Abstract
本项发明公开了一种新型可视硬质镜气管插管设备,涉及医疗器械技术领域,包括医用冷光源高清摄像头、硬镜管体和无线路由信号发射模块;其中,所述医用冷光源高清摄像头,用于插管过程中的照明和实时成像并以数字信号传输至发射器;所述硬镜管体根据临床实际需求制定前端弯曲角度,起到了增强摄像头的操作性和引导气管导管的作用;所述无线路由信号发射模块,用于将数字信号无线实时的传输至接收设备中,配合相应的软件实现了可视硬镜气管插管。与传统插管硬镜相比具有制作成本低、工艺简洁、操作轻便、实用性强等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型气管插管设备,将医用冷光源高清摄像头与无线路由信号发射技术相结合,产生新型的简便、实用、低成本的可视插管硬镜。
背景技术
临床工作中常常因颈部活动度差、张口度小、声门过高等问题大大增加经口明视插管的难度,而可视硬镜因其所需的头后仰角度很小,仅为( 51.5 ± 51.0)°、张口度要求小、无需上提会厌刺激小等优点极大提高了困难插管的成功率。但是由于传统可视硬镜制造成本高、价格昂贵,并未在临床上尤其是基层医院进行全面推广使用。
目前市面上光导纤维目镜光学成像硬镜售价在5-10万间,而电子摄像头显示器成像硬镜售价在10-30万间,因此这极大的限制了硬镜插管技术在临床中的推广。本项专利将医用冷光源摄像头与无线路由信号发射器相结合,将插管画面实时同步到使用者手机中,方便快捷,极大的降低了硬镜的生产成本,同时可达到数十万元进口硬镜的插管效果。
发明内容
本发明摄像头采用医用冷光源摄像头,具有直径小、不发热、亮度高、清晰度高等特点。使用的无线路由信号发射器传输速度快,画面流畅无卡顿,待机时间长达120min,传输距离5-30米,可与任意IOS或Android设备相连接。该发明与传统硬镜相比,减少了笨重的显示器与连接线,具有轻便、简约的特点同时达到同类产品相同的使用效果。
使用方法:将导管套入硬镜中长按电源键,待指示灯变绿时与手机app相连。左手抓住患者门齿上提下颌,右手握住导管与硬镜交界处,从口正中置入硬镜,延口咽弧度逐渐深入硬镜,尽量延硬腭面远离舌面进入,先找到悬雍垂,后避开悬雍垂深入1-2cm,延咽腔向上寻找会厌,找到会厌后从会厌后方或侧方绕过会厌后向上轻挑既能看到声门口,深入至声带水平,固定硬镜送管3-4cm后,固定导管退硬镜。
适用范围:1、一般全麻插管。2、张口度小的困难插管。3、颈部活动度小的患者插管。4、清醒气管插管。
生产过程:
1、硬镜管壁的材料选择与形状定制:选择长50cm,直径5mm壁厚0.4mm,304不锈钢管,取前12厘米弯制120°-150°弯角。充分打磨钢管断端锐面,使其光滑。2、将直径4.0mm医用冷光源高清摄像头与导线焊接,***导管中留1mm,加装防水玻璃。 3、对wifi盒打孔与管壁粘合连接。

Claims (9)
1.一种基于医用冷光源高清摄像头与无线路由信号发射技术相结合的新型简便、实用、低成本的气管插管硬镜,其特征在于,包括医用冷光源高清摄像头、硬镜管体和无线路由信号发射模块;其中,所述医用冷光源高清摄像头,用于插管过程中的照明和实时成像并以数字信号传输至发射器;所述硬镜管体根据临床实际需求制定前端弯曲角度,起到了增强摄像头的操作性和引导气管导管的作用;所述无线路由信号发射模块,用于将数字信号无线实时的传输至接收设备中,配合相应的软件实现了可视硬镜插管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于医用冷光源高清摄像头与无线路由信号发射技术新型插管硬镜,其特征是,所述医用冷光源高清摄像头具体包括:LED发光盘单元,用于插管过程中黑暗环境的照明;高清摄像头单元,用于将光学信号转换成为虚拟信号;医用冷光源高清摄像头集成线路模块单元,用于将摄像头虚拟信号转化为数字信号并调节LED发光盘亮度,具有发热低的特点。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于医用冷光源高清摄像头与无线路由信号发射技术新型插管硬镜,其特征是,所述硬镜管体具体包括:管体材料选择,根据摄像头直径、临床所能接受最大管芯直径、插管过程所需的应力大小综合考虑,选择外径5.0mm、壁厚0.4mm长50.0cm304不锈钢管;管体弯度的制定,根据咽腔解剖特点和插管过程的中的需要,将管体制定成为前段15cm、120-145°弧形弯度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于医用冷光源高清摄像头与无线路由信号发射技术新型插管硬镜,其特征是,所述无线路由信号发射模块具体包括:MACID WIFI 发射器集成电路板单元,由于接受摄像头的数字信号,并处理转化传输至无线天线;无线天线单元,用于发射无线信号;18650 锂电池,为WIFI模块和医用冷光源高清摄像头提高电能,并可反复充放电;接收器APP单元,Xj-wifibox app可在任意安卓或Ios***中使用,用于实时接收摄像头所捕捉画面,并有录制视频和拍照功能。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于医用冷光源高清摄像头与无线路由信号发射技术新型插管硬镜的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将气管导管套入硬镜管体中,长按WIFI发射器电源键。
6.步骤2:待指示灯变绿时与手机WIFI相连,后打开Xj-wifi box app即可看到摄像头所捕捉画图。
7.步骤3:左手抓住患者门齿上提下颌,右手握住导管与硬镜交界处,从口正中置入硬镜。
8.步骤4:延口咽弧度逐渐深入硬镜,尽量延硬腭面远离舌面进入,先找到悬雍垂,后避开悬雍垂深入1-2cm,延咽腔向上寻找会厌,找到会厌后从会厌后方或侧方绕过会厌后向上轻挑既能看到声门口
步骤5:深入至声带水平,固定硬镜送管3-4cm后,固定导管退出硬镜。
9.步骤6:长按电源键关闭硬镜,完成全部硬镜插管过程。
