Description

Preparation process of cellulose pulp porridge
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation process of cellulose pulp porridge, belonging to the technical field of cellulose fiber production.
Background
The solvent method cellulose fiber-Lyocell fiber is a regenerated cellulose fiber prepared by directly dissolving cellulose in an NMMO/water system to form a cellulose solution and spinning by a dry-jet wet method. The NMMO solvent adopted by the production of the Lyocell fibers is non-toxic and can be recycled, the whole production system forms a closed-loop recycling system, no waste is discharged, and the clean production of the regenerated cellulose fibers is realized.
The production process of the cellulose fiber by the solvent method comprises the steps of pulp → slurry preparation → mixed slurry preparation (cellulose suspension) → cellulose dissolution → cellulose/NMMO glue solution → filtration, defoaming → spinning → tow → water washing → cutting → refining → drying → Lyocell fiber.
The original preparation of cellulose pulp porridge is to mix and stir pulp and extrusion water, and add cellulose, acid, alkali and other auxiliaries, the preparation process is complex, more additives are added, the energy consumption is high, the burden of anion and cation exchange resin is increased during the solvent recovery treatment, and the service life of the exchange resin is shortened.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the original preparation of the cellulose pulp porridge, the invention provides a preparation process of the cellulose pulp porridge, which aims to realize the following purposes: the pulp extrusion water is recycled and is completely used for dissolving cellulose pulp, no additive is used, the preparation process of the pulp is simple and easy to operate, the process is stable, and the difference among batches is small; can meet the process requirements of subsequent extrusion of the paste and preparation of mixed paste; the production cost is obviously reduced.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a process for preparing cellulose pulp gruel includes such steps as mixing dissolving water, adding dissolving water to dissolving tank of pulp, adding pulp, stirring in dissolving tank of pulp, and stirring in gruel storage tank.
The following is a specific technical scheme:
the dissolving water in the dissolving tank is recovered water obtained by extruding the slurry porridge and a small amount of deionized water, and the water temperature is 50-60 ℃.
The pulp porridge extrusion water has filterable particle content of 0.2-0.55g/L, pH of 5.5-7.0 and hemicellulose content of 0.01-0.75 g/L.
The pulp is added in an amount of 3-10%, preferably 4-6%, of the pulp concentration.
The pulp dissolving tank is stirred, dissolving water and a certain amount of pulp are put into the pulp dissolving tank in batches, no auxiliary agent is added, and stirring is carried out for 40-60min, so that cellulose is fully swelled, and uniformly dispersed cellulose pulp porridge with a certain concentration is formed.
The pulp porridge in the dissolving tank is sent into the pulp porridge storage tank for stirring for 20-40min, and the cellulose pulp porridge required by the process is prepared.
The cellulose pulp porridge has pH of 6.5-8.0 and DP of 400-800.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention achieves the technical effects that:
(1) the preparation process of the cellulose pulp porridge is simple and easy to operate, the prepared cellulose pulp porridge is stable, and the difference between batches is small.
(2) Can meet the process requirements of subsequent extrusion and preparation of premixed slurry congee.
(3) No addition of any auxiliary agent is needed, raw materials and energy consumption are saved, and production cost is reduced.
(4) The porridge prepared by the invention has DP of 400-800, pH of 6.5-8.0 and concentration of 3-10%.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that several modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the inventive concept. All falling within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1A cellulose pulp porridge preparation Process
The method comprises the following steps:
(1) blending with dissolved water
After extruding the slurry congee, completely recycling extrusion water into a liquid pressing tank, pumping the extrusion water into a dissolving water tank through a pump, and controlling the water temperature of the dissolving water to be 55 ℃ through a temperature regulating control system;
the content of filterable particles in the extrusion water is 0.35g/L, the pH value is 7.0, and the content of hemicellulose is 0.06 g/L.
(2) Dissolving water is pumped into a dissolving tank for dissolving pulp
The prepared dissolving water is quantitatively sent to a pulp dissolving tank by a pump.
(3) Addition of pulp
The amount of pulp added was calculated as to prepare 4.5% pulp congee, and a fixed amount of pulp was put into a pulp dissolving tank. The pulp has a degree of polymerization of 400-1000.
(4) Preparation of slurry porridge
Stirring the pulp in the pulp dissolving tank and the dissolving water for 40min to fully swell the cellulose to form the uniformly dispersed cellulose pulp porridge with a certain concentration. Feeding the cellulose pulp into a pulp storage tank, and continuously stirring the cellulose pulp for 30min to finish the preparation of the pulp.
The cellulose pulp porridge was prepared at a concentration of 4.5%, DP of 570, and pH 7.1.
Unless otherwise stated, the percentages used in the present invention are percentages by weight, and the proportions described in the present invention are proportions by mass.
