本发明公开了一种高效LED节能灯,包括灯头、恒流驱动器、导热块和负离子发生器,所述灯头的底部设置有灯座,所述恒流驱动器设置在灯体的内部,所述凹槽的内部安装有芯片板,且芯片板的一侧设置有灯泡,并且灯泡的外部安装有反射罩,所述导热块设置在芯片板的另一侧,所述导热块的侧面安装有半导体发电片,所述负离子发生器的侧面通过固定块与灯体的内壁相互连接。该高效LED节能灯,提高了灯泡的照明效率,提高传热效果,对芯片板和灯泡进行散热,提高使用寿命,半导体发电片可以将导热块的热量转化为电能储存在储能蓄电池中供负离子发生器使用,可以净化空气,半导体发电片将热能转化为了电能,实现了能源再循环利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯技术领域,具体为一种高效LED节能灯。
背景技术
LED灯是一块电致发光的半导体材料芯片,用银胶或白胶固化到支架上,然后用银线或金线连接芯片和电路板,四周用环氧树脂密封,起到保护内部芯线的作用,最后安装外壳。
然而现有的LED灯在发光的过程中,芯片内的光能量并不能完全传至外界,在芯片内部及封装体内便会被吸收形成热,若不散热,这些热量累积会对芯片效率及寿命造成损伤,LED灯一般光的转换效率很低,其它能量都以热能的形式流失。针对上述问题,急需在原有LED节能灯的基础上进行创新设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效LED节能灯,以解决上述背景技术提出现有的LED灯在发光的过程中,芯片内的光能量并不能完全传至外界,LED一般光的转换效率很低,其它都以热能的形式流失的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高效LED节能灯,包括灯头、恒流驱动器、导热块和负离子发生器,所述灯头的底部设置有灯座,且灯座的底部安装有灯体,所述恒流驱动器设置在灯体的内部,且灯体的外侧安装有灯罩,并且灯体的内侧预留有凹槽,所述凹槽的内部安装有芯片板,且芯片板的一侧设置有灯泡,并且灯泡的外部安装有反射罩,所述导热块设置在芯片板的另一侧,所述导热块的侧面安装有半导体发电片,且半导体发电片的底部与储能蓄电池相互连接,所述负离子发生器的侧面通过固定块与灯体的内壁相互连接。
优选的,所述灯体和芯片板为卡合连接,且芯片板在灯体外侧环形分布。
优选的,所述灯泡在芯片板的一侧等间距分布。
优选的,所述反射罩为空心半球状结构,且等间距分布在芯片板上。
优选的,所述导热块为扇形结构,且导热块在灯体的内侧等间距环形分布有6个。
优选的,所述导热块为石墨材质,且每个导热块上均设置有1个半导体发电片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该高效LED节能灯,芯片板通过凹槽和灯体为卡合连接,有单个灯泡坏掉时不需要更换整个灯,只需将损坏的灯泡所在芯片板拆下进行更换,节约资源,灯泡的外部设置有反射罩,且反射罩为空心半球状结构,提高了灯泡的照明效率,导热块为石墨材质,可以提高传热效果,对芯片板和灯泡进行散热,提高使用寿命,半导体发电片可以将导热块的热量转化为电能储存在储能蓄电池中供负离子发生器使用,可以净化空气,半导体发电片将热能转化为了电能,实现了能源再循环利用。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高效LED节能灯,包括灯头1、灯座2、灯体3、恒流驱动器4、灯罩5、凹槽6、芯片板7、灯泡8、反射罩9、导热块10、半导体发电片11、储能蓄电池12、负离子发生器13和固定块14,灯头1的底部设置有灯座2,且灯座2的底部安装有灯体3,恒流驱动器4设置在灯体3的内部,且灯体3的外侧安装有灯罩5,并且灯体3的内侧预留有凹槽6,芯片板7和灯体3为卡合连接,且芯片板7在灯体3外侧环形分布,方便更换芯片板7,凹槽6的内部安装有芯片板7,且芯片板7的一侧设置有灯泡8,并且灯泡8的外部安装有反射罩9,灯泡8在芯片板7的一侧等间距分布,提高了灯泡8的照明效果,反射罩9为空心半球状结构,且等间距分布在芯片板7上,提高光的强度,导热块10设置在芯片板7的另一侧,导热块10为扇形结构,且导热块10在灯体3的内侧等间距环形分布有6个,增加了导热效果,导热块10的侧面安装有半导体发电片11,且半导体发电片11的底部与储能蓄电池12相互连接,导热块10为石墨材质,且每个导热块10上均设置有1个半导体发电片11,提高热能利用率,负离子发生器13的侧面通过固定块14与灯体3的内壁相互连接。
工作原理:在使用该高效LED节能灯时,首先灯座2内设置有恒流驱动器4,可以对灯泡8工作时进行恒流驱动,进行过流、过压保护,延长灯泡8的寿命,灯体3和芯片板7为卡合连接,芯片板7可单个拆卸,当有灯泡8坏掉时,只需更换坏掉的灯泡8所属芯片板7即可,灯泡8的外部设置有反射罩9,提高灯泡8的照明效果,灯体3的内侧设置有导热块10,导热块10可以将芯片板7和灯泡8产生的热量传递给半导体发电片11的热端,而半导体发电片11另一面温度低,形成冷端,半导体发电片11冷热端形成较大温差,生成电流,将电流储存在储能蓄电池12内,可以给负离子发生器13供电,将芯片板7和灯泡8产生多余的热能转化为电能,实现了能源的再循环利用,负离子发生器13通过固定块14与灯体3相互连接,使负离子发生器13不与灯体3直接接触,减少导热块10上的热能流失。

1.一种高效LED节能灯,包括灯头(1)、恒流驱动器(4)、导热块(10)和负离子发生器(13),其特征在于:所述灯头(1)的底部设置有灯座(2),且灯座(2)的底部安装有灯体(3),所述恒流驱动器(4)设置在灯体(3)的内部,且灯体(3)的外侧安装有灯罩(5),并且灯体(3)的内侧预留有凹槽(6),所述凹槽(6)的内部安装有芯片板(7),且芯片板(7)的一侧设置有灯泡(8),并且灯泡(8)的外部安装有反射罩(9),所述导热块(10)设置在芯片板(7)的另一侧,所述导热块(10)的侧面安装有半导体发电片(11),且半导体发电片(11)的底部与储能蓄电池(12)相互连接,所述负离子发生器(13)的侧面通过固定块(14)与灯体(3)的内壁相互连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述灯体(3)和芯片板(7)为卡合连接,且芯片板(7)在灯体(3)外侧环形分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述灯泡(8)在芯片板(7)的一侧等间距分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述反射罩(9)为空心半球状结构,且等间距设置在芯片板(7)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述导热块(10)为扇形结构,且导热块(10)在灯体(3)的内侧等间距环形分布有6个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效LED节能灯,其特征在于:所述导热块(10)为石墨材质,且每个导热块(10)上均设置有1个半导体发电片(11)。
