Fig. 5 shows a flow chart of a relationship precipitation method based on instant messaging applied to a client, referring to fig. 5, the method includes:

In one embodiment of the present application, the display information of the customer service in the list includes store information corresponding to the merchant and work information of the customer service. The business information of the customer service at the merchant is used to display the type of business of the customer service, such as pre-sale, after-sale, etc. In the embodiment shown in fig. 9, the display information of the customer service in the list in the page diagram of the instant messaging client includes store information and work information.
In one embodiment of the present application, the display information of the customer service in the list includes store information corresponding to the merchant and personal information of the customer service. Personal information of the customer service includes a nickname of the customer service, etc. In the specific embodiment shown in fig. 10, the display information of the customer service in the list in the page schematic of the instant messaging client includes store information and personal information.
In one embodiment of the present application, the display information of the customer service in the list includes store information corresponding to the merchant, personal information of the customer service, and work information.
In one embodiment of the present application, the customer service list may be located on the left side of the instant messaging client, but may also be located elsewhere. In the embodiment shown in fig. 10, the customer service list is located on the left side of the instant messaging client in the page diagram of the instant messaging client.
In one embodiment of the present application, displaying the customer service in the list of the instant messaging clients includes adding a customer service list to the list of the instant messaging clients, adding a store list to the customer service list, and displaying the at least one customer service in the store list. The customer service list may be located on the left side of the instant messaging client, although it may be located elsewhere. In the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the customer list and the store list are located on the left list of the instant messaging client in the page diagram of the instant messaging client. The consumption information includes one or a combination of the following information: consultation class, consumption class, return class. The consultation class indicates that the customer only consulted with the merchant and did not generate any shopping behavior. The consumption level indicates a level corresponding to a consumption line of a customer that generates shopping behavior at the merchant, such as in a specific embodiment, a predetermined consumption level of a customer whose consumption amount reaches a first threshold is a copper card customer, a consumption level of a customer whose consumption amount reaches a second threshold is a silver card customer, and a consumption level of a customer whose consumption amount reaches a third threshold is a gold card customer. The return category indicates that the customer has a return activity after the merchant purchases. In the embodiment shown in fig. 13, the display information of the client in the list in the page schematic of the instant messaging client includes consumption information.
In one embodiment of the present application, the display information of the client in the list includes consumption information corresponding to the client and personal information of the client. The personal information of the customer includes the customer's nickname, etc. In the embodiment shown in fig. 12, the display information of the client in the list in the page schematic of the instant messaging client includes consumption information and personal information.
In one embodiment of the present application, the client list may be located on the left side of the instant messaging client, but may also be located elsewhere.
Thus, after the customer service opens the instant messaging customer service end later, the my customer list is inserted into the left list to operate and manage the customers, such as periodically sending information of activities, holiday, and sex, etc., as shown in fig. 12 and 13.
In one embodiment of the application, displaying the client in the list of the instant messaging client comprises adding a client list in the list of the instant messaging client, adding a consumption information list in the client list, and displaying the client in the consumption information list according to the consumption information of the client. The client list may be located on the left side of the instant messaging client, although it may be located elsewhere. In the embodiment shown in fig. 14, the client list and the consumption information list in the page diagram of the instant messaging client are located in the left list of the instant messaging client.
In other embodiments of the present application, when the customer service establishing the corresponding relationship with the customer leaves, all the customers of the customer list can be transferred to other customer services of the modified merchant, thereby facilitating the management of the merchant.
The application provides a method for settling a relationship based on instant messaging, which is characterized in that an instant messaging customer service end sends personal information to a customer, the instant messaging customer end establishes a corresponding relationship with the customer service according to the personal information, then the customer service is displayed in a list of the instant messaging customer end, display information of the customer service in the list comprises store information corresponding to a merchant, the customer is displayed in the list of the instant messaging customer service end, and display information of the customer in the list comprises consumption information corresponding to the customer, so that the relationship settlement of at least one customer service of the customer and the merchant is realized, the instant messaging between subsequent customers and the customer service is greatly facilitated, and the use experience of the customer and the customer service is improved.
It should be noted that although the operations of the method of the present invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in that particular order or that all of the illustrated operations be performed in order to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step to perform, and/or one step decomposed into multiple steps to perform.
Although the application provides method operational steps as described in the examples or flowcharts, more or fewer operational steps may be included based on conventional or non-inventive means. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one way of performing the order of steps and does not represent a unique order of execution. When implemented by an apparatus or client product in practice, the methods illustrated in the embodiments or figures may be performed sequentially or in parallel (e.g., in a parallel processor or multi-threaded processing environment, or even in a distributed data processing environment). The terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. The units, devices or modules etc. set forth in the above embodiments may be implemented in particular by a computer chip or entity or by a product having a certain function. For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being functionally divided into various modules, respectively. Of course, when implementing the present application, the functions of each module may be implemented in the same or multiple pieces of software and/or hardware, or a module implementing the same function may be implemented by multiple sub-modules or a combination of sub-units. The above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the units is merely a logical function division, and there may be additional divisions when actually implemented, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices or units, which may be in electrical, mechanical or other form.
Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller in a pure computer readable program code, it is well possible to implement the same functionality by logically programming the method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers, etc. Such a controller can be regarded as a hardware component, and means for implementing various functions included therein can also be regarded as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for achieving the various functions may be regarded as either software modules implementing the methods or structures within hardware components.
The application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, classes, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The application may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.

Although the present application has been described by way of examples, one of ordinary skill in the art appreciates that there are many variations and modifications that do not depart from the spirit of the application, and it is intended that the appended claims encompass such variations and modifications as fall within the spirit of the application.

Claims (9)

1. The relation precipitation method based on instant messaging is characterized by being applied to an instant messaging client and comprising the following steps of:
receiving personal information sent by customer service, wherein the customer service is at least one customer service of a merchant;
Establishing a corresponding relation with the customer service according to the personal information;
Displaying the customer service in a list of the instant messaging client, wherein display information of the customer service in the list comprises store information corresponding to the merchant, and the store information comprises a store name;
The display information of the customer service in the list also comprises working information and/or personal information of the customer service;
Displaying the customer service in the list of the instant messaging client comprises adding a customer service list in the list of the instant messaging client, and displaying the at least one customer service in the customer service list;
Displaying the customer service in the list of the instant messaging client side further comprises adding a shop list in the customer service list, and displaying the at least one customer service in the shop list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the personal information is a business card link.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein establishing a correspondence with the customer service based on the personal information includes clicking on the business card link to establish a correspondence with the customer service.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the personal information is a business card two-dimensional code.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein establishing a correspondence with the customer service based on the personal information comprises scanning the business card two-dimensional code to establish a correspondence with the customer service.
6. An instant messaging client, the instant messaging client comprising:
The personal information receiving module is used for receiving personal information sent by a customer service, wherein the customer service is at least one customer service of a merchant;
the corresponding relation establishing module is used for establishing a corresponding relation with the customer service according to the personal information;
The customer service list display module is used for displaying the customer service in a list of the instant messaging client, wherein display information of the customer service in the list comprises store information corresponding to the merchant, and the store information comprises a store name;
The display information of the customer service in the list also comprises working information and/or personal information of the customer service;
the customer service list display module is specifically configured to: adding a customer service list in the list of the instant messaging client, and displaying the at least one customer service in the customer service list;
The customer service list display module is specifically configured to: adding a shop list in the customer service list, and displaying the at least one customer service in the shop list.
7. An instant messaging system is characterized by comprising an instant messaging client and an instant messaging client;
the instant messaging client comprises: the personal information receiving module is used for receiving personal information sent by a customer service, wherein the customer service is at least one customer service of a merchant; the corresponding relation establishing module is used for establishing a corresponding relation with the customer service according to the personal information; the customer service list display module is used for displaying the customer service in a list of the instant messaging client, wherein display information of the customer service in the list comprises store information corresponding to the merchant, and the store information comprises a store name; the display information of the customer service in the list also comprises working information and/or personal information of the customer service; displaying the customer service in the list of the instant messaging client comprises adding a customer service list in the list of the instant messaging client, and displaying the at least one customer service in the customer service list; displaying the customer service in the list of the instant messaging client side further comprises adding a shop list in the customer service list, and displaying the at least one customer service in the shop list;
The instant messaging customer service end comprises: the personal information sending module is used for sending personal information to a client; the corresponding relation receiving module is used for receiving the corresponding relation established by the client, and the corresponding relation is established according to the personal information; the client list display module is used for displaying the client in a list of the instant messaging client, the display information of the client in the list comprises consumption information corresponding to the client, and the consumption information comprises one or a combination of the following information: consultation class, consumption class, and return class; the display information of the client in the list also comprises personal information of the client; displaying the client in the list of the instant messaging client comprises adding a client list in the list of the instant messaging client, and displaying the client in the client list; displaying the client in the list of the instant messaging client comprises adding a consumption information list in the client list, and displaying the client in the consumption information list according to the consumption information of the client.
8. A computing device, the computing device comprising: a processor adapted to implement instructions and a storage device storing instructions adapted to be loaded and executed by the processor:
Receiving personal information sent by a customer service, wherein the customer service is at least one customer service of a merchant; establishing a corresponding relation with the customer service according to the personal information; displaying the customer service in a list of an instant communication client, wherein display information of the customer service in the list comprises store information corresponding to the merchant, and the store information comprises a store name; the display information of the customer service in the list also comprises working information and/or personal information of the customer service; displaying the customer service in the list of the instant messaging client comprises adding a customer service list in the list of the instant messaging client, and displaying the at least one customer service in the customer service list; displaying the customer service in the list of the instant messaging client side further comprises adding a shop list in the customer service list, and displaying the at least one customer service in the shop list.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing:
Receiving personal information sent by a customer service, wherein the customer service is at least one customer service of a merchant; establishing a corresponding relation with the customer service according to the personal information; displaying the customer service in a list of an instant communication client, wherein display information of the customer service in the list comprises store information corresponding to the merchant, and the store information comprises a store name; the display information of the customer service in the list also comprises working information and/or personal information of the customer service; displaying the customer service in the list of the instant messaging client comprises adding a customer service list in the list of the instant messaging client, and displaying the at least one customer service in the customer service list; displaying the customer service in the list of the instant messaging client side further comprises adding a shop list in the customer service list, and displaying the at least one customer service in the shop list.
