Description

Visual disinfection cleaning device for oral treatment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a visual disinfection and cleaning device for oral treatment.
Background
Pulpitis is one of the most common oral diseases, and at the onset of pulpitis, peripheral nociceptors and central neurons of the pulp are in a hyperalgesic state. The stimulation threshold of the pain-sensitized peripheral receptors is reduced, the excitability is increased, the central neurons also have changes such as expansion of receptive fields, and the like, and the patients show symptoms of cold and hot stimulation pain, spontaneous pain and diffuse pain.
The most important cause of inflammation of the dental pulp is infection, and when hard tissues of the tooth are damaged due to various reasons, bacteria can invade and infect the dental pulp. Among them, caries is the most common cause of loss of hard tissues of teeth, and other causes include tooth defects caused by abnormal development of teeth, broken dental crowns and exposed dental pulp caused by accidents, and direct damage to dental pulp. Also secondary to pulpitis is periapical disease, an inflammatory disease that occurs in periapical tissues. Bacteria and toxins thereof in dental pulp, pulp necrosis products, etc. act on periapical tissues through apical foramen, resulting in periapical inflammatory lesions. In addition, in severe periodontal disease, the periodontal pocket reaches the apical part, and bacteria can enter the pulp cavity from the apical foramen or some tiny branches of the root to cause pulpal inflammation.
In the prior art, a plurality of medicines for treating pulpitis and periapical disease comprise plaster, powder, lotion and the like, a specific medicine applicator is used for assisting medicine application aiming at plaster and powdered medicines, but before medicine application, proper disinfection and cleaning are still needed to be carried out on diseased teeth, so that the medicines can exert better curative effect, and a conventional syringe is usually adopted for flushing and treating flushing liquid, but the flushing is not thorough enough, and dead corners exist easily. The patent with publication number CN109419560A in the prior art discloses a spray head for a visual tooth flusher and a visual tooth flusher, wherein a water outlet of the spray head is in a visual field of an observation system of an oral cavity observation instrument. The pressure container comprises a pressurizing device, a shell and a fluid containing space. The water pressure in the pressure container can be increased through the pressurizing device, the control switch is turned on, water is sprayed out of the spray head of the spray gun, teeth or oral cavity cleaning can be carried out under direct vision, and photographing and shooting are carried out in the cleaning process in real time. Even with such a visible irrigator, the inside of dental caries pulpitis cannot be deeply sterilized and disinfected, greatly reducing the curative effect of the medicine.

The patient is guided to open the mouth, the upper incisor is bitten into the clamping groove 40 of the upper teeth supporting pad 38, meanwhile, the lower incisor is bitten into the clamping groove 40 of the lower teeth supporting pad 39, a switch for controlling the camera 13 and the illuminating lamp 14 is turned on, the doctor gradually moves the detection end 10 at the bottom of the conical head 1 to the diseased teeth, the teeth condition is detected by an image fed back to the display screen 33 through the camera 13, at the moment, the position of the optical fiber conduit 9 is as shown in figure 2, the optical fiber conduit 9 does not penetrate through the through hole 11, when the doctor pushes the sliding block 53 forwards, the optical fiber conduit 9 is communicated with the medicine feeding pipe 8 wrapped inside and is sent out of the through hole 11 together, the optical fiber conduit 9 extends into the hole of the diseased teeth, the positive pressure pump 30, the negative pressure pump 29 and the ultraviolet light source emitter 28 are controlled, the positive pressure pump 30 pumps the treatment liquid medicine in the medicine storage bottle 31 into the medicine feeding pipe 8, the inside of the diseased teeth is directly and deeply washed, meanwhile, ultraviolet light, the tissue such as the waste liquid and the residue thus washed is sucked into the cavity 15 through the through hole 11 and the suction port 12 by the negative pressure pump 29, and is then introduced into the waste liquid bottle 32 through the suction tube 22. After one tooth cleaning process is completed, the direction of the connecting duct 2 in the mouth supporter 19 is directly rotated to perform the next tooth cleaning and disinfecting process.
Example 2
This embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that: as shown in FIG. 6, the shaft sleeve 41 comprises an outer sleeve 48 and an inner sleeve 49, a retainer ring 50 is arranged at the lower port of the outer sleeve 48, the top of the inner sleeve 49 is connected with the inner top of the outer sleeve 48 through a spring 51, a limiting flange 52 is arranged at the upper end of the top of the inner sleeve 49, and the lower end of the inner sleeve 49 is rotatably sleeved on the end of the first support rod 42 or the second support rod 45. The added spring 51 not only plays a role in fine adjustment of the opening size of the opening supporter 19, but also can increase the range of up-and-down movement of the connecting conduit 2, so that the operation is more flexible.
Test examples
1. Case selection:
the same traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating pulpitis and 600 patients with pulpitis are selected, the patients are randomly divided into 3 groups, one experimental group is 200 cases, one control group is 200 cases, and two control groups are 200 cases, the seniors of the two groups are basically consistent, have no obvious difference and are comparable, and the diets of the two groups are controlled according to requirements.
2. The first experimental group adopts the device of the invention for drug washing and ultraviolet sterilization treatment, the second control group adopts the conventional injection device for washing the sick teeth 2 times a day, each time lasts for 5-10min, one treatment course is 7 days, and the sick teeth are continuously used for 3 months.
3. And (3) judging the curative effect:
(1) and (3) curing: the toothache feeling completely disappears;
(2) the effect is shown: the toothache is obviously relieved;
(3) and (4) invalidation: the symptoms are unchanged.
4. Specific detection results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 test results after 3 months for the experimental group and the control group
Group of Experimental group (200 cases) Comparison group one (200 cases) Control group two (200 cases)
Cure of disease 168 162 90
Show effect 30 26 52
Invalidation 2 12 58
Cure rate 84% 81% 45%
Total effective rate 99% 94% 71%
As can be seen from Table 1, the treatment mode of combining drug washing and ultraviolet sterilization by adopting the device of the invention achieves the effect that the cure rate is as high as 84 percent and the total effective rate is as high as 99 percent, which is higher than that of a control group which adopts the device of the invention to carry out drug washing treatment only, and the effect of the device of the invention adopting the combination of drug washing and ultraviolet sterilization is better and far better than that of the conventional device.
