Abstract

The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine solution canning method capable of preventing traditional Chinese medicine liquid from spilling, and solves the problem that the quality of traditional Chinese medicine is affected by residual air covering the traditional Chinese medicine solution in a container for preventing traditional Chinese medicine from spilling.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a container for storing chinese medicine comprises a container lid 1 and a rigid container body 3 provided with a container mouth 2. The container body is provided with a hole 4. The hole is connected with an elastic hole cover 5 which can elastically stretch and retract in a sealing way. The elastic hole cover is made of rubber. A suspension ring 6 is arranged between the container mouth and the container body. The outer peripheral surface of the container mouth is provided with external threads 7. The inner peripheral surface of the container cover is provided with an internal thread 8. The internal threads are matched with the external threads to connect the container cover on the container mouth in a threaded manner. The lower end of the outer peripheral surface of the container mouth is connected with the container cover in a sealing way through a sealing ring 9. One end of the sealing ring is adhered with the container mouth, and the other end is adhered with the container cover. The middle part of the sealing ring is provided with an annular tearing guide groove 10 extending along the axis of the sealing ring. The container mouth is provided with a conical surface section 11 with the inner peripheral surface being a conical surface with the small lower end and the large upper end. The top wall of the container lid is provided with a frangible portion 14. The frangible portion is specifically formed by thinning a portion of the wall thickness of the container lid. The frangible portion is aligned with the solution reservoir.
A method for packaging Chinese medicinal solution capable of preventing Chinese medicinal solution from spilling comprises suspending a rigid Chinese medicinal storage container with elastic hole cover in a clamping groove 17 on a suspension bracket 16 via suspension ring. Filling the Chinese medicinal solution into the container body; rotating the container cover to enable the container cover to be connected to the container opening in a threaded mode, and inserting a sealing plug on the container cover into the container opening at a position where a gap exists between the sealing plug and the container opening; and thirdly, reducing the volume of the container body so that the liquid level in the container body rises to submerge the elastic sealing ring on the sealing plug and the solution is still fully positioned in the container body.
