The invention relates to a comprehensive detection vehicle for urban rail transit, which can control the braking and release of the whole train through a brake 21 on a driver's desk 22 when being in reconnection with an internal combustion rail vehicle; when the electric rail car is in reconnection, a brake signal is transmitted to the electric rail car through a reconnection wire harness, and a brake cabinet is remotely controlled at a driver's desk 39 to realize braking and release of the whole train. The generator set 14 charges the storage battery set 16 through the intelligent charger of the power supply module, and the storage battery set 16 provides power for the vehicle direct current system. The alternating current system is powered by the generator set 14 for the detection system, the air conditioner, the electric heater and other equipment, and the direct current system is powered by the storage battery set 16 for the illumination, the control system and the like; the electronic antiskid device can effectively prevent wheel pairs and tracks from being scratched during braking, the axle temperature alarm device can monitor the axle box bearing temperature in real time, the radio station can provide driving and dispatching communication for vehicles, the video monitoring system 5 can monitor the coupling state, the line state, the cab state, the detection chamber 41 state and other equipment states in real time, and the grounding device ensures the safe grounding of the vehicles and prevents the bearing from being damaged by excessive electricity. The comprehensive detection vehicle control system adopts a network module control system matched with the traction rail vehicle, and the system comprises: the display module, the multichannel CAN bus module, input output module digital input DI, digital output DO, analog input AI, when implementing remote control, also CAN show the traction railcar state parameter in real time through long-range driver's stand. The indoor arrangement structure of the comprehensive detection vehicle for urban rail transit comprises two structures shown in fig. 2 and 4, wherein fig. 2 is a scheme of the comprehensive detection chamber, and fig. 3 is a plan layout diagram of the structure of fig. 2, and a front cab 43, a conference room 42, a comprehensive detection chamber and a rear cab 40 are respectively arranged; fig. 4 is a layout of the independent detection room, and fig. 5 is a plan view of the structure of fig. 4, in which a front cab 48, a track detection room 49, a conference room 50, a catenary detection room 51, and a rear cab 52 are provided, respectively. The contact net detecting system 34, the track detecting system 35 and the detecting cabinet of the limit detecting system 36 are transversely arranged side by side and fixedly connected with the vehicle body at the top, and the wire harness can be directly led into the detecting cabinet from the vehicle roof. Meanwhile, a wire harness guide channel is also arranged at the bottom of each detection cabinet, and a movable wire slot is arranged, so that later maintenance and expansion are facilitated. The invention discloses a comprehensive detection vehicle for urban rail transit, which comprises the following components: the system comprises a contact net detection system, a track detection system and a limit detection system, and comprises other detection modules, such as a contact net, a track or track bed inspection system and a contact rail detection system, which are added on the basis; the system can also be independently and combined for a plurality of detection systems, and the analysis results of the detection systems can be independently output and controlled, and meanwhile, the functions of data interaction and comprehensive data analysis among a plurality of systems can be realized. The comprehensive detection vehicle for urban rail transit is characterized in that an unpowered vehicle is connected with a traction rail vehicle through a reconnection air pipeline and a connection control wire harness at the front end of the vehicle, so that remote control of the traction rail vehicle can be realized, and the comprehensive detection vehicle comprises an independent remote control function for an internal combustion or electric rail vehicle and a remote control function integrating the independent remote control function and the remote control function. The traction rail car power system and the brake system 45 can be operated on the comprehensive detection car, the operation arrangement and the operation mode are consistent with those of the traction rail car, and the highest running speed is less than or equal to 120km/h.
Compared with the related art, the comprehensive detection vehicle for urban rail transit has the following advantages: 1) The whole vehicle is simultaneously provided with three sets of detection systems, namely the contact net, the track and the limit, so that the requirement of simultaneous detection of multiple projects of subway lines can be met. 2) The remote control device not only has the remote control capability on the internal combustion railway car, but also has the remote control capability on the electric railway car. 3) The boarding space can be of two different structures for the user to provide the option: one is a comprehensive detection room structure, and the other is an independent combined structure of a net detection room and a rail detection room. 4) The structure is flexible, and other detection modules such as a contact net, a track or a track bed inspection system and a contact rail detection system can be added at the later stage. 5) The detection cabinet is provided with a top fixing structure, the network detection wire harness can be directly led into the cabinet from the roof, and a movable wire slot is arranged in the cabinet, so that later maintenance and expansion are facilitated. 6) The foldable climbing ladder is provided with a climbing skylight and a climbing ladder, the climbing skylight is provided with a lock and is interlocked with a travelling crane, and the foldable climbing ladder is hung below the climbing skylight and can be folded and unfolded in the tool cabinet in the vehicle at ordinary times.
The foregoing is merely exemplary of the invention, and it should be noted that modifications could be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the inventive concept, which would fall within the scope of the invention.
Claims (4)
1. An integrated detection vehicle for urban rail transit, comprising: the vehicle comprises a vehicle body (20), a vehicle frame (8), a coupler and buffer (7), a bogie (10), a pantograph (1), a braking system (45), an air conditioning system (3), a generator set (13), a storage battery pack (16) and an electric and control system (25); wherein: the storage battery pack (16) is matched with the generator set (13); the car body (20) is fixed on the top of the car frame (8), and the car coupler and the buffer (7) are arranged at two ends of the car frame (8); the two sets of the steering frames (10) are respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom of the frame (8); the generator set (13), the storage battery pack (16) and the braking system (45) are arranged at the bottom of the frame (8); the pantograph (1) and the air conditioning system (3) are arranged at the top of the vehicle body (20); the electrical and control system (25) is arranged in the vehicle body (20); the comprehensive detection vehicle for urban rail transit further comprises a contact net detection system (34), a rail detection system (35) and a limit detection system (36); the overhead line system detection system (34) includes: the overhead line system comprises an overhead line system basic detection module (2), an overhead line system inspection module (4) and an overhead line system detection system compensation beam (18) which are responsible for front-end data acquisition, wherein a first data terminal processes an integrated cabinet, a first display and operation equipment for real-time monitoring and analysis of staff; the overhead contact system basic detection module (2) and the overhead contact system inspection module (4) are arranged at the top of the vehicle body (20); the contact net detection system compensation beam (18) is arranged at the bottom of the frame (8); the first display and the operation device are arranged in the vehicle body (20); the track detection system (35) comprises: the system comprises a rail inspection beam (19), a wave mill and full section detection module (12) and an acceleration sensor, wherein the rail inspection beam is responsible for front rail geometric parameter end data acquisition, and a second data terminal processes an integrated cabinet, a second display and operation equipment for real-time monitoring and analysis of staff; the rail detection beam (19) and the wave mill and full section detection module (12) are arranged at the bottom of the frame (8); the second display and the operating device are arranged in the vehicle body (20); the limit detection system (36) includes: the limit detection module (6) and the limit detection compensation beam (9) are responsible for front-end subway line data acquisition, and the third data terminal processes the integrated cabinet, a third display and operation equipment for real-time monitoring and analysis of staff; the limit detection module (6) is arranged at one end part of the vehicle body (20); the limit checking compensating beam (9) is arranged at the bottom of the frame (8); the third display and the operating device are arranged in the vehicle body (20); the internal space of the vehicle body (20) is sequentially divided into a front cab (43), a conference room (42), a detection room (41) and a rear cab (40); the front cab (43) is provided with a cab (22), a driver seat (23), an electric heater (24), a fire extinguisher (26) and an electric and control system (25); the conference room (42) is provided with: an alternating current motor cabinet (27), a movable seat (28), a conference table (29) and a display (30); the detection chamber (41) is provided with: the device comprises a printer (31), a detection table (32), a detection seat, a folding stool, an electric heater, a fire extinguisher, a pedal skylight and a ladder; the rear cab (40) is provided with: the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit (37), the wheel stopper (38), the driver's stand (39), the driver's seat and the fire extinguisher can remotely operate the electric railway car through the driver's stand (39) of the rear cab (40) after being in heavy connection with the electric railway car; the electric and control system (25) is provided with a video host, a shaft temperature host, an electronic antiskid unit host and a radio station host device; the number of the movable seats (28) is more than or equal to 8, and the conference room (42) is provided with a projection, a network and a power socket; the rear cab (40) is separated from the detection room (41) through a detection cabinet or the rear cab (40) is separated from the detection room (41) through a partition wall; the first display and operation device, the second display and operation device and the third display and operation device form a display and operation device (33), and the display and operation device (33) is arranged in the detection chamber (41); the overhead line system detection system (34), the track detection system (35) and the limit detection system (36) share data with each other and establish a local area network, and the display (30) is used for displaying detection parameters or inspection pictures in real time.

The comprehensive detection vehicle for urban rail transit according to claim 1, further comprising a shock absorber (14), wherein the generator set (13) is hoisted at the bottom of the frame (8) through the shock absorber (14), and further comprising a fuel tank (15), wherein the fuel tank (15) is arranged at the bottom of the frame (8).

The comprehensive inspection vehicle for urban rail transit according to claim 1, characterized in that the air conditioning system (3) comprises an overhead thin integrated air conditioner, a wall-mounted air conditioner external unit (17) and a wall-mounted air conditioner internal unit (37); the fire extinguisher (26) is a water-based or dry powder fire extinguisher; the electric and control system (25) of the comprehensive detection vehicle is divided into an alternating current system and a direct current system.

The comprehensive inspection vehicle for urban rail transit according to claim 1, characterized in that the braking system (45) comprises a valve plate group (045), an air pipe (47), a reservoir (46), a JZ-7 type brake (21) and a pipe and unit brake cylinder mounted on the bogie (10); the comprehensive detection vehicle for urban rail transit further comprises a grounding device and a video monitoring system (5).
