In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 15, the connecting plate 162 is fixedly coupled to the bottom of the washing tub 12, the check plate 142 is rotatably provided at the edge of the screen plate 148, and the connecting plate 162 and the screen plate 148 are fixedly coupled.
In this embodiment, the connection plate 162 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the washing tub 12, the connection plate 162 is fixedly connected to the filter screen plate 148 to ensure the connection strength therebetween, and the check plate 142 is rotatably disposed at the edge of the filter screen plate 148 to ensure the opening and closing of the inner space 164.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 15, a hollowed-out area is provided on the filter screen disc 148, and a filter screen 150 is provided at the hollowed-out area.
In this embodiment, the screen disc 148 is provided with a plurality of hollow areas, and the screen 150 is disposed in the hollow areas, so that when the washing water passes through the screen 150, the thread scraps can be filtered under the screen disc 148, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the washing chamber 124.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the side wall of the washing drum 12 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes 122, and when the washing machine is used for treating clothes, water in the washing chamber 124 can be discharged through the plurality of water outlet holes 122 and then return to the washing chamber 124 through the filter screen disc assembly 14 and the overflow channel 126.
In this embodiment, the washing drum 12 further includes a water outlet 122 penetrating through the sidewall of the washing drum 12, so that when the washing machine is in a washing state, the washing water in the washing drum 12 can be discharged out of the washing cavity 124 through the water outlet 122, thereby increasing the circulating water flow and further speeding up the filtration of the washing water.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 15, a plurality of first mounting holes 156 are provided at the edge of the screen pan 148, and the screen pan 148 and the connection plate 162 are connected by the first mounting holes 156 and the fastening members.
In some embodiments of the present invention, through holes are disposed on the connecting disc 162 and at the bottom of the washing drum 12, and the through holes of the connecting disc 162 and the bottom of the washing drum 12 are communicated with each other to form the flow passage 126.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of first mounting holes 156 are provided at the edge of the strainer tray 148, and the fasteners and the first mounting holes 156 cooperate to mount the strainer tray 148 to the bottom of the connecting plate 162, ensuring stable mounting thereof, and specifically, the fasteners are bolts or screws.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 15, a second mounting hole 158 is provided at a middle position of the screen disc 148, and the connection disc 162 and the screen disc 148 are mounted to a clutch of the washing machine through the second mounting hole 158.
In this embodiment, a second mounting hole 158 is formed in the middle of the strainer tray 148, and the connection tray 162 and the strainer tray 148 are connected to a clutch of the washing machine through the second mounting hole 158, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the washing machine; further, the filter screen disc assembly 14 is arranged at the center of the filter screen disc 148, when the filter screen disc assembly 14 rotates at a high speed along with the washing drum 12, the center of the filter screen disc assembly is ensured to coincide with the rotation center, the washing drum 12 is prevented from shaking, and the stability of the washing machine is further improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the washing machine according to the present invention rotatably sets a washing tub 12 inside a water tub 18, a filter assembly 14 is disposed at the bottom of the washing tub 12, the filter assembly 14 includes a connection disc 162, a filter disc 148 and a non-return sheet 142 connected to each other, the connection disc 162 is disposed at the bottom of the washing tub 12, the filter disc 148 is connected to the connection disc 162, and an inner space 164 is formed therebetween, the inner space 164 is communicated with the washing chamber 124 through a flow passage 126, the non-return sheet 142 is disposed at the circumferential side of the filter disc 148, the inner space 164 is opened or closed by the non-return sheet 142, and thus the inner space 164 is opened or closed, specifically, when the washing machine is in a washing state, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, wash water is disturbed by a pulsator assembly and flows to a gap between the washing tub 12 and the water tub 18 through a water outlet 122 disposed at the lateral wall of the washing tub 12, and flows to the lower part of the filter screen disc 148 under the action of gravity, and in the process of the washing water flowing continuously, the washing chamber 124 generates a pressure difference with the outside, and further the washing water flows back to the washing chamber 124 again, at this time, the check sheet 142 is in the first position to close the inner space 164, and further all the washing water returns to the washing chamber 124 through the filter screen disc 148, and the washing water is filtered, it is noted that the thread scraps still exist in the washing chamber 124, and the thread scraps need to be discharged out of the washing chamber 124 together with the washing water when the washing machine is in the dehydration state, therefore, when the washing machine is in the dehydration state, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, all the washing water flows to the inner space 164 through the overflow passage 126, the check sheet 142 rotates under the impact of the washing water, and in the second position to open the inner space 164, and further the thread scraps are discharged together with the washing water, the internal space 164 is prevented from containing the thread scraps, so that all the thread scraps in the washing cavity 124 are discharged, the internal sanitary environment of the washing machine is ensured, and the safe use of a user is ensured; further, as shown in fig. 15 to 19, the backstop sheet 142 includes a blocking sheet 146 and a rotating shaft 144 connected to each other, a support base 152 is disposed on the periphery of the screen disc 148, the rotating shaft 144 is inserted into the support base 152, the blocking sheet 146 is driven to open or close the inner space 164 by the rotation of the rotating shaft 144, a limiting portion 154 is disposed on one side of the screen disc 148 where the support base 152 is disposed, a reinforcing rib 160 is disposed on one side of the blocking sheet 146 facing the screen disc 148, and the reinforcing rib 160 and the limiting portion 154 are engaged with each other to perform a limiting function, so as to ensure the rotation range of the backstop sheet 142, so that the blocking sheet 146 is in a first position under the impact of water flow in the process of circulating the washing water, and to ensure effective cleaning of lint.

1. A washing machine, characterized by comprising:
a tub (18);
a wash tub (12) rotatably disposed within the tub (18) and including a wash chamber (124);
a filter assembly (14) fixedly disposed at a bottom of the washing drum (12), comprising: a connecting disc (162) arranged at the bottom of the washing barrel (12), and a filter screen disc (148) arranged on the connecting disc (162);
an inner space (164) of the filter assembly (14) is formed between the connecting disc (162) and the filter screen disc (148);
a flow-through channel (126) which is communicated with the washing cavity (124) and the inner space (164) is arranged between the connecting disc (162) and the washing drum (12);
the filter assembly (14) further comprises a backstop sheet (142) arranged at the edge of the filter screen disc (148) or the connecting disc (162), wherein the backstop sheet is arranged on the peripheral side of the connecting disc or the filter screen disc;
the backstop sheet (142) is used for opening and closing the inner space (164);
the check plate (142) rotates between a first position and a second position, and when the check plate (142) is located at the first position, the inner space (164) is closed such that the inner space (164) is isolated from the outside, and the entire washing water passes through the filter screen disc (148) to enter the inner space (164).
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1,
