layer in the trolley can be effectively prevented.

Technical Field

Background
At present, the belt type roasting machine is widely applied to the pellet production process of various iron ores, integrates drying, preheating, roasting and cooling, and has the advantages of large production scale, compact arrangement and the like. However, such large-scale equipment is inevitably disadvantageous in that when green pellets are fed into the trolley, the green pellets are often stacked by more than 80mm and have a diameter of only 8 to 16mm, and when the trolley moves to the roasting section, the green pellets at the top to the bottom of the raw material layer cannot be roasted uniformly due to the fact that high-temperature gas is sprayed downwards from the top in the roasting area for roasting, and the raw material roasting of the same trolley is inconsistent, so that the quality of the pellets is affected. There is currently no very effective solution to this problem. The method has the characteristics of stability, effectiveness and convenience in installation, and can well solve the problems that the raw material layers in the belt roasting machine trolley are inconsistent in roasting and the quality of pellets is affected.

The double-meshing wheels are meshed with the guide rail, so that the phenomenon that the wheels do not roll and slide relative to the guide rail when the trolley roller is shifted through the planet wheels after the belt roasting machine is started can be effectively prevented, and the double-meshing wheels and the guide rail are meshed with the rectangular grooves through the dovetail shape, so that the double-meshing wheels can rotate stably.
3. When the roller of the trolley is stirred by the planet wheel after the belt roasting machine is started, the double-meshed wheels of the trolley are meshed with the guide rail to stably roll, and then the rotating force is transmitted to the stirring power through the eccentrically arranged power connecting rod to be full and stable and consistent.
