as shown in fig. 6, the dust removing mechanism includes a dust removing roller 17, a mounting frame 18 and a telescopic motor 19; the two telescopic motors 19 are arranged on two sides of the water collecting box 14 through the mounting frame 18 respectively, two ends of the dust removing roller 17 are rotatably connected with telescopic shafts of the two telescopic motors 19 respectively, and the dust removing roller 17 is in contact with the roller shutter 8 through extension of the telescopic shafts. The spraying mechanism comprises a spraying pipe 22, a water storage tank and a water pump; the two spraying pipes 22 are arranged and fixed above the two strip-shaped through holes 13 respectively, and the two spraying pipes 22 are communicated with the water storage tank through a water pump; the shower pipe 22 located on the front side wall 12 is provided with a plurality of nozzles 20 facing the exhaust holes, and the shower pipe 22 located on the rear side wall 11 is provided with a plurality of nozzles 20 facing the intake holes 3. When dust accumulates on the outer surface of the roller shutters 8, the water pump pumps water in the water storage tank into the spray pipe 22, the front row and the rear row of nozzles 20 respectively wash the two roller shutters 8, the washed water flows into the water collecting box 14 along the roller shutters 8, the bottom of the water collecting box 14 is provided with a water discharging nozzle 23, and the water discharging nozzle 23 is communicated to a special water discharging pipe. On one hand, the cleanness of the outer surface of the roller shutter 8 can be kept, and on the other hand, the cleaned sewage cannot directly drip, so that the influence of the sewage on household households or lower spaces is avoided. Wherein the water in the water storage tank can be additionally provided with an automatic water replenishing mechanism communicated with a tap water pipe so as to ensure that the water level in the water storage tank is unchanged. The automatic water replenishing mechanism comprises a float switch and an electromagnetic valve, and when the float switch detects that the water level is reduced, the electromagnetic valve is opened to enable water in the tap water pipe to flow into the water storage tank. When the float switch detects that the water level rises to the set water level, the electromagnetic valve is closed to block the tap water pipe.
One of the dust removing mechanisms, the mounting frame 18 is provided with a second motor 21, and the second motor 21 is in transmission connection with the dust removing roller 17 through a synchronous belt 6 and a synchronous wheel 7. Because the dust removal roller 17 and the roller shutter 8 are in sliding friction dust removal, only one part of the dust removal roller 17 is in contact with the roller shutter 8, and after the current contact part is wiped, the dust removal roller 17 is driven by the second motor 21 to rotate for a certain angle, so that the other part of the dust removal roller 17 is continuously wiped on the roller shutter 8. The process is circulated, so that the whole dust removing roller 17 is fully utilized, and the dust removing effect of the roller shutter 8 is improved.
The second motor 21, the water pump and the telescopic motor 19 are respectively electrically connected with the controller, the controller controls the work of the controller, and the working time of the dust removing mechanism and the spraying mechanism is set through a remote controller of the air conditioner. For example, once every 15 days, once every 30 days, or once every 40 days, and the user is set according to the current environment.

1. A dustproof air conditioner outdoor unit comprises a case, a fan and a heat exchanger; the fan and the heat exchanger are arranged in the case, and the fan is opposite to the air exhaust hole of the case;
the method is characterized in that: the automatic dust-proof mechanism is also included; the automatic dustproof mechanism comprises a roller shutter and a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism comprises a driving roller and a first motor; the upper part and the lower part of an air inlet hole and the upper part and the lower part of an air outlet of the case are respectively provided with a group of driving mechanisms, and driving rollers of each group of driving mechanisms are distributed along the long edge direction of the case;
the driving rollers at the upper part of the air inlet hole and the driving rollers at the lower part of the air inlet hole and the driving rollers at the upper part of the air outlet hole and the driving rollers at the lower part of the air outlet hole are in transmission connection through traction rope sets, each traction rope set is provided with the roller shutter, and the corresponding driving roller is driven to rotate through a first motor, so that the corresponding roller shutter is unfolded to shield the air inlet and the air outlet or wound on the driving roller to open the air inlet and the air outlet;
the water collecting box is fixedly connected to the outer side surface of the bottom wall of the case;
the driving mechanism at the lower part of the air inlet and the driving mechanism at the lower part of the air outlet are both arranged on the bottom wall of the case and are positioned in the water collecting box, and the side wall of the water collecting box is provided with a long-strip-shaped opening for the traction rope and the roller shutter to pass through;
the dust collection box is characterized by further comprising a dust collection mechanism arranged inside the water collection box, wherein the dust collection mechanism comprises a dust collection roller, an installation frame and a telescopic motor; the two telescopic motors are arranged on two sides of the water collecting box respectively through the mounting frame, two ends of the dust removing roller are respectively in rotary connection with telescopic shafts of the two telescopic motors, and the dust removing roller is in contact with the roller shutter through extension of the telescopic shafts;
the spraying mechanism comprises a spraying pipe, a water storage tank and a water pump; the two spraying pipes are respectively fixed above the two strip-shaped through holes and are communicated with the water storage tank through a water pump; the spray pipe positioned on the front side wall is provided with a plurality of nozzles facing the air exhaust holes, and the spray pipe positioned on the rear side wall is provided with a plurality of nozzles facing the air inlet holes;
the driving mechanism at the upper part of the air inlet is arranged on the inner side surface of the rear side wall of the case, the driving mechanism at the upper part of the air outlet is arranged on the inner side surface of the front side wall of the case, and the rear side wall and the front side wall are both provided with strip-shaped through holes for the roller shutters to pass through;
each group of traction rope groups comprises two traction ropes, the two traction ropes are respectively wound on two sides of the corresponding driving roller, and wire grooves for winding the traction ropes are formed in two sides of each driving roller; the roller shutter of each group of the traction rope group is fixedly connected between the two traction ropes of the group of the traction rope group, and the length of each traction rope is greater than that of the roller shutter.

The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein: every group actuating mechanism's first motor all is equipped with two, and two first motors are located the both ends of this group actuating mechanism's drive roll respectively and every first motor all is connected with the drive roll transmission through hold-in range and synchronizing wheel.

The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein: the inner side surface of the front side wall is provided with two guide wheels for guiding the traction rope, and the wheel surfaces of the two guide wheels extend out of the strip-shaped through hole of the front side wall and exceed the outer surface of the front side wall; the inner side surface of the rear side wall is provided with two guide wheels for guiding the traction rope, and the wheel surfaces of the two guide wheels extend out of the strip-shaped through hole of the rear side wall and exceed the outer surface of the rear side wall.

The outdoor unit of claim 3, wherein: the bottom wall of the case is provided with two guide wheels which are in one-to-one correspondence with the two guide wheels on the front side wall, and the wheel surfaces of the two guide wheels on the bottom wall exceed the outer surface of the front side wall; the bottom wall of the case is also provided with two guide wheels which are in one-to-one correspondence with the two guide wheels on the rear side wall, and the wheel surfaces of the two guide wheels on the bottom wall exceed the outer surface of the rear side wall.
