本发明涉及空气净化器技术领域,尤其涉及一种节能型卧室空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用 、商用、工业、楼宇。空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等。现有的空气净化器多采用复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。传统的空气净化器不够节能,出风口容易进灰,不能很好的适合用于卧室使用,所以现提出一种节能型卧室空气净化器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种节能型卧室空气净化器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

工作原理:使用时,通过向上拉动盖板6调节金属罩5的伸出长度,从而调节出风量,通过控制风扇20工作,将空气从进风罩3吸入,进风罩3中的空气质量传感器检测空气质量,若空气质量不达标则继续工作,若空气质量达标就控制风扇20停止工作,然后经过静电除尘板14除尘,穿过吸风斗13进入到净化筒11中,然后经过扇形活性炭吸风板22吸附过滤,在灭菌灯17作用下进行灭菌,然后负离子发生器产生负离子由电极刺尖16释放到空气中,最后电机24工作,带动贯流风轮23转动,将处理后的气体排出,温湿度传感器21反馈气体的温湿度情况,通过液晶触摸显示屏7显示。

1.一种节能型卧室空气净化器,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)顶端外壁通过螺栓固定有塑料筒(2),所述塑料筒(2)两侧外壁底端位置均开有条形孔,且塑料筒(2)侧壁靠近两个条形孔位置处均通过螺栓固定有进风罩(3),两个所述进风罩(3)内壁均通过螺栓固定有空气质量传感器,所述塑料筒(2)内壁靠近进风罩(3)顶端位置通过螺栓固定有静电除尘板(14),且塑料筒(2)内壁靠近静电除尘板(14)顶端外壁位置通过螺栓固定有吸风斗(13),所述吸风斗(13)顶端外壁中间位置螺接有吸风管,所述吸风管侧壁顶端螺接有净化筒(11),所述净化筒(11)侧壁设有等距离分布的减振机构,所述净化筒(11)顶端外壁中间位置螺接有伸缩套(9),所述塑料筒(2)顶端外壁开有圆孔,且圆孔内壁插接有金属罩(5),所述金属罩(5)底端外壁通过螺栓固定有金属斗(8),且金属斗(8)底端内壁通过螺栓固定有安装架(25),所述安装架(25)顶端中间内壁通过螺栓固定有电机(24),且电机(24)输出轴穿过安装架(25)顶端外壁通过螺栓固定有贯流风轮(23),所述金属罩(5)顶端外壁通过螺栓固定有盖板(6),且盖板(6)顶端外壁通过螺栓固定有太阳能发电板(26),所述金属罩(5)侧壁开有等距离分布的条形出风孔,所述塑料筒(2)侧壁开有安装槽,且安装槽内壁卡接有液晶触摸显示屏(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型卧室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述减振机构包括金属套,且金属套内壁插接有定位杆,定位杆侧壁两端均套接有弹簧件(10),定位杆两端均通过螺栓固定有连接块(12),两个连接块(12)分别与塑料筒(2)内壁通过螺栓固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型卧室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述净化筒(11)内壁底端位置通过螺栓固定有十字金属架(19),且十字金属架(19)底端外壁中间位置通过螺栓固定有风扇(20),净化筒(11)内壁靠近十字金属架(19)顶端位置通过螺栓固定有滤气斗(18),滤气斗(18)侧壁开有等距离分布的扇形孔,扇形孔内壁通过螺栓固定有扇形活性炭滤尘板(22),净化筒(11)内壁靠近滤气斗(18)顶端位置通过螺栓固定有等距离分布的灭菌灯(17),净化筒(11)内壁顶端位置套接有多孔塑料板(15),多孔塑料板(15)底端外壁嵌接有等距离分布的电极刺尖(16),电极刺尖(16)通过导线连有负离子发生器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型卧室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述金属罩(5)两侧外壁均开有安装槽,且两个安装槽内壁均通过螺栓固定有阻尼滑轨,两个阻尼滑轨的滑动件分别与圆孔两侧内壁通过螺栓固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型卧室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述太阳能发电板(26)通过导线连有逆变器,且逆变器通过导线连有锂电池。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型卧室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述塑料筒(2)两侧外壁均通过螺栓固定有弧形金属架(4),且两个弧形金属架(4)侧壁均开有防滑纹路。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型卧室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述电机(24)、风扇(20)、负离子发生器和静电除尘板(14)均连有开关,且开关连有微处理器。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种节能型卧室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述十字金属架(19)顶端外壁通过螺栓固定有温湿度传感器(21),且空气质量传感器和温湿度传感器(21)的信号输出端通过信号线与微处理器信号输入端连接,液晶触摸显示屏(7)的信号输入端通过信号线与微处理器信号输出端连接。
