Referring to fig. 1, an orthodontic speculum 10 according to an embodiment is used to open the mouth of a patient after a jaw surgery. Specifically, the orthodontic mouthpart 10 comprises an occlusion sleeve 100 and a limiting mechanism 200, wherein the limiting mechanism 200 is arranged in the occlusion sleeve 100, and the limiting mechanism 200 is used for fixing or separating two adjacent occlusion sleeves 100.
The number of the engaging sleeves 100 is multiple, and the specifications of the multiple engaging sleeves 100 are sequentially increased, so that the multiple engaging sleeves 100 can be sleeved together. Specifically, the inner diameter of the outer occlusion sleeve 100 is equal to the outer diameter of the inner occlusion sleeve 100 adjacent to the outer diameter, and after the plurality of occlusion sleeves 100 are sleeved together, there is no gap between two adjacent occlusion sleeves 100, so that the entire orthodontic mouth gag 10 has a compact structure. In this embodiment, the bite cover 100 is elliptical to conform to the shape of the human mouth. The size of the occlusion sleeve 100 is increased in turn, that is, the major axis and the minor axis of the outer diameter of the occlusion sleeve 100 are gradually increased, and the major axis and the minor axis of the inner diameter of the occlusion sleeve 100 are also gradually increased.
Further, in the process that the specification of the bite sleeve 100 is gradually increased, the increasing trend of the long axis of the bite sleeve 100 is smaller than the increasing trend of the short axis of the bite sleeve 100, that is, the bite sleeve 100 is gradually changed towards a circle, so that the height of the bite sleeve 100 is gradually increased, and the width change is less, so that the bite sleeve 100 can be inserted into the oral cavity, and the oral cavity can be expanded to different degrees. Meanwhile, the two sides of the bite cover 100 are thin, and the top and bottom of the bite cover 100 are thick, so that the bite cover 100 can be prevented from being bitten by teeth.

The bottom of the inner cavity of the engaging sleeve 100 is provided with a water receiving inclined plane 130 corresponding to the water outlet 120, and the water receiving inclined plane 130 inclines towards the oral cavity. When the patient uses the occlusion sleeve 100, saliva of the upper jaw of the patient can flow into the inner cavity of the occlusion sleeve 100 through the water flowing hole 120 and is received by the water receiving inclined plane 130, and the water receiving inclined plane 130 inclines towards the oral cavity, so that the saliva can flow back to the oral cavity, and the saliva is prevented from flowing out at any time. When excessive saliva accumulates in the mouth of the patient, the saliva can be spitted into the trash can through the inner cavity of the snap sleeve 100.
In this embodiment, the end of the sleeve 100 away from the mouth is provided with a retaining ring 140. When the patient bites on the occlusion sleeve 100, the positioning ring 140 is positioned outside the oral cavity, and the positioning ring 140 can prevent the occlusion sleeve 100 from completely entering the oral cavity of the patient and blocking the patient. Furthermore, in two adjacent occlusion sleeves 100, the positioning ring 140 located at the outer side is provided with a receiving hole 142, the receiving hole 142 is used for receiving the positioning ring 140 located at the inner side adjacent to the positioning ring 142, and the thickness of the positioning ring 140 decreases gradually from the outside to the inside, so that the other occlusion sleeves 100 can be completely received in the outermost occlusion sleeve 100, and the whole straightening mouth gag 10 has a compact structure.

The movement of the driving rod 260 can drive the tooth post 250 to move, and the movement of the tooth post 250 can push the connecting rod 220 to move inwards. The movement of the link 220 can compress the elastic member 230, and at the same time, the link 220 drives the latch 210 to rotate, and the latch 210 gradually extends out of the connection hole 160.
When the driving rod 260 is fully retracted into the mounting hole 150, the tooth post 250 slides out of the sleeve 240, the tooth post 250 deflects by a small angle, the connecting rod 220 slides to the innermost position, and the clamping post 210 is inserted into the insertion hole. When the driving rod 260 is loosened, the tooth post 250 can be retracted under the action of the elastic member 230, the second latch 254 on the tooth post 250 slides along the inclined surface of the first latch 244, so that under the action of the inclined surface, the tooth post 250 can rotate by a certain angle, and after the second latch 254 is meshed with the first latch 244, the position of the tooth post 250 is fixed, so that the position of the connecting rod 220 can be maintained, the state that the latch 210 is inserted into the jack is maintained, and at this time, the limiting mechanism 200 is in the first state, so that two adjacent engaging sleeves 100 can be fixed together.
When it is necessary to separate two adjacent engaging sleeves 100, the driving rod 260 is pressed again, the driving rod 260 drives the tooth post 250 to move, when the driving rod 260 is fully retracted into the mounting hole 150, the second latch 254 is separated from the first latch 244, the tooth post 250 is deflected by a small angle, and the link 220 slides to the innermost position. When the driving rod 260 is released, the tooth post 250 can be retracted by the elastic member 230, and the second latch 254 on the tooth post 250 slides along the other inclined surface of the first latch 244, so that the tooth post 250 rotates a certain angle under the action of the inclined surface to a position where the protruding strip 252 on the tooth post 250 is opposite to the sliding groove 242. The protruding strip 252 is inserted into the sliding slot 242, the tooth post 250 returns to the sleeve 240, the connecting rod 220 retracts under the action of the elastic member 230, the clamping post 210 is driven to retract from the insertion hole and is received in the connecting hole 160, the limiting mechanism 200 is in the second state, and at this time, two adjacent engaging sleeves 100 can be separated.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the driving rod 260 from being released from the mounting hole 150, a protrusion 262 is disposed at an end of the driving rod 260 extending into the mounting hole 150, a protruding ring 154 matched with the protrusion 262 is disposed on a side wall of the mounting hole 150, and the protrusion 262 can abut against the protruding ring 154.
