The movable plate trailer 9 is horizontally arranged on the push-pull vehicle base 1 in a sliding manner through plate wheels 10 and movable plate trailer sliding rails 2, a unitized curtain wall plate 22 is placed on the movable plate trailer 9, the carrying pole lifting appliance 12 is connected, and the movable plate trailer 9 is fixed by locking a lifting jack 15; the trolley base 1 is driven by a bottom roller to move to reach a construction site, and a telescopic support column 8 is put down for supporting and balancing; the movable plate trailer 9 is pushed forward, when the front part of the movable plate trailer 9 moves out of the trolley base 1, the lifting jack 15 is pushed to lift, meanwhile, the winch 17 is used for paying off and pulling, the movable plate trailer 9 is tilted forward to be in a vertical state, and the unitized curtain wall plate 22 can be lowered for construction.
When the trolley is used, the bolts between one of the transverse U-shaped channel steel and the longitudinal U-shaped channel steel are unscrewed, the guide rail is disassembled, the plate wheels 10 are placed on one side of the guide rail of the trolley base 1, the other guide rail is arranged again, the bolts are screwed, and the movable trolley 9 can be smoothly pushed on the guide rail. Pushing the push-pull car base 1 to a proper position, putting down and supporting the whole device by four hydraulic struts, and then balancing the weight according to the weight of the unitized curtain wall plate 22 to prevent the push-pull car from tilting when the unitized curtain wall plate 22 is hoisted. The limiting frame 13 on the scooter is adjusted according to the width of the unit curtain wall plate 22 so as to adapt to the size of the unit curtain wall. The unitized curtain wall plate 22 is placed on the support of the movable plate vehicle 9, the stay rope of the shoulder pole lifting appliance 12 is hung in the lifting hole of the unitized curtain wall plate 22, and the steel wire rope 20 of the winch 17 is hung on the other side of the shoulder pole lifting appliance 12 through the transition pulley 18. The movable plate trailer 9 is pushed to the front end of the push-pull vehicle base 1, the front end of the movable plate trailer 9 is suspended, the push jack 15 gradually jacks up the movable plate trailer 9 by operating a button on the control box 21, the movable plate trailer 9 gradually inclines, and the steel wire rope 20 of the winch 17 is slowly released. When the scooter 9 is in a vertical state, the pushing jack 15 is extended to the maximum, and the scooter 9 is supported. The hoist 17 is operated, and the steel wire rope 20 is put to lightly lower the unitized curtain wall panels 22 into place and install.
The mechanical device has the advantages of low investment cost and flexible operation, and can meet the hoisting construction requirements of the unitized curtain wall plate 22. The bottom of the trolley base 1 is provided with the fixed wheels 6 and the universal wheels 7, so that the trolley base 1 can be conveniently pushed in different directions. The whole device can be supported by 4 hydraulic struts which are arranged at four corners near the bottom of the push-pull vehicle base 1, when the hydraulic struts are put down, the weight of the whole device and the counterweight can be borne, the universal wheels 7 and the fixed wheels 6 of the push-pull vehicle base 1 do not need to be grounded, and the wheels of the push-pull vehicle base 1 are prevented from being damaged due to bearing excessive weight. The transition pulley 18 is arranged at the front end of the movable plate trailer 9, so that the steel wire rope 20 of the winch 17 is more flexible to operate, and the steel wire rope 20 is prevented from colliding with other objects. The guide rail of the trolley base 1 is U-shaped channel steel and inwards, so that the movable trolley 9 is prevented from falling off the guide rail in the moving process. Limiting frames 13 are arranged on two sides of the support of the movable plate trailer 9, the limiting frames 13 are inserted into rectangular steel pipes on two sides of the support of the movable plate trailer 9 and are fixed through bolts, and the installation positions of the limiting frames can be adjusted according to the width of the unitized curtain wall. The limiting frame 13 has limiting protection function on the unitized curtain wall plate 22 placed on the support of the movable plate trailer 9. The movable plate trailer 9 bracket and the limiting frame 13 are provided with rubber mats 23 to prevent collision and damage of the unitized curtain wall plate 22. The movable plate trailer 9 is pushed to the front end of the push-pull vehicle base 1, the front end of the movable plate trailer 9 is suspended, the push jack 15 gradually jacks up the movable plate trailer 9 by operating a button on the control box 21, the movable plate trailer 9 gradually inclines, and the steel wire rope 20 of the winch 17 is slowly released. When the scooter 9 is in a vertical state, the pushing jack 15 is extended to the maximum, and the scooter 9 is supported. The hoist 17 is provided in the control box 21, and the control box 21 can control the operating states of the hoist 17, the jack 15, and the hydraulic prop.
