Abstract
The invention relates to a bubble packaging bag production line, which comprises a film rolling device, a leveling device, a folding device, a sealing device, a tape sticking device and a cutting device which are connected in sequence, wherein the film rolling device is used for supplying bubble plastic films; the leveling device is provided with a plurality of guide rollers, and the bubble plastic film is folded back up and down and surrounds the plurality of guide rollers; the folding device comprises a material receiving roller, a folding component, a clamping roller and a feeding roller, wherein the folding component is in a tetrahedral cone shape; the flanging device comprises a spreading roller, a flanging rod, a first flanging disc, a second flanging disc and a supporting plate. According to the bubble packaging bag production line, the bottom edge of the bubble packaging bag is folded inwards through the matching of the folding device and the edge folding device, the cross section of the bottom end of the bubble packaging bag is in an inverted M shape, and the side edges of the front side wall and the rear side wall of the bubble packaging bag are firmly bonded through the matching of the pricking device, the exhaust device and the ultrasonic edge pressing device.

Technical Field

Background
The bubble bag uses the film to contain air to form bubbles to prevent product collision, ensures that the product plays a role of protection when being vibrated, has the functions of heat preservation and heat insulation, and is suitable for packaging different products in various industries. The front side wall and the rear side wall of an existing bubble bag are generally bonded together through three-edge hot pressing, an opening is formed in the top end of the bag, the bubble bag is not enough, the bottom edge of the bubble bag is narrow, the bag cannot be placed in a standing mode, the bubble bag can only be placed on a table in a transverse mode, hidden danger that articles in the bag fall out of the bag opening exists, and therefore equipment for producing the bubble bag capable of being placed in the standing mode needs to be designed.

a bubble packaging bag production line comprises a film rolling device, a leveling device, a folding device, a sealing device, a tape sticking device and a cutting device which are connected in sequence, wherein the film rolling device is used for supplying bubble plastic films; the leveling device is provided with a plurality of guide rollers, and the bubble plastic film is folded back up and down and surrounds the plurality of guide rollers; the folding device comprises a material receiving roller, a folding component, clamping rollers and feeding rollers, the material receiving roller corresponds to the flattening device to receive the bubble plastic film, the folding component is in a tetrahedral cone shape, the bubble plastic film is folded into the front side wall and the rear side wall of the packaging bag along the three side walls of the folding component, the rear side wall of the packaging bag is higher than the front side wall, the clamping rollers correspond to the upper part of the folding component, the bubble plastic film is conveyed to the feeding rollers after being clamped by the clamping rollers, and the feeding rollers are used for stretching and flattening the bubble plastic film; the edge folding device comprises an opening roller, an edge folding rod, a first edge folding disc, a second edge folding disc and a supporting plate, wherein the opening roller is used for opening the front side wall and the rear side wall of the packaging bag, the edge folding rod is L-shaped, the arc-shaped part of the edge folding rod props against the bottom edge of the packaging bag to enable the bottom edge to be folded inwards, the edges of the first edge folding disc and the second edge folding disc rotate to prop against the bottom edge of the packaging bag, the supporting plate is inserted between the front side wall and the rear side wall of the packaging bag, the elastic bandage is connected between the supporting plate and the second edge folding disc, and a pressing block is assembled in; the edge sealing device comprises a pricking device, two exhaust devices, three ultrasonic edge pressing devices and an air cylinder device, wherein the bottom end of the pricking device is provided with a plurality of pricking pins for pricking air bubbles of the bubble plastic film, the exhaust devices press the bubble plastic film downwards to drive air in the pricked bubbles to be exhausted, the ultrasonic edge pressing devices are used for bonding the two side edges of the front side wall and the rear side wall of the packaging bag, and the air cylinder device is used for connecting and controlling the pricking device, the exhaust devices and the ultrasonic edge pressing devices to move up and down; the tape sticking device is used for sticking double-sided tapes along the top edge of the rear side wall of the packaging bag, and the cutting device is aligned with the side edge of the packaging bag for cutting.
In a further improvement, the folding device is provided with a connecting block, and the folding rod is rotatably connected with the connecting block through a bolt.
In a further improvement, the diameter of the first folding edge rotary table is 20-40 cm.

Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the bubble packaging bag production line comprises a film rolling device 1, a leveling device 2, a folding device 3, a folding device 4, a sealing device 5, an adhesive tape sticking device 6 and a cutting device 7 which are connected in sequence, wherein the film rolling device 1 is used for supplying bubble plastic films, and the bubble plastic films are large in thickness and convenient for the bags not to bend when the bags stand; the leveling device 2 is provided with a plurality of guide rollers 21, the bubble plastic film is folded back up and down and wound around the plurality of guide rollers 21, and the guide rollers 21 promote the bubble plastic film to be tensioned and laid flat; the folding device 3 comprises a material receiving roller 31, a folding component 32, a clamping roller 33 and a feeding roller 34, the material receiving roller 31 is corresponding to the leveling device 2 to receive the bubble plastic film, the material receiving roller 31 is arranged in a telescopic mode through a traction cylinder 35, and the material receiving roller 31 is arranged in a telescopic mode to facilitate adjustment of the conveying progress of the bubble plastic film. The folding member 32 is in a tetrahedral cone shape, the bubble plastic film is folded along three side walls of the folding member 32 to form a front side wall and a rear side wall of the packaging bag, the bubble plastic film moves upwards along the rear side face a from the bottom edge of the folding member 32, and then along the left side wall b and the right side wall b of the folding member 32, the bubble plastic film forms the front side wall and the rear side wall of the packaging bag after passing through the top edge of the folding member 32. The back side wall of the packaging bag is higher than the front side wall, and the top end of the back side wall can be used for covering the bag opening. The clamping roller 33 corresponds to the upper part of the folding component 32, the bubble plastic film is clamped by the clamping roller 33 and then is conveyed to the feeding roller 34, and the feeding roller 34 is used for stretching and paving the bubble plastic film; the folding device 4 comprises a spreading roller 41, a folding rod 42, a first folding disc 43, a second folding disc 45 and a support plate 44, the spreading roller 41 is used for spreading the front and rear side walls of the packaging bag, the folding rod 42 is L-shaped, the arc-shaped part of the folding rod 42 is propped against the bottom edge of the packaging bag to enable the bottom edge to be folded inwards, the folding device 3 is provided with a connecting block 36, and the folding rod 42 is rotatably connected with the connecting block 36 through a bolt. The edges of the first folding disc 43 and the second folding disc 45 rotate to abut against the bottom edge of the packaging bag, the diameter of the first folding turntable is 20-40 cm, and the diameter of the first folding turntable is preferably 30 cm. The supporting plate 44 is inserted between the front and rear side walls of the packaging bag, an elastic bandage 47 is connected between the supporting plate 44 and the second flanging disc 45, and a pressing block 46 is assembled in the middle of the elastic bandage 47; the pressing block 46 is a wood block, and the bottom side of the pressing block 46 is a cambered surface. The edge sealing device 5 comprises a pricking device 51, two air exhausting devices 52, three ultrasonic edge pressing devices 53 and a cylinder device 54, the intervals among the pricking device 51, the air exhausting devices 52 and the ultrasonic edge pressing devices 53 are the same as the width of the packaging bag, the pricking device 51, the air exhausting devices 52 and the ultrasonic edge pressing devices 53 are synchronously aligned with the side edges of the packaging bag, a plurality of pricking pins (not shown) for pricking air bubbles of the air bubble plastic film are arranged at the bottom end of the pricking device 51, the air exhausting devices 52 downwards press the air bubble plastic film to drive air in the pricked air bubbles to be exhausted, the ultrasonic edge pressing devices 53 are used for bonding the two side edges of the front and rear side walls of the packaging bag, and the cylinder device 54 is used for connecting and controlling the pricking device 51, the air exhausting devices 52 and the ultrasonic edge pressing devices 53 to move up and down; the tape attaching device 6 is used for attaching double-sided tape along the top edge of the rear side wall of the packaging bag, the side edge of the cutting device 7, which is aligned with the packaging bag, is cut, and the cutting device 7 is provided with a cutter.
According to the bubble packaging bag production line, the bottom edge of the bubble packaging bag is inwards folded through the matching of the folding device 3 and the edge folding device 4, the cross section of the bottom end of the bubble packaging bag is inverted M-shaped, the width of the bottom end of the bubble packaging bag can be expanded and increased, and the bubble packaging bag is placed in a standing mode; the cooperation of the pricking device 51, the exhaust device 52 and the ultrasonic edge pressing device 53 ensures that the side edges of the front and rear side walls of the bubble packaging bag are firmly bonded, the whole equipment production line is compact in arrangement, reasonable in structural design and high in production and manufacturing efficiency.
